Projekt sest\u00e1v\u00e1 ze 3 podprojekt\u016f:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vysokopevnostn\u00ed plasty a kompozity (VPPaK)<\/li>\n<li>N\u00edzkon\u00e1kladov\u00e9 technologie (NNT)<\/li>\n<li>Vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed kontrola( VK )<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Projekt je ve v\u0161ech sv\u00fdch podprojektech kombinac\u00ed experiment\u00e1ln\u00edho v\u00fdvoje a pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9ho v\u00fdzkumu.<\/p>\n<p><b>Podprojekt <\/b><b>VPPaK<\/b>&#8211; \u0159e\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1hrady kovov\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f ve vybran\u00fdch komponentech vysokopevnostn\u00edmi plasty a kompozity, v\u010detn\u011b navr\u017een\u00ed technologi\u00ed pro jejich v\u00fdrobu a jejich ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><b>Podprojekt NNT-<\/b>\u0159e\u0161\u00ed zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed n\u00edzkon\u00e1kladov\u00fdch technologii v re\u00e1ln\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch firem v odv\u011btv\u00ed automotive formou simulac\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00edch operac\u00ed automatizovan\u00e9ho pracovi\u0161t\u011b<\/p>\n<p><b>Podprojekt VK<\/b>&#8211; z\u00e1m\u011brem je vytvo\u0159en\u00ed n\u00edzkon\u00e1kladov\u00e9ho komplexn\u00edho inteligentn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu pro obecnou detekci vad na gumov\u00fdch a plastov\u00fdch produktech s vyu\u017eit\u00e9m strojov\u00e9ho u\u010den\u00ed na b\u00e1zi neuronov\u00fdch s\u00edt\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><b>Hlavn\u00ed c\u00edle :<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>VPPaK<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; definovat a na p\u0159\u00edkladech ov\u011b\u0159it podm\u00ednky a mo\u017enosti n\u00e1hrady typov\u00fdch\/ geometricky dan\u00fdch kovov\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f vysokopevnostn\u00edmi n\u00edzkohmotnostn\u00edmi plasty a kompozity<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; vybrat vhodn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky pro pilotn\u00ed ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed technologii a materi\u00e1l\u016f<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; vyvinout vhodn\u00e9 technologie v\u010detn\u011b jej\u00edch optimalizac\u00ed s vyu\u017eit\u00edm simulac\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00edho postupu pro vybran\u00e9 aplikace<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; ov\u011b\u0159it mo\u017enosti vyu\u017eit\u00ed navr\u017een\u00e9 technologie pro n\u00e1hrady vybran\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f (pilotn\u00edch v\u00fdrobk\u016f) z kovu, d\u00edly z vysokopevnostn\u00edch n\u00edzkohmotnostn\u00edch plast\u016f, kompozit\u016f formou v\u00fdroby funk\u010dn\u00edch vzork\u016f<\/p>\n<p><b>NNT<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; definov\u00e1n\u00ed podm\u00ednek a princip\u016f vyu\u017eit\u00ed n\u00edzkon\u00e1kladov\u00e9 automatizace u v\u00fdrobn\u00edch \/ mont\u00e1\u017en\u00edch pracovi\u0161\u0165<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed spr\u00e1vnosti nastaven\u00fdch podm\u00ednek, princip\u016f a doporu\u010den\u00ed pro zaveden\u00ed cobot\u016f a robot\u016f u vybran\u00fdch pracovi\u0161\u0165<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed nasazen\u00ed cobot\u016f a robot\u016f v formou simulac\u00ed u vybran\u00fdch pracovi\u0161\u0165 ve firm\u00e1ch<\/p>\n<p><b>VK<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; vytvo\u0159it platformu pro \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed kontroly \u0161irok\u00e9ho spektra plastov\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f s vyu\u017eit\u00edm procesu Machine learning<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; vyzkoumat a vyvinout automatick\u00fd syst\u00e9m kontroly vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed kvalty pro v\u00fdrobek s jasn\u011b definovan\u00fdmi a rozpoznateln\u00fdmi vizu\u00e1ln\u00edmi vadami<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; vyzkoumat a vyvinout automatick\u00fd, samou\u010d\u00edc\u00ed se syst\u00e9m (s podporou \u010dlov\u011bka) vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed kontroly d\u00edl\u016f kde vady jsou nahodil\u00e9, a ne zcela jasn\u011b definovan\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; ov\u011b\u0159it navr\u017een\u00e9 automatizovan\u00e9 syst\u00e9my na pilotn\u00edch projektech zainteresovan\u00fdch firem<\/p>\n<p><b>Rozpo\u010det: 17 982 tis.
