V HR automatizuje n\u00e1bor, analyzuje \u017eivotopisy, personalizuje \u0161kolen\u00ed a pom\u00e1h\u00e1 s pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00edm kapacit. V marketingu se star\u00e1 o anal\u00fdzu z\u00e1kaznick\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed, generov\u00e1n\u00ed obsahu a c\u00edlen\u00ed kampan\u00ed. V z\u00e1kaznick\u00e9m servisu nahradila tis\u00edce oper\u00e1tor\u016f inteligentn\u00edmi chatboty. Ve financ\u00edch zaji\u0161\u0165uje detekci podvod\u016f, scoring klient\u016f i\u00a0\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed rizik. A v samotn\u00e9m IT je AI revoluc\u00ed v revoluci \u2013 od psan\u00ed k\u00f3du p\u0159es testov\u00e1n\u00ed a\u017e po spr\u00e1vu syst\u00e9m\u016f. Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 program\u00e1tor\u016fm generovat \u010d\u00e1sti k\u00f3du, zefektiv\u0148uje v\u00fdvoj softwaru, optimalizuje infrastrukturu a d\u00edky autonomn\u00ed spr\u00e1v\u011b s\u00edt\u011b m\u011bn\u00ed i roli administr\u00e1tor\u016f. AI nen\u00ed jen n\u00e1strojem, ale spolutv\u016frcem budoucnosti byznysu,\u201c <\/i><\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Jaroslava Rezlerov\u00e1, gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editelka ManpowerGroup.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Um\u011bl\u00e1 inteligence z\u00e1rove\u0148 klade nov\u00e9 n\u00e1roky na zam\u011bstnance i jejich dovednosti. V\u00edce ne\u017e 80 % CIO a IT l\u00eddr\u016f uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee pozoruj\u00ed zm\u011bny v n\u00e1borov\u00fdch vzorc\u00edch v\u00a0d\u016fsledku AI a technologick\u00e9ho pokroku. Podle na\u0161eho pr\u016fzkumu mezi 520 zam\u011bstnavateli v\u00a0\u010cR si kolem 70 procent z nich mysl\u00ed, \u017ee do p\u011bti let se d\u00edky automatizaci a AI prom\u011bn\u00ed \u0159ada pozic. Nejv\u00edce se podle pr\u016fzkumu prom\u011bn\u00ed pozice v oblastech jako je pr\u00e1v\u011b IT, produkce a\u00a0v\u00fdroba, logistika, obchod a marketing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><b>Kyberbezpe\u010dnost a AI: priority roku 2025<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Podle studie ManpowerGroup <em><i>CIO Outlook 2025: Key Priorities for Tech Leaders<\/i><\/em>\u00a0je kyberbezpe\u010dnost nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzvou dne\u0161n\u00edch technologick\u00fdch l\u00eddr\u016f. 41 % CIO uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b bezpe\u010dnost je to, co je d\u011bs\u00ed nejv\u00edce. N\u00e1sleduj\u00ed v\u00fdzvy v oblasti AI (19 %) a optimalizace technologi\u00ed (15 %). V\u00edce ne\u017e t\u0159i \u010dtvrtiny firem (77 %) pl\u00e1nuj\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161it sv\u00e9 investice do kyberbezpe\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Generativn\u00ed AI se mezit\u00edm etablovala jako kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd trend, ale s ur\u010ditou d\u00e1vkou obez\u0159etnosti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">36 % technologick\u00fdch l\u00eddr\u016f vn\u00edm\u00e1 AI jako revolu\u010dn\u00ed technologii, kter\u00e1 v\u0161ak je\u0161t\u011b pot\u0159ebuje dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdvoj, zat\u00edmco 33 % st\u00e1le pova\u017euje jej\u00ed re\u00e1ln\u00fd p\u0159\u00ednos za nejasn\u00fd. Jen 10 % CIO uvedlo, \u017ee maj\u00ed AI pln\u011b integrovanou do cel\u00e9 organizace.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><i>\u201eV \u010desk\u00e9m i glob\u00e1ln\u00edm kontextu dnes vid\u00edme, \u017ee AI nen\u00ed jen buzzword. Je to skute\u010dn\u00fd transforma\u010dn\u00ed faktor. A\u017e 53 % zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f u\u017e pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 AI n\u00e1stroje p\u0159i n\u00e1boru a onboardingu, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 si t\u0159etina z nich uv\u011bdomuje, \u017ee AI nedok\u00e1\u017ee nahradit lidsk\u00e9 dovednosti jako etick\u00e9 rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed, empatii nebo osobn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup.
