D\u00edky v\u00fdhod\u00e1m v oblasti pracovn\u00edch sil a dal\u0161\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f oproti Rumunsku vybudovala spole\u010dnost Renault na \u00fakor Rumunska ze sv\u00e9 marock\u00e9 tov\u00e1rny kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd v\u00fdrobn\u00ed z\u00e1vod pro vozy Dacia. A proto\u017ee v\u00fdrobn\u00ed n\u00e1klady ve v\u00fdchodn\u00ed Evrop\u011b st\u00e1le rostly, spole\u010dnost Stellantis otev\u0159ela a n\u00e1sledn\u011b roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ila tov\u00e1rnu tak\u00e9 v Maroku, m\u00edsto aby zvy\u0161ovala v\u00fdrobn\u00ed kapacitu na Slovensku.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Do dne\u0161n\u00edho dne \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd jin\u00fd v\u00fdrobce OEM neotev\u0159el v Maroku tov\u00e1rnu, p\u0159esto\u017ee koncem roku 2010 se objevily zpr\u00e1vy, \u017ee \u010c\u00ed\u0148an\u00e9, zejm\u00e9na BYD, pl\u00e1nuj\u00ed otev\u0159en\u00ed tov\u00e1rny. S potenci\u00e1ln\u00edmi tov\u00e1rnami v tomto kraji byly spojov\u00e1ny tak\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti Volkswagen a Hyundai, ale prozat\u00edm v zemi vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed automobily pouze Stellantis a Renault (ten m\u00e1 dv\u011b tov\u00e1rny). Maroko tak\u00e9 z\u00edskalo v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 investice od dodavatel\u016f komponent\u016f pro dod\u00e1vky francouzsk\u00fdm v\u00fdrobc\u016fm OEM v zemi a pro v\u00fdvoz zp\u011bt do tov\u00e1ren v EU. Ned\u00e1vno ozn\u00e1mily v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 investice \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed komponenty pro baterie; nap\u0159\u00edklad spole\u010dnosti BTR a CNGR budou v zemi vyr\u00e1b\u011bt katody. Zem\u011b t\u011b\u017e\u00ed z \u010dlenstv\u00ed v Pan Euro Med konvenci (PEM), co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee komponenty poch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed z Maroka mohou b\u00fdt do EU dov\u00e1\u017eeny bez cel a zapo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1v\u00e1ny do m\u00edstn\u00edho obsahu EU pro \u00fa\u010dely protokol\u016f o pravidlech p\u016fvodu v obchodn\u00edch dohod\u00e1ch EU.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl \u00fadajn\u011b tvo\u0159\u00ed 22 % HDP Maroka a zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1 220 000 lid\u00ed v cel\u00e9 zemi, co\u017e je v\u00edce ne\u017e 200 000 lid\u00ed pracuj\u00edc\u00edch v zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed. Odv\u011btv\u00ed automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm zdrojem pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst a celkov\u00e9ho hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9ho r\u016fstu a vl\u00e1da se ji\u017e mnoho let zam\u011b\u0159uje na p\u0159\u00edliv investic do tohoto odv\u011btv\u00ed. Maroko je p\u0159ipraveno udr\u017eet si svou novou pozici nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edho m\u00edsta v\u00fdroby vozidel v Africe. M\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed potenci\u00e1l pro r\u016fst v\u00fdroby, proto\u017ee Renault a Stellantis ji\u017e spole\u010dn\u011b disponuj\u00ed kapacitou t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 1 milion kus\u016f ro\u010dn\u011b, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e zejm\u00e9na ve Stellantisu se pl\u00e1nuje dal\u0161\u00ed r\u016fst. Agentura Fitch o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee v roce 2033 p\u0159ekro\u010d\u00ed v\u00fdroba v zemi hranici 1 milionu kus\u016f. Kl\u00ed\u010dem k \u00fasp\u011bchu je v\u00fdvoz, proto\u017ee dom\u00e1c\u00ed trh nedosahuje ani 200 000 jednotek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Renault byl prvn\u00edm v\u00fdrobcem OEM, kter\u00fd v roce 2012 otev\u0159el v zemi modern\u00ed tov\u00e1rnu v Tangeru. P\u0159edt\u00edm v\u0161ak ji\u017e t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 40 let p\u016fsobil ve star\u00e9m z\u00e1vod\u011b SOMACA v Casablance, kter\u00fd byl p\u016fvodn\u011b spole\u010dnou tov\u00e1rnou vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed vozy ze stavebnic pro Renault a PSA. Poprv\u00e9 se zde vyr\u00e1b\u011bla dod\u00e1vka Renault Express v roce 1966. V posledn\u00edch letech SOMACA vyr\u00e1b\u011bla Dacii hlavn\u011b pro m\u00edstn\u00ed trh a export do zem\u00ed severn\u00ed Afriky, nikoliv do Evropy, kter\u00e1 byla z\u00e1sobov\u00e1na hlavn\u011b z Tangeru. V roce 2023 vyvezl z\u00e1vod v Tangeru vozidla do 68 zem\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V leto\u0161n\u00edm roce za\u010dala tov\u00e1rna v Tangeru vyr\u00e1b\u011bt crossover Jogger v proveden\u00ed s pohonem ICE a hybridn\u00edm pohonem, co\u017e je prvn\u00ed hybridn\u00ed model vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00fd v zemi. Linka 2 v z\u00e1vod\u011b v Tangeru m\u016f\u017ee vyr\u00e1b\u011bt 120 000 voz\u016f Jogger ro\u010dn\u011b, linka 1 se zam\u011b\u0159uje na v\u00fdrobu voz\u016f Sandero a Logan. Z\u00e1vod v Tangeru tak\u00e9 dosahuje 65% pod\u00edlu m\u00edstn\u00edho pod\u00edlu a je na cest\u011b k dosa\u017een\u00ed 82% pod\u00edlu do roku 2030. Oba marock\u00e9 z\u00e1vody vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed od roku 2021 ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b v\u00edce Daci\u00ed, ne\u017e kolik jich vyr\u00e1b\u00ed samotn\u00e1 Dacia v Rumunsku.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mezit\u00edm se za\u010dal vyr\u00e1b\u011bt prvn\u00ed model s ozna\u010den\u00edm Renault, kter\u00fd se v tomto kraji vyr\u00e1b\u00ed ji\u017e v\u00edce ne\u017e 20 let. Mal\u00fd crossover Kardian se vyr\u00e1b\u00ed v brazilsk\u00e9 Curitib\u011b a v z\u00e1vod\u011b SOMACA, co\u017e potvrzuje budoucnost tohoto z\u00e1vodu v r\u00e1mci v\u00fdrobn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b Renault. P\u0159id\u011blen\u00ed modelu Kardian do Maroka je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed strategie Renault International Game Plan 2027, v jej\u00edm\u017e r\u00e1mci se v Argentin\u011b za\u010dal vyr\u00e1b\u011bt tak\u00e9 nov\u00fd pick-up.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Renault vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 Maroko jako kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9ho dodavatele materi\u00e1l\u016f pro baterie, nebo\u0165 od roku 2025 podepsal se spole\u010dnost\u00ed Managem sedmiletou smlouvu na 5 000 tun s\u00edranu kobaltnat\u00e9ho ro\u010dn\u011b. Jedn\u00e1 se o sou\u010d\u00e1st pl\u00e1nu ozn\u00e1men\u00e9ho v roce 2021, podle n\u011bho\u017e by se do roku 2025 m\u011bly v Maroku vyr\u00e1b\u011bt komponenty v hodnot\u011b nejm\u00e9n\u011b 2,5 miliardy eur a do konce desetilet\u00ed by se tato hodnota m\u011bla zv\u00fd\u0161it na 3 miliardy eur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Stellantis m\u00e1 mezit\u00edm velkou tov\u00e1rnu v Kenit\u0159e, kter\u00e1 byla otev\u0159ena v roce 2019. Ta dok\u00e1\u017ee vyrobit 400 000 automobil\u016f a 50 000 elektromobil\u016f ro\u010dn\u011b; ty druh\u00e9 jsou dvoum\u00edstn\u00e9 miniautomobily prod\u00e1van\u00e9 jako Citroen Ami, Opel Rocks-e a Fiat Topolino. Kapacita z\u00e1vodu Stellantis se od jeho otev\u0159en\u00ed zdvojn\u00e1sobila po nov\u00e9 investici ve v\u00fd\u0161i 300 milion\u016f eur, kter\u00e1 zahrnovala i novou lakovnu instalovanou spole\u010dnost\u00ed Durr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Spole\u010dnost Stellantis, kter\u00e1 chce m\u00edt region\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00ed kapacitu 1 milion kus\u016f ro\u010dn\u011b, chce tak\u00e9 do roku 2030 dos\u00e1hnout 90 % a v\u00edce m\u00edstn\u00edho pod\u00edlu ve sv\u00fdch vozech vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00fdch v Maroku, co\u017e je v\u00edce ne\u017e 82 % m\u00edstn\u00edho pod\u00edlu, kter\u00fd k tomuto datu pl\u00e1nuje Renault. Hlavn\u00edm vozem Stellantisu vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00fdm v Maroku je Peugeot 208, ale podle zpr\u00e1v by m\u011bly velkou \u010d\u00e1st nov\u00fdch kapacit p\u0159evz\u00edt i dal\u0161\u00ed zna\u010dky Stellantisu. V roce 2023 se objevily zpr\u00e1vy, \u017ee by se zde mohl vyr\u00e1b\u011bt tak\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed Fiat Panda a n\u00e1hrada za model Multipla, i kdy\u017e to nebylo potvrzeno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Maroko bude v dohledn\u00e9 budoucnosti v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm m\u00edstem pro v\u00fdrobu vozidel a bude p\u0159edstavovat v\u00fdznamnou konkurenci pro z\u00e1vody Renault a Stellantis ve Francii a \u0160pan\u011blsku. Ob\u011b spole\u010dnosti pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00ed n\u00e1klady, kter\u00e9 Maroko nab\u00edz\u00ed, aby jim pomohly konkurovat \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdm v\u00fdrobc\u016fm OEM, kte\u0159\u00ed v Evrop\u011b expanduj\u00ed st\u00e1le rychleji, zejm\u00e9na od doby, kdy EU zavedla cla na \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 elektromobily.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Spole\u010dnosti Renault a Stellantis pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed Maroko k ekonomick\u00e9mu p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed, i kdy\u017e \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b na \u00fakor sv\u00fdch dom\u00e1c\u00edch aktivit. Budoucnost evropsk\u00e9ho odv\u011btv\u00ed v\u00fdroby z\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel ohro\u017euj\u00ed nejen \u010c\u00ed\u0148an\u00e9, ale tak\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed dom\u00e1c\u00edch evropsk\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed se p\u0159esouvaj\u00ed do zahrani\u010d\u00ed a vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed obchodn\u00ed dohody EU a da\u0148ov\u00e9 v\u00fdhody um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed v Maroku.
