Ve skute\u010dnosti se uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee je obt\u00ed\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ji uv\u00e9st do praxe ne\u017e teoreticky nast\u00ednit. Automatizovan\u00e1 \u0159\u00edzen\u00e1 vozidla (AGV), kter\u00e1 dopravuj\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1sti na spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 m\u00edsto na sestav\u011b, jsou b\u011b\u017en\u00e1, stejn\u011b jako automatizovan\u00e9 roboty pro sva\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed karoseri\u00ed. Mezi dal\u0161\u00ed oblasti s vysokou m\u00edrou automatizace pat\u0159\u00ed lisovny s manipula\u010dn\u00edmi syst\u00e9my, kter\u00e9 postupn\u011b p\u0159esouvaj\u00ed vyra\u017een\u00e9 d\u00edly z lisu na lis, a lakovny. V\u0161echny tyto oblasti v\u0161ak tak\u00e9 vy\u017eaduj\u00ed pracovn\u00edky, kte\u0159\u00ed obsluhuj\u00ed ovl\u00e1dac\u00ed panely a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby odstra\u0148uj\u00ed z\u00e1vady. \u010cas od \u010dasu se n\u011bco pokaz\u00ed, stroje se rozlad\u00ed, lakovac\u00ed trysky se ucpou nebo sva\u0159ovac\u00ed pistole mohou m\u00edt podobn\u00fd osud. Odstran\u011bn\u00ed t\u011bchto probl\u00e9m\u016f v\u017edy vy\u017eaduje lidsk\u00fd z\u00e1sah.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Automobilky tak\u00e9 vy\u010dlenily zna\u010dn\u00e9 prost\u0159edky na auta bez \u0159idi\u010de nebo autonomn\u00ed auta, ale i to se uk\u00e1zalo jako obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b realizovateln\u00e9, zejm\u00e9na p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit regula\u010dn\u00ed org\u00e1ny, \u017ee pln\u011b autonomn\u00ed auto je bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 a stoprocentn\u011b spolehliv\u00e9. A zat\u00edmco hled\u00e1n\u00ed pln\u011b funk\u010dn\u00edho autonomn\u00edho automobilu pokra\u010duje, stejn\u011b tak z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 my\u0161lenka tov\u00e1rny bez zam\u011bstnanc\u016f nedosa\u017eiteln\u00e1. Spole\u010dnost Denso, nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdrobce komponent\u016f Toyota keiretsu, v\u0161ak mo\u017en\u00e1 na\u0161la zp\u016fsob, jak tohoto c\u00edle dos\u00e1hnout, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b elektronick\u00fdch sou\u010d\u00e1stek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed spole\u010dnost Denso ozn\u00e1mila, \u017ee pl\u00e1nuje zav\u00e9st novou \u201eultra-digitalizovanou\u201c v\u00fdrobn\u00ed koncepci pro tov\u00e1rny bez pracovn\u00edk\u016f. Prvn\u00ed z t\u011bchto tov\u00e1ren za\u010dne stav\u011bt v leto\u0161n\u00edm roce a pl\u00e1nuje zah\u00e1jit v\u00fdrobu v Japonsku, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e pr\u00e1ce budou prob\u00edhat n\u011bkdy do finan\u010dn\u00edho roku 2027-28. Jedna ze zpr\u00e1v p\u0159itom citovala spole\u010dnost Denso, kter\u00e1 uvedla, \u017ee tato nov\u00e1 tov\u00e1rna bude do roku 2030 zcela bez pracovn\u00edk\u016f, co\u017e nazna\u010duje, \u017ee p\u0159echod na v\u00fdrobn\u00ed syst\u00e9my bez pracovn\u00edk\u016f nebude okam\u017eit\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Spole\u010dnost investuje 69 miliard j\u00fcan\u016f (483 milion\u016f USD) do prvn\u00edho z\u00e1vodu v Zenmyo v prefektu\u0159e Aichi v srdci v\u00fdrobn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b Toyoty. Tov\u00e1rna v Zenmyo v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u00ed elektronick\u00e9 syst\u00e9my vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed paliva (technologie, kter\u00e1 by mohla \u010dasem zaniknout, pokud bude n\u011bkdy dokon\u010den p\u0159echod na elektromobily) a bude roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ena o v\u00fdrobu palubn\u00edch po\u010d\u00edta\u010d\u016f neboli \u0159\u00eddic\u00edch jednotek, kter\u00e9 budou do jednoho celku sdru\u017eovat v\u00edce funkc\u00ed, je\u017e dosud vy\u017eadovaly vlastn\u00ed \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed jednotky. Elon Musk ze spole\u010dnosti Tesla ned\u00e1vno uvedl, \u017ee chce, aby Tesla pou\u017e\u00edvala humanoidn\u00ed roboty, naz\u00fdvan\u00e9 Optimus, p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b v p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edm roce.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Snaha o automatickou v\u00fdrobu automobil\u016f pomoc\u00ed st\u00e1le dokonalej\u0161\u00edho softwaru a robot\u016f je ned\u00edlnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed trendu v\u00fdvoje skute\u010dn\u011b softwarov\u011b definovan\u00fdch vozidel (SDV). Ty se pro mnoh\u00e9 automobilky uk\u00e1zaly jako nepolapiteln\u00e9, ale zd\u00e1 se nevyhnuteln\u00e9, \u017ee se brzy objev\u00ed.
