Implementace Evropsk\u00e9ho zelen\u00e9ho paktu (EGP) do roku 2030 m\u00e1 potenci\u00e1l zv\u00fd\u0161it zam\u011bstnanost v EU zhruba o 2,5 milionu nov\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-reader-unique-id=\"30\">Tento trend je d\u00e1n rostouc\u00edm d\u016frazem na udr\u017eitelnost a vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie. Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 dovednosti v oblasti zelen\u00e9 ekonomiky zahrnuj\u00ed znalost technologi\u00ed obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f, digit\u00e1ln\u00ed dovednosti, udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed a schopnost pracovat s modern\u00edmi zelen\u00fdmi technologiemi, v\u010detn\u011b technologi\u00ed um\u011bl\u00e9 inteligence, internetu v\u011bc\u00ed, elektroniky a automatizace.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-reader-unique-id=\"31\"><strong data-reader-unique-id=\"32\">V\u00fdzvou je zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed z\u00e1jmu o vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0technick\u00fdch oborech<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-reader-unique-id=\"34\">Aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdzvou \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky je zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed z\u00e1jmu o studium technick\u00fdch a p\u0159\u00edrodov\u011bdn\u00fdch obor\u016f. Pro zemi, ve kter\u00e9 pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 v\u00fdroba tvo\u0159\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 t\u0159etinu jej\u00edho HDP a kter\u00e1 je tak druhou nejpr\u016fmyslov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zem\u00ed v EU, je \u00faloha technick\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zcela nezpochybniteln\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-reader-unique-id=\"36\"><em data-reader-unique-id=\"37\">\u201eV oblasti energetiky opravdu profitujeme z toho, co se v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice vybudovalo o des\u00edtky let d\u0159\u00edve. Zn\u00e1m\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem ale je, \u017ee na\u0161i odborn\u00edci se dnes bl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed d\u016fchodov\u00e9mu v\u011bku a \u017ee mnoho projekt\u016f, kter\u00e9 se postavily v uplynul\u00fdch letech, se nyn\u00ed v \u010cR nerealizuje. V r\u00e1mci transformace energetiky jsou ale tyto projekty op\u011bt v pl\u00e1nu. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee je pot\u0159eba \u010dasov\u011b trochu \u0161l\u00e1pnout na pomysln\u00fd ped\u00e1l a zrychlit, aby n\u00e1m nestihli na\u0161i odborn\u00edci odej\u00edt do d\u016fchodu a nedo\u0161lo ke ztr\u00e1t\u011b know-how, kter\u00e9 se nestihne p\u0159en\u00e9st na nov\u011b nastupuj\u00edc\u00ed generaci,\u201c <\/em>\u0159ekl Pavel Kov\u00e1\u0159, gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editel Hitachi Energy pro \u010ceskou republiku a Slovensko.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-reader-unique-id=\"38\">A dod\u00e1v\u00e1: <em data-reader-unique-id=\"39\">\u201eDne\u0161n\u00ed kapacity student\u016f a studijn\u00edch obor\u016f versus po\u017eadavek byznysu nejsou dostate\u010dn\u00e9. Pr\u016fmysl dlouhodob\u011b p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 nedostatek specialist\u016f a odborn\u00edk\u016f, ale atraktivita nebo minim\u00e1ln\u011b propagace a lep\u0161\u00ed pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1m stagnuje.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-reader-unique-id=\"41\">Hitachi Energy \u00fazce spolupracuje s\u00a0univerzitami <a title=\"\" data-reader-unique-id=\"42\">\u010cVUT<\/a>, VUT a tak\u00e9 se st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161kolou v Trutnov\u011b. Nen\u00ed tedy pochyb o atraktivit\u011b \u010cR jak pro zahrani\u010dn\u00ed studenty, tak i pro v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 zahrani\u010dn\u00ed pracovn\u00edky, kte\u0159\u00ed se n\u00e1sledn\u011b zapoj\u00ed do lok\u00e1ln\u00edho pracovn\u00edho ekosyst\u00e9mu. Praktick\u00fdm omezen\u00edm v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nutnost platby stipendia za studium v\u00a0angli\u010dtin\u011b, proto\u017ee ministerstvo dnes \u0161kol\u00e1m p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 jen na v\u00fduku v \u010de\u0161tin\u011b. Najde-li se finan\u010dn\u00ed podpora a nad\u0161en\u00ed odborn\u00edci, mohou vzniknout takov\u00e9 unik\u00e1tn\u00ed v\u00fdukov\u00e9 programy, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u00a0oboru um\u011bl\u00e9 inteligence (AI) program prg.ai Minor. Tento meziuniverzitn\u00ed program se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z nejlep\u0161\u00edch p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f \u010dty\u0159 fakult \u010cVUT a Univerzity Karlovy (FEL \u010cVUT, FIT \u010cVUT, MFF UK a FSV UK) a poskytuje technicky zdatn\u00fdm student\u016fm hlub\u0161\u00ed vhled do oboru um\u011bl\u00e9 inteligence. Zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed na udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 postupy ve stavebnictv\u00ed, v energetice a v ob\u011bhov\u00e9m hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed bude kl\u00ed\u010dem k \u00fasp\u011bchu na pracovn\u00edm trhu. Flexibilita a schopnost adaptace na nov\u00e9 technologie a trendy budou nezbytn\u00e9 pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho, kdo chce b\u00fdt aktivn\u00edm \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkem zelen\u00e9 transformace.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-reader-unique-id=\"60\">Podle anal\u00fdz Cedefopu, kter\u00fd se specializuje na vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, je patrn\u00e1 zm\u011bna ve struktu\u0159e popt\u00e1vky po dovednostech v souvislosti s evropskou zelenou transformac\u00ed. \u00dasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd p\u0159echod na zelenou ekonomiku vy\u017eaduje nejen technologick\u00e9 inovace, ale i pr\u016f\u0159ezov\u00e9 dovednosti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-reader-unique-id=\"61\">Progn\u00f3za Cedefopu ukazuje, \u017ee vysoce kvalifikovan\u00e1 pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsta v pr\u016fmyslu nab\u00fdvaj\u00ed na v\u00fdznamu.
