Tyto zm\u011bny se neomezuj\u00ed pouze na silnice, ale ovlivn\u00ed tak\u00e9 typy vozidel, kter\u00fdmi jezd\u00edme, a aplikace, kter\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me. Jedn\u00edm z kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch faktor\u016f, kter\u00e9 bude t\u0159eba v Evrop\u011b \u0159e\u0161it, je vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed probl\u00e9m &#8220;autobezpe\u010dnosti&#8221;.
