Asociace evropsk\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u016f automobil\u016f ACEA ocenila, \u017ee Evropsk\u00fd parlament hlasoval pro realisti\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup k norm\u011b Euro 7 ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s t\u00edm, co loni navrhla Evropsk\u00e1 komise.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Euro 7 v\u0161ak st\u00e1le p\u0159edstavuje vysokou investici, a to ve velmi kritick\u00e9 f\u00e1zi transformace automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><em>\u201eFaktem z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee Euro 7 p\u0159edstavuje pro v\u00fdrobce vozidel v\u00fdznamnou investici, kter\u00e1 dopl\u0148uje jejich \u00fasil\u00ed o dekarbonizaci. P\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed v mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9m geopolitick\u00e9m a ekonomick\u00e9m kontextu. Evropa pot\u0159ebuje p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 Euro 7, kter\u00e9 by vyv\u00e1\u017eilo obavy o \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed a konkurenceschopnost pr\u016fmyslu. O z\u00e1vazku pr\u016fmyslu zlep\u0161it kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed nem\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pochyb. Proto automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl vynalo\u017eil rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 prost\u0159edky do nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed normy Euro 6\/VI t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek. Tyto investice se vyplatily, proto\u017ee emise v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f jsou dnes sotva m\u011b\u0159iteln\u00e9,\u201c<\/em>\u00a0uvedla gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editelka ACEA Sigrid de Vriesov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ACEA se domn\u00edv\u00e1, \u017ee m\u00e1 smysl zab\u00fdvat se emisemi z brzd a pneumatik v r\u00e1mci normy Euro 7, proto\u017ee ty jsou relevantn\u00ed i pro elektromobily a v budoucnu budou hlavn\u00edm zdrojem emis\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek na silnic\u00edch. Jeliko\u017e jsou v\u0161ak metody testov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed jin\u00fdch ne\u017e v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f zcela nov\u00e9 a nevyzkou\u0161en\u00e9, je t\u0159eba zajistit technickou proveditelnost t\u011bchto nov\u00fdch c\u00edl\u016f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-238\" src=\"http:\/\/www.automakers.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/AutoSAP-Petzl-2020-1024x683-1-678x381-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"678\" height=\"381\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reakce AutoSAP<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sdru\u017een\u00ed automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu v\u00edt\u00e1 v\u00fdsledek hlasov\u00e1n\u00ed Evropsk\u00e9ho parlamentu, kter\u00fd potvrdil pozici v\u00fdboru pro \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed a je zlep\u0161en\u00edm p\u016fvodn\u00edho n\u00e1vrhu Evropsk\u00e9 komise. Nad\u00e1le v\u0161ak p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00ed obavy z realizovatelnosti a dopad\u016f n\u011bkter\u00fdch technick\u00fdch po\u017eadavk\u016f, nap\u0159\u00edklad nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed po\u017eadavk\u016f na novou palubn\u00ed diagnostiku vozidel \u010di zp\u0159\u00edsn\u011bn\u00ed emis\u00ed z ot\u011bru z brzd a pneumatik.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201eJe zapot\u0159eb\u00ed ocenit kompromis, pro jeho\u017e podporu dok\u00e1zal hlavn\u00ed zpravodaj Alexandr Vondra z\u00edskat pot\u0159ebnou v\u011bt\u0161inu. P\u0159ijat\u00fd text pova\u017eujeme za v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zlep\u0161en\u00ed p\u016fvodn\u00edho n\u00e1vrhu Evropsk\u00e9 komise. Jedn\u00edm z p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f zre\u00e1ln\u011bn\u00ed po\u017eadavk\u016f je ot\u00e1zka vstupu v platnost. Nav\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed lh\u016fty pro vstup platnost a\u017e po p\u0159ijet\u00ed sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed legislativy je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00e9ho \u010dasu pro v\u00fdrobce i testovac\u00ed centra reagovat na nov\u00e9 regulatorn\u00ed po\u017eadavky,\u201c<\/em>\u00a0\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 v\u00fdkonn\u00fd \u0159editel Sdru\u017een\u00ed automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu Zden\u011bk Petzl.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u016fvodn\u00ed text by podle AutoSAP vedl k ne\u00fam\u011brn\u00fdm n\u00e1klad\u016fm a odklonu investic od p\u0159echodu na bezemisn\u00ed mobilitu, ohro\u017eoval by men\u0161\u00ed a cenov\u011b dostupn\u00e1 vozidla a mohl v\u00e9st k uzav\u0159en\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00edch z\u00e1vod\u016f s dopadem na zam\u011bstnanost. P\u0159itom p\u0159\u00ednos pro \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed by byl velmi omezen\u00fd. Skute\u010dn\u00e9 zlep\u0161en\u00ed lze dos\u00e1hnout nahrazen\u00edm star\u0161\u00edch vozidel nov\u00fdmi modely s aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed normou Euro 6\/VI v kombinaci s p\u0159echodem na elektrifikaci vozov\u00e9ho parku.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sdru\u017een\u00ed automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu v\u011b\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee m\u00e1 smysl zab\u00fdvat se nov\u00fdmi po\u017eadavky normy, jako jsou emise z ot\u011bru brzd a pneumatik, proto\u017ee ty jsou relevantn\u00ed i pro elektrick\u00e1 vozidla a v budoucnu z\u016fstanou posledn\u00edmi zdroji emis\u00ed z vozidel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Popisovat vozidla Euro 6\/VI jako \u201evysoce zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed\u201c je zcela nepravdiv\u00e9 tvrzen\u00ed. Od prvn\u00ed normy Euro do normy Euro 6 do\u0161lo k re\u00e1ln\u00e9mu sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed z vozidel o v\u00edce ne\u017e 90 %.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reakce T&#038;E<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201eZ\u00e1konod\u00e1rci EU by m\u011bli p\u0159ejmenovat n\u00e1vrh z\u00e1kona o emis\u00edch vozidel na Euro 6 F aby se zabr\u00e1nilo plo\u0161n\u00e9mu klam\u00e1n\u00ed s vyd\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm \u0161pinav\u00fdch aut za \u010dist\u00e1. Parlament EU podpo\u0159il takzvanou normu Euro 7, kter\u00e1 v\u00fdrazn\u011b nezvy\u0161uje ochranu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed p\u0159ed zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm oproti sv\u00e9 p\u0159edch\u016fdkyni Euro 6. Zachov\u00e1v\u00e1 stejn\u00fd limit pro oxidy dus\u00edku u automobil\u016f na benzin jako norma Euro 6 a t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nezlep\u0161uje testov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 z\u00e1sadn\u00ed v\u00fdznam pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed skute\u010dn\u00e9ho dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed limit\u016f.,\u201c<\/em>\u00a0uvedla zelen\u00e1 skupina Transport &#038; Environment (T&#038;E).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Anna Krajinska, mana\u017eerka pro emise vozidel a kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed ve spole\u010dnosti T&#038;E, uvedla:\u00a0<em>\u201eDnes schv\u00e1len\u00e1 norma Euro 7 je hor\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e zbyte\u010dn\u00e1. Automobilky ji vyu\u017eij\u00ed k ekologizaci voz\u016f, kter\u00e9 nejsou t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 o nic \u010dist\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e dnes. Posledn\u00ed norma zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, kterou budou muset motory spl\u0148ovat, je mrtvou literou. Z\u00e1konod\u00e1rci by m\u011bli m\u00edt tolik slu\u0161nosti, aby ji p\u0159ejmenovali na Euro 6F nebo ji st\u00e1hli.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hlavn\u00ed evropsk\u00e1 m\u00e9dia informovala o tom, jak automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl na z\u00e1klad\u011b dezinformac\u00ed vedl lobbistickou kampa\u0148 s c\u00edlem oslabit p\u016fvodn\u00ed pl\u00e1ny na zaveden\u00ed normy Euro 7, kter\u00e1 by podle T&#038;E zabr\u00e1nila 35 000 p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00fdch \u00famrt\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Evropsk\u00fd parlament nyn\u00ed zah\u00e1j\u00ed t\u0159\u00edstrann\u00e1 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed s Radou EU a Komis\u00ed aby rozhodl o kone\u010dn\u00e9 podob\u011b z\u00e1kona. Rada EU podporuje je\u0161t\u011b slab\u0161\u00ed verzi normy Euro 7.
