Na veletrhu se mluvilo tak\u00e9 o syntetick\u00fdch palivech, kter\u00e9 mohou hr\u00e1t d\u016fle\u017eitou roli v p\u0159echodu k n\u00edzkoemisn\u00ed doprav\u011b.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article-bodytext\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Navrhovan\u00e1 podoba nov\u00e9 emisn\u00ed normy EURO 7 se mus\u00ed zm\u011bnit, jinak ohroz\u00ed konkurenceschopnost evropsk\u00e9ho automobilov\u00e9ho trhu v\u016f\u010di zbytku sv\u011bta. Na tom se shodl ministr dopravy Martin Kupka se \u0161\u00e9fy automobilek Renault, Hyundai, Iveco a DAF, se kter\u00fdmi debatoval 5. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed v Mnichov\u011b v r\u00e1mci kulat\u00e9ho stolu o aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u00fdzv\u00e1ch, kter\u00fdm \u010del\u00ed automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl. Jedn\u00e1n\u00ed se \u00fa\u010dastnil i n\u011bmeck\u00fd spolkov\u00fd ministr dopravy Volker Wissing. \u010cesk\u00e1 republika je v \u010dele st\u00e1t\u016f, kter\u00e9 prosazuj\u00ed racion\u00e1ln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed podobu emisn\u00ed normy, kterou navrhla Evropsk\u00e1 komise. Dal\u0161\u00ed kolo d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch jedn\u00e1n\u00ed o jej\u00ed kone\u010dn\u00e9 podob\u011b se uskute\u010dn\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b v pr\u016fb\u011bhu z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201e<em>Jedn\u00e1n\u00ed o nov\u00e9 podob\u011b emisn\u00ed normy EURO 7 vstupuj\u00ed do sv\u00e9 hork\u00e9 f\u00e1ze. \u010cesk\u00e1 republika je aktivn\u00ed a bojujeme za to, aby se do kompromisn\u00edho n\u00e1vrhu dostalo maximum na\u0161ich po\u017eadavk\u016f. U\u017e se n\u00e1m poda\u0159ilo nap\u0159\u00edklad dos\u00e1hnout toho, \u017ee EURO 7 by se nem\u011blo vztahovat na autobusy. St\u00e1le je v\u0161ak nutn\u00e9 vy\u0159e\u0161it celou \u0159adu sporn\u00fdch bod\u016f, term\u00edny \u00fa\u010dinnosti po\u010d\u00ednaje a emisn\u00edmi limity kon\u010de. Budeme v t\u011bchto oblastech navrhovat dal\u0161\u00ed zm\u011bny zn\u011bn\u00ed normy,<\/em>\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 ministr dopravy Martin Kupka.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00da\u0159aduj\u00edc\u00ed \u0161pan\u011blsk\u00e9 p\u0159edsednictv\u00ed by do konce tohoto t\u00fddne m\u011blo \u010dlensk\u00fdm st\u00e1t\u016fm p\u0159edstavit v po\u0159ad\u00ed ji\u017e p\u00e1t\u00fd kompromisn\u00ed text n\u00e1vrhu emisn\u00ed normy. Ambic\u00ed \u0161pan\u011blsk\u00e9ho p\u0159edsednictv\u00ed je p\u0159ijet\u00ed obecn\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edstupu, tzv. pozice Rady, na zased\u00e1n\u00ed Rady pro konkurenceschopnost COMPET 25. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed. Je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159edt\u00edm bude vyjedn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed prob\u00edhat na \u00farovni velvyslanc\u016f v Coreperu I.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Z\u00e1stupci automobilek na jedn\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ipomn\u011bli, \u017ee cel\u00fd automobilov\u00fd sektor se zav\u00e1zal ke sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed negativn\u00edch dopad\u016f dopravy na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed. P\u0159\u00edsn\u00e1 emisn\u00ed norma EURO 7 by mohla m\u00edt v kone\u010dn\u00e9m d\u016fsledku negativn\u00ed vliv na toto \u00fasil\u00ed, proto\u017ee by odvedla velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed financ\u00ed, kter\u00e9 cht\u011bj\u00ed automobilky investovat do v\u00fdvoje technologi\u00ed pro n\u00edzkoemisn\u00ed mobilitu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201e<em>Z\u00e1stupci p\u0159edn\u00edch sv\u011btov\u00fdch automobilek vid\u00ed v n\u00e1vrhu stejn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my, jako my. EURO 7 v navr\u017een\u00e9 podob\u011b znamen\u00e1 v\u00edce \u0161kody ne\u017e u\u017eitku. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby byl evropsk\u00fd automobilov\u00fd trh konkurenceschopn\u00fd, proto\u017ee v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice, N\u011bmecku a dal\u0161\u00edch evropsk\u00fdch st\u00e1tech na n\u011bm z\u00e1vis\u00ed stovky tis\u00edc pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee \u0161patn\u011b p\u0159ipraven\u00e1 emisn\u00ed norma ohrozit. Nav\u00edc osobn\u00ed automobil je pro spoustu Evropan\u016f nutnost\u00ed, nesm\u00ed se st\u00e1t nedosti\u017en\u00fdm luxusem. To by vedlo pouze k soci\u00e1ln\u00edm ot\u0159es\u016fm<\/em>,\u201c zd\u016fraz\u0148uje Kupka.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u010cesk\u00e1 vl\u00e1da od prvn\u00edho zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00ed n\u00e1vrhu nov\u00e9 emisn\u00ed normy bojuje za jej\u00ed zm\u00edrn\u011bn\u00ed. Pod veden\u00edm ministra Kupky byla vytvo\u0159ena koalice n\u00e1zorov\u011b bl\u00edzk\u00fdch zem\u00ed. \u010cesk\u00e1 republika, Francie, It\u00e1lie, Slovensko, Rumunsko, Bulharsko, Ma\u010farsko a Polsko na po\u010d\u00e1tku \u010dervna p\u0159edstavily spole\u010dn\u00fd pozi\u010dn\u00ed dokument, ve kter\u00e9m po\u017eaduj\u00ed zm\u011bnu n\u00e1vrhu EURO 7. Pozice \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky k z\u00e1sadn\u00edm ot\u00e1zk\u00e1m z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 beze zm\u011bny. Nad\u00e1le je nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edm po\u017eadavkem prodlou\u017een\u00ed dat vstup\u016f v platnost a jejich nav\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed na prov\u00e1d\u011bc\u00ed akty. \u010cesk\u00e1 republika tak\u00e9 usiluje o jasn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed specifikaci a diskuzi nad dal\u0161\u00edmi \u010d\u00e1stmi n\u00e1vrhu. Jako problematick\u00e9 se jev\u00ed aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed podoba On-Board-Monitoring, tj. syst\u00e9mu m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed emis\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo na palub\u011b vozidla, nebo takzvan\u00e9 okrajov\u00e9 podm\u00ednky m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jedn\u00e1n\u00ed se z\u00e1stupci automobilek, kter\u00e9 ministr Kupka inicioval, se uskute\u010dnilo na okraj mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edho automobilov\u00e9ho veletrhu IAA Mobility, jeho\u017e slavnostn\u00edho zah\u00e1jen\u00ed se ministr Kupka tak\u00e9 z\u00fa\u010dastnil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V pond\u011bl\u00ed 4. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed se na IAA se\u0161li z\u00e1stupci vl\u00e1d, pr\u016fmyslu a akademick\u00e9ho sektoru z des\u00edtek zem\u00ed na konferenci k syntetick\u00fdm paliv\u016fm. Na pozv\u00e1n\u00ed spolkov\u00e9ho ministra dopravy Volkera Wissinga jako jeden z hlavn\u00edch \u0159e\u010dn\u00edk\u016f vystoupil na konferenci i Martin Kupka. \u010cesk\u00e1 republika v sou\u010dasnosti mapuje potenci\u00e1l mo\u017en\u00e9ho vyu\u017eit\u00ed syntetick\u00fdch paliv.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201e<em>Doprava aktu\u00e1ln\u011b proch\u00e1z\u00ed obdob\u00edm bou\u0159liv\u00e9ho technologick\u00e9ho v\u00fdvoje, kter\u00fd zcela nutn\u011b sm\u011b\u0159uje ke sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed dopad\u016f dopravy na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Pro \u010ceskou republiku je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby v tomto procesu byl zachov\u00e1n princip technologick\u00e9 neutrality. Nikdo z n\u00e1s nevid\u00ed do budoucnosti, aby nyn\u00ed mohl se 100 % jistotou ur\u010dit, jak\u00fd bude pod\u00edl r\u016fzn\u00fdch alternativn\u00edch pohon\u016f v budoucnosti dopravy. Krom\u011b elektromobility a vod\u00edku vid\u00edme potenci\u00e1l i ve v\u00fdvoji syntetick\u00fdch paliv pro spalovac\u00ed motory, kter\u00e9 mohou hr\u00e1t d\u016fle\u017eitou roli p\u0159i sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed v leteck\u00e9 a n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed a lodn\u00ed doprav\u011b a tak\u00e9 v oblasti t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 n\u00e1kladn\u00ed dopravy a specializovan\u00fdch vozidel, jako jsou nap\u0159\u00edklad vozy IZS, kde bateriov\u00e1 elektromobilita st\u00e1le je\u0161t\u011b nar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed na sv\u00e9 technologick\u00e9 limity. Syntetick\u00e1 paliva mohou vdechnout druh\u00fd \u017eivot mnoha dopravn\u00edm prost\u0159edk\u016fm se spalovac\u00edmi motory<\/em>,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 ministr dopravy Martin Kupka.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Syntetick\u00e1 paliva, tzv. e-fuels, jsou kapaln\u00e1 nebo plynn\u00e1 paliva ur\u010den\u00e1 pro pou\u017eit\u00ed ve vozech s motorem s vnit\u0159n\u00edm spalov\u00e1n\u00edm, p\u0159i jejich\u017e pou\u017eit\u00ed vznik\u00e1 omezen\u00e9 nebo nulov\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed emis\u00ed CO2, a to i d\u00edky vyu\u017eit\u00ed obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie p\u0159i jejich v\u00fdrob\u011b. Ve v\u00fdzkumu jejich efektivn\u00ed v\u00fdroby a vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed v tuto chv\u00edli v Evrop\u011b hraj\u00ed prim n\u011bmeck\u00e9 firmy. \u010cesk\u00e1 republika aktu\u00e1ln\u011b zkoum\u00e1v\u00e1 celkov\u00fd potenci\u00e1l vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed syntetick\u00fdch paliv. \u201e<em>V\u00fdzkum, v\u00fdvoj a i n\u00e1sledn\u00e1 v\u00fdroba syntetick\u00fdch paliv m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159edstavovat zaj\u00edmavou p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed i pro na\u0161e firmy a v\u011bdeck\u00e9 a v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 instituce<\/em>,\u201c p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 ministr Kupka.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u00edky aktivit\u011b \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky a N\u011bmecka se poda\u0159ilo letos na ja\u0159e prosadit na evropsk\u00e9 \u00farovni pr\u00e1vn\u011b z\u00e1vaznou v\u00fdjimku pro vozy se spalovac\u00edmi motory na syntetick\u00e1 paliva. Ty bude mo\u017en\u00e9 nab\u00edzet po roce 2035, kdy vstoup\u00ed v platnost unijn\u00ed z\u00e1kaz prodeje nov\u00fdch osobn\u00edch automobil\u016f se spalovac\u00edmi motory.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mnichovsk\u00e9 konference o syntetick\u00fdch palivech se \u00fa\u010dastnili z\u00e1stupci vl\u00e1d, mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch organizac\u00ed, asociac\u00ed, pr\u016fmyslu a akademick\u00e9 obce z v\u00edce ne\u017e 80 zem\u00ed.
