Pot\u00e9, co se odv\u011btv\u00ed za\u010dalo zotavovat z pandemie covidu, ho op\u011bt p\u0159ibrzdil nedostatek polovodi\u010d\u016f a dal\u0161\u00edch sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed, v\u00e1lka na Ukrajin\u011b a obt\u00ed\u017ee ve v\u00fdrobn\u00edch a logistick\u00fdch \u0159et\u011bzc\u00edch. Automobilky za\u010daly v \u00fanoru omezovat v\u00fdrobu.<\/strong><span id=\"more-18262\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eSnad nikdy v historii jsme nebyli konfrontov\u00e1ni s tak rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdmi v\u00fdzvami jako v uplynul\u00e9m roce. V glob\u00e1ln\u011b \u00fazce propojen\u00e9m odv\u011btv\u00ed se i nad\u00e1le projevoval celosv\u011btov\u00fd nedostatek polovodi\u010d\u016f, obt\u00ed\u017ee v dodavatelsk\u00fdch \u0159et\u011bzc\u00edch a logistice, dozvuky epidemie COVID v \u010c\u00edn\u011b, extr\u00e9mn\u00ed r\u016fst cen energi\u00ed, vysok\u00e1 inflace i zakotven\u00ed konce prodeje vozidel s tradi\u010dn\u00edmi spalovac\u00edmi motory \u010di nov\u011b p\u0159edstaven\u00fd n\u00e1vrh emisn\u00ed normy Euro 7\/VII, kter\u00fd v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem ohro\u017euje dostupnost vozidel i p\u0159echod na bezemisn\u00ed mobilitu,\u201c zhodnotil rok 2022 prezident Sdru\u017een\u00ed automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu (AutoSAP) Martin Jahn.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>St\u00e1le mezi automobilov\u00fdmi giganty<\/b><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I p\u0159es tyto obt\u00ed\u017ee se loni fin\u00e1ln\u00edm v\u00fdrobc\u016fm poda\u0159ilo vyprodukovat 1,25 milionu vozidel. V\u011bt\u0161inu z nich maj\u00ed na sv\u011bdom\u00ed t\u0159i automobilky. Nejv\u00edce aut chrl\u00ed \u0160kodovka v Mlad\u00e9 Boleslavi, Kvasin\u00e1ch a Vrchlab\u00ed, druh\u00fd je Hyundai v moravsk\u00fdch No\u0161ovic\u00edch a t\u0159et\u00ed Toyota v Kol\u00edn\u011b. \u010cesk\u00e1 republika se tak st\u00e1le dr\u017e\u00ed vysoko v \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dku nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00edch \u201eautomobilov\u00fdch\u201c ekonomik Evropy. V\u00edce vozidel loni vyrobily jen N\u011bmecko, Francie a \u0160pan\u011blsko. I takov\u00e9 velmoci jako Velk\u00e1 Brit\u00e1nie nebo It\u00e1lie jsou hluboko za n\u00e1mi (oba st\u00e1ty produkuj\u00ed ro\u010dn\u011b jen kolem 700 000 automobil\u016f).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V \u010cesku zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1 autopr\u016fmysl pln\u00fdch 13,8 procenta populace, vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed procento maj\u00ed jen Slovensko, Rumunsko a \u0160v\u00e9dsko. \u201eV\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee v\u00fdpadky budou sp\u00ed\u0161e kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9ho charakteru a celkov\u011b se n\u00e1m bude i nad\u00e1le da\u0159it navy\u0161ovat v\u00fdrobu sm\u011brem k\u00a0p\u0159edkrizov\u00fdm hodnot\u00e1m. T\u0159et\u00ed nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed tuzemsk\u00e1 automobilka, Toyota Motor Manufacturing v Kol\u00edn\u011b, kter\u00e1 vyrob\u00ed denn\u011b zhruba 1000 aut, musela na v\u011bt\u0161inu \u00fanora nucen\u011b zastavit v\u00fdrobu. Podobn\u011b jako v roce 2020 kv\u016fli covidu a v roce 2021 kv\u016fli chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00edm \u010dip\u016fm. Posledn\u00ed leto\u0161n\u00ed sm\u011bna prob\u011bhla 31. ledna a pot\u00e9 se linky v Ov\u010d\u00e1rech zastavily.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eD\u016fvodem je nedostatek d\u00edl\u016f v dodavatelsk\u00e9m \u0159et\u011bzci s ohledem na komponenty do polovodi\u010d\u016f,\u201c \u0159ekl mluv\u010d\u00ed firmy Tom\u00e1\u0161 Paroubek. Podle jeho slov chyb\u00ed komponenty do obou model\u016f, kter\u00e9 firma moment\u00e1ln\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u00ed, a to Aygo a\u00a0Yaris. \u201eLoni jsme \u0159e\u0161ili drobn\u00e1 zastaven\u00ed v\u00fdroby kv\u016fli chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00edm komponent\u016fm, nyn\u00ed se to t\u00fdk\u00e1 obou model\u016f,\u201c doplnil mluv\u010d\u00ed. Tak\u00e9 nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed\u00a0\u0160koda Auto omezila od p\u00e1tku 3. \u00fanora kv\u016fli nedostatku \u010dip\u016f v\u00fdrobu. Odst\u00e1vky se dotkly z\u00e1vod\u016f v Mlad\u00e9 Boleslavi a Vrchlab\u00ed, omezen\u00ed se podle posledn\u00edch informac\u00ed dotkne i Kvasin.\u00a0Ve \u0161kodov\u00e1ck\u00e9m z\u00e1vod\u011b MB I, kde se vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed modely Octavia a Enyaq, jsou nyn\u00ed od \u00fater\u00fd do p\u00e1tku jen rann\u00ed sm\u011bny. \u201eStejn\u011b tak to bude ve sva\u0159ovn\u011b MB I, kde se nav\u00edc pojede no\u010dn\u00ed z pond\u011bl\u00ed na \u00fater\u00fd a \u010dtvrte\u010dn\u00ed odpoledn\u00ed v omezen\u00e9m re\u017eimu,\u201c uvedl t\u00fdden\u00edk \u0160kodov\u00e1ck\u00fd odbor\u00e1\u0159.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sm\u011bny se ru\u0161\u00ed rovn\u011b\u017e ve Vrchlab\u00ed ve dvacetism\u011bnn\u00e9m re\u017eimu na mont\u00e1\u017ei p\u0159evodovek a obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed.\u00a0\u201eOdbory KOVO pro dot\u010den\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance op\u011bt vyjednaly n\u00e1hradu ve v\u00fd\u0161i 80 procent pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzdy, tedy cca denn\u00ed v\u00fdd\u011blek,\u201c dodal t\u00fdden\u00edk.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-1524 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.automakersnews.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Vyroba-aut-skoda-enyaq-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Odst\u00e1vky v\u00fdroby hroz\u00ed dominov\u00fdm efektem<\/b><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Velk\u00e9 automobilky dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed v\u00fdpadky ve v\u00fdrob\u011b sv\u00fdm zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm kompenzovat. Bohu\u017eel ale nejde jen o n\u011b.\u00a0Na jejich pr\u00e1ci je v tuzemsku nav\u00e1z\u00e1na pr\u00e1ce dal\u0161\u00edch statis\u00edc\u016f lid\u00ed v dodavatelsk\u00fdch firm\u00e1ch. \u201eTy\u00a0te\u010f musej\u00ed okam\u017eit\u011b \u0159e\u0161it nezbytn\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed k omezen\u00ed v\u00fdroby. Bohu\u017eel nejde o zastaven\u00ed na jeden den, nejde o v\u00fdpadek p\u00e1r sm\u011bn. Tady se bav\u00edme a\u017e v \u0159\u00e1du m\u011bs\u00edce. Z toho d\u016fvodu mus\u00ed nastat okam\u017eit\u00fd kask\u00e1dov\u00fd efekt komunikace na celou dodavatelskou s\u00ed\u0165 a i tam mus\u00ed doj\u00edt k co nejrychlej\u0161\u00edmu zastaven\u00ed v\u00fdroby,\u201c uvedl v rozhovoru pro Seznam Zpr\u00e1vy \u010dlen p\u0159edstavenstva AutoSAP Petr Nov\u00e1k, kter\u00fd je z\u00e1rove\u0148 \u0159editelem firmy JTEKT Evropa, kter\u00e1 jen v Evrop\u011b provozuje 15 z\u00e1vod\u016f, z toho t\u0159i v \u010cesku, v\u00a0Plzni, Pardubic\u00edch a Olomouci.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cVn\u00edm\u00e1me, \u017ee st\u00e1le pokra\u010duje vysok\u00e1 volatilita v odb\u011bratelsko-dodavatelsk\u00e9m \u0159et\u011bzci a t\u011bch d\u016fvod\u016f je n\u011bkolik. Je tu ale n\u011bco co m\u016f\u017ee zdra\u017eit auta se spalovac\u00edm motorem a t\u00edm zbrzdit \u010desk\u00fd autopr\u016fmysl, ve kter\u00e9m elektromobily p\u017eedstavuj\u00ed jen zlomek produkce. Loni v listopadu schv\u00e1lila Evropsk\u00e1 komise n\u00e1vrh emisn\u00ed normy Euro 7, kter\u00e1 chce\u00a0zp\u0159\u00edsnit emisn\u00ed limity benz\u00ednov\u00fdch a naftov\u00fdch agreg\u00e1t\u016f. Pokud n\u00e1vrh schv\u00e1l\u00ed \u010dlensk\u00e9 st\u00e1ty a Evropsk\u00fd parlament, m\u011bla by pravidla pro nov\u00e1 osobn\u00ed auta platit od poloviny roku 2025, pro n\u00e1kladn\u00ed o dva roky pozd\u011bji.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O co v norm\u011b EURO 7 jde? \u201eZjednodu\u0161en\u011b \u0159e\u010deno po\u017eaduje, aby se emise oxid\u016f dus\u00edk\u016f sn\u00ed\u017eily ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s p\u0159edchoz\u00ed normou Euro 6 o 35 procent. Maj\u00ed se tak\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017eit emise pevn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic vypou\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch do ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Norma d\u00e1le slad\u00ed limity pro benzinov\u00e1 a dieselov\u00e1 auta, kdy limit 60 miligram\u016f na kilometr pro benz\u00ednov\u00e9 motory za\u010dne nov\u011b platit i pro diesely (dosud 80 miligram\u016f\/km). Evropsk\u00e1 komise krom\u011b toho po\u017eaduje, aby se vozy pohybovaly ve vyty\u010den\u00e9m emisn\u00edm p\u00e1smu i p\u0159i cest\u00e1ch, je\u017e jsou krat\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 10 kilometr\u016f. Vy\u0159e\u0161it f\u00e1zi takzvan\u00fdch studen\u00fdch start\u016f, logicky spojen\u00fdch s nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi emisemi, to by byl \u00fakol hodn\u00fd Toma Cruise v dal\u0161\u00edm pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00edm filmov\u00e9 s\u00e9rie Mission Impossible,\u201c m\u00edn\u00ed analytik ( a b\u00fdval\u00fd mluv\u00ed \u0160kody Auto) Milan Smutn\u00fd.
