Zat\u00edmco pravidla pro emise CO2 budou \u0159\u00eddit zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed vozidel s nulov\u00fdmi emisemi, EK dala jasn\u011b najevo, \u017ee je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed zajistit, aby v\u0161echna vozidla na evropsk\u00fdch silnic\u00edch byla mnohem \u010dist\u0161\u00ed. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u010c\u00e1st od\u016fvodn\u011bn\u00ed tohoto n\u00e1vrhu souvis\u00ed s riziky pro \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed a zdrav\u00ed. Doprava po Evrop\u011b st\u00e1le v\u00fdznamn\u011b p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 ke zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed a p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00fdm \u00famrt\u00edm. Podle EK byla doprava v roce 2018 v pr\u016fm\u011bru odpov\u011bdn\u00e1 za 39 % \u0161kodliv\u00fdch emis\u00ed oxidu dus\u00edku (47 % v m\u011bstsk\u00fdch oblastech) a 11 % celkov\u00e9ho \u010d\u00e1sticov\u00e9ho zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V r\u00e1mci n\u00e1vrhu nebudou v\u0161echna nov\u00e1 auta a dod\u00e1vky prod\u00e1van\u00e9 v EU od roku 2035 vypou\u0161t\u011bt \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 CO2. Podle EK je v\u0161ak o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1no, \u017ee v\u00edce ne\u017e 20 % ji\u017e existuj\u00edc\u00edch automobil\u016f a dod\u00e1vek a v\u00edce ne\u017e 50 % t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel budou i nad\u00e1le vypou\u0161t\u011bt zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky z jejich v\u00fdfuk\u016f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jedn\u00edm aspektem, kter\u00fd je t\u0159eba zv\u00e1\u017eit v souvislosti s t\u011bmito p\u0159\u00edchoz\u00edmi p\u0159edpisy, je dodavatelsk\u00fd \u0159et\u011bzec. \u201eNavrhovan\u00e9 p\u0159edpisy t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 jist\u011b ovlivn\u00ed popt\u00e1vku po ur\u010dit\u00fdch sou\u010d\u00e1stech vozidel. V\u00fdroba d\u00edl\u016f pro elektrick\u00e1 vozidla (EV), jako jsou baterie, bude st\u00e1le n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee pot\u0159eba elektrifikace a vozidel s nulov\u00fdmi emisemi se zvy\u0161uje v souladu s normami,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Amanda Beggsov\u00e1, Vedouc\u00ed advok\u00e1tka v pr\u00e1vnick\u00e9 firm\u011b Foley. &#038; Lardner.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mimo automobilky<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ale nebudou to ovlivn\u011bny pouze v\u00fdrobci automobil\u016f: bude to m\u00edt dopad i na v\u00fdrobce pneumatik. Jako takov\u00e9 budou ter\u00e9nn\u00ed vozidla pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b poh\u00e1n\u011bna spalovac\u00edmi motory mnohem d\u00e9le ne\u017e silni\u010dn\u00ed vozidla,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Beggsov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<h3>Budoucnost mobility<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Beggsov\u00e1 v\u011b\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee p\u0159edpisy Euro 7 budou d\u00e1le tla\u010dit OEM k v\u00fdvoji technologi\u00ed s nulov\u00fdmi emisemi sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f. N\u00e1sledn\u011b v\u0161ak bude muset b\u00fdt vyvinuta nov\u00e1 infrastruktura pro v\u00fdrobu a bezpe\u010dnou p\u0159epravu (zelen\u00e9ho) vod\u00edku vyroben\u00e9ho z jin\u00fdch ne\u017e fosiln\u00edch paliv.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u0159esto Natarajan varuje, \u017ee ve\u0161ker\u00fd tento v\u00fdzkum a v\u00fdvoj mohl p\u0159ehl\u00e9dnout nedostatky. &#8220;Vzhledem k \u0161irok\u00e9 pou\u017eitelnosti a rozsahu tohoto p\u0159echodu budou muset b\u00fdt n\u00e1klady na v\u00fdzkum a v\u00fdvoj a restrukturalizaci dodavatelsk\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce v kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 dob\u011b p\u0159eneseny na z\u00e1kazn\u00edka.&#8221; O\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee to sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed celkovou popt\u00e1vku po soukrom\u00e9 doprav\u011b a m\u00edsto toho zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 dopravy. Odv\u011btv\u00ed leasingu automobil\u016f za posledn\u00edch p\u011bt let rostlo, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e soukrom\u00e9 vlastnictv\u00ed kleslo na kontinentu z 53 % celkov\u00e9ho trhu v roce 2013 na 42 % v roce 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee navrhovan\u00e9 p\u0159edpisy Euro 7 se zab\u00fdvaj\u00ed emisemi pevn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic ze sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed obsa\u017een\u00fdch ve v\u0161ech vozidlech, jako jsou brzdy a pneumatiky, budou se tyto p\u0159edpisy vztahovat na v\u0161echna vozidla bez ohledu na to, jak jsou poh\u00e1n\u011bna. P\u0159edpisy vn\u00edmaj\u00ed emise jako celek, v\u010detn\u011b emis\u00ed CO2 i jin\u00fdch, a to v\u010detn\u011b elektrick\u00fdch vozidel. Beggsov\u00e1 nazna\u010duje, \u017ee vyd\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch emisn\u00edch limit\u016f bude m\u00e9n\u011b nutn\u00e9, pokud bude trh s elektrick\u00fdmi a jin\u00fdmi vozidly s nulov\u00fdmi emisemi nad\u00e1le r\u016fst.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dopad zahrnut\u00ed EV do t\u011bchto p\u0159edpis\u016f by mohl b\u00fdt skute\u010dn\u011b hlubok\u00fd: \u201eTyto p\u0159edpisy budou pokra\u010dovat a vyv\u00edjet se, jak se bude shroma\u017e\u010fovat a analyzovat v\u00edce \u00fadaj\u016f o EV,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Natarajan. Zat\u00edm se v\u0161ak nezab\u00fdvala emisemi z jin\u00fdch komponent, kter\u00e9 jsou zahrnuty v navrhovan\u00fdch p\u0159edpisech Euro 7.
