Anal\u00fdza spole\u010dnosti McKinsey &#038; Co nazna\u010duje, \u017ee v automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed sv\u00e9 zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed na komfort a pohodl\u00ed. D\u016fraz na z\u00e1\u017eitek z kabiny bude j\u00e1drem t\u00e9to zm\u011bny a z\u00e1rove\u0148 bude i hlavn\u00edm rozli\u0161ovac\u00edm faktorem mezi v\u00fdrobci automobil\u016f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Syst\u00e9my rozhran\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bk-stroj (Human machine interface, zkr\u00e1cen\u011b HMI) poskytnou technologick\u00fd z\u00e1klad, na kter\u00e9m se bude bojovat o z\u00e1kazn\u00edky. Nov\u00e9 HMI, by mohly b\u00fdt brzy ozn\u00e1meny se \u201estejn\u00fdm o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm a fanf\u00e1rou jako nov\u00e9 modely\u201c, uv\u00e1d\u00ed McKinsey.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u0159et\u00ed prostor<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eV\u00edce ne\u017e 50 let se HMI zam\u011b\u0159ovalo na rozsah viditelnosti a dosah \u0159idi\u010dov\u00fdch kon\u010detin v kabin\u011b,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Sushaiv Wadekar, viceprezident spole\u010dnosti Cyient \u2013 spole\u010dnosti poskytuj\u00edc\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed s v\u00edce ne\u017e 30 lety zku\u0161enost\u00ed v oblasti HMI. &#8220;Za posledn\u00edch deset let se v\u0161ak HMI vyvinulo do bodu, kdy dnes mohou v\u00fdrobci automobil\u016f v podstat\u011b vytvo\u0159it mobiln\u00ed telefon na kolech.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pokud lze v\u011bt\u0161inu nebo dokonce v\u0161echny aspekty \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed sv\u011b\u0159it samotn\u00e9mu vozidlu, v\u0161ichni cestuj\u00edc\u00ed se stanou pasa\u017e\u00e9ry, kte\u0159\u00ed se pak mohou soust\u0159edit na funkce infotainmentu. Krom\u011b domova a pracovn\u00edho prostoru z\u00e1kazn\u00edka by se auta mohla st\u00e1t \u201et\u0159et\u00edm prostorem\u201c pro ka\u017edodenn\u00ed \u017eivot. V tomto nov\u00e9m modelu by se vlastnictv\u00ed auta mohlo zm\u011bnit na pouhou slu\u017ebu. Pokud chce z\u00e1kazn\u00edk vyrazit do ter\u00e9nu, m\u016f\u017ee cht\u00edt 4\u00d74. Pokud chce projet m\u011bstem, mohl by b\u00fdt prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd hatchback. To v\u0161ak neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee se lid\u00e9 zcela odlou\u010d\u00ed od sv\u00fdch aut. \u201eN\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee samo\u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed auta u\u010din\u00ed HMI zbyte\u010dn\u00fdm,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Miao Luo, vedouc\u00ed odd\u011blen\u00ed automobilov\u00fdch a konstruk\u010dn\u00edch n\u00e1stroj\u016f ve spole\u010dnosti Qt Company. &#8220;Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee je to p\u0159esn\u011b naopak.&#8221; Spole\u010dnost Qt, kterou Stellantis vybrala v \u00fanoru 2022 pro v\u00fdvoj sv\u00e9ho nov\u00e9ho HMI, v\u010detn\u011b stylistick\u00fdch vylep\u0161en\u00ed, 3D efekt\u016f, head-up displej\u016f a obrazovek infotainmentu, se zam\u011b\u0159uje na to, co syst\u00e9my kokpitu nejv\u00edce pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed poskytovat. \u201eKomunikace mezi \u0159idi\u010dem a vozidlem je v\u0161\u00edm,\u201c zd\u016fraz\u0148uje.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zvuk, zrak nebo hmat?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Komunikace mezi cestuj\u00edc\u00edmi je usnadn\u011bna prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm smyslov\u00fdch interakc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsou dnes obecn\u011b vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed, sluchov\u00e9 nebo hmatov\u00e9. HMI vozu m\u016f\u017ee \u0159idi\u010de upozornit, kdy m\u00e1 na p\u0159edem naprogramovan\u00e9 cest\u011b zabo\u010dit p\u0159es obrazovku st\u0159edov\u00e9 konzoly, senzory mohou vytvo\u0159it p\u00edpnut\u00ed, kter\u00e9 upozorn\u00ed na hroz\u00edc\u00ed kolizi b\u011bhem man\u00e9vru, a volanty mohou vibrovat, pokud v\u016fz zabo\u010d\u00ed do \u0161patn\u00e9ho j\u00edzdn\u00edho pruhu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ka\u017ed\u00e1 z t\u011bchto interakc\u00ed m\u00e1 sv\u00e9 v\u00fdhody a nev\u00fdhody \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed komunikace m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1, pokud rozptyluje pozornost \u0159idi\u010de; na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 vysoce informativn\u00ed, pohlcuj\u00edc\u00ed a intuitivn\u00ed, pokud je dob\u0159e implementov\u00e1na. Mezit\u00edm technologicky zdatn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed u\u017eivatel\u00e9 mohou preferovat hlasov\u00e9 ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed, pokud jsou na to zvykl\u00ed,\u201c navrhuje Luo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kter\u00e9 senzorick\u00e9 metody p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00ed ur\u010d\u00ed a\u017e postup pokus-omyl. \u201eV dne\u0161n\u00edch HMI je technologie hodn\u011b p\u0159ehnan\u00e1. Pokud v\u00fdrobci automobil\u016f p\u0159et\u00ed\u017e\u00ed zvukovou, vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed a hmatovou zp\u011btnou vazbu do vozidel, skute\u010dn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpady pou\u017eit\u00ed od z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f jim rychle \u0159eknou, kter\u00e9 jsou zastaral\u00e9.\u201c \u0158\u00edk\u00e1 Bryce Johnstone, \u0159editel marketingu automobilov\u00e9ho segmentu ve spole\u010dnosti Imagination Technologies \u2013 jej\u00ed\u017e IP GPU m\u00e1 50% pod\u00edl na trhu v HMI.\u00a0 V kone\u010dn\u00e9m d\u016fsledku mus\u00ed HMI komunikovat s \u0159idi\u010dem efektivn\u011b a bezpe\u010dn\u011b. Johnstone navrhuje, \u017ee by se v\u00fdrobci OEM m\u011bli zam\u011b\u0159it na poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch informac\u00ed cestuj\u00edc\u00edm ve spr\u00e1vn\u00fd \u010das, a to zp\u016fsobem odoln\u00fdm proti selh\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00fd nelze nespr\u00e1vn\u011b interpretovat.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">V\u00fdzvy<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nov\u00e9 mo\u017enosti infotainmentu odem\u010den\u00e9 automatizac\u00ed a r\u016fzn\u00e9 mo\u017enosti senzorick\u00e9 zp\u011btn\u00e9 vazby vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed nov\u00fd r\u00e1mec pro v\u00fdrobce automobil\u016f, aby p\u0159izp\u016fsobili a prod\u00e1vali sv\u00e9 HMI zku\u0161enosti. Wadekar p\u0159edpov\u00edd\u00e1, \u017ee budoucnost trhu se n\u00e1sledn\u011b stane siln\u011b konkuren\u010dn\u00edm \u2013 o n\u00e1kupech z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f by mohla rozhodovat zna\u010dka nab\u00edzej\u00edc\u00ed aplikaci, kterou jin\u00e1 zna\u010dka nem\u00e1. \u201eV\u00fdzvou, se kterou se OEM mus\u00ed pot\u00fdkat, je splnit po\u017eadavky na personalizaci u\u017eivatel\u016f. K automatick\u00fdm vozidl\u016fm \u00farovn\u011b SAE 5 jsme st\u00e1le daleko, ale v\u00fdznam HMI mezit\u00edm jen poroste,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1. Proto se slu\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdrobc\u016fm, aby co nejd\u0159\u00edve vytvo\u0159ili \u201epodpisov\u00e9\u201c HMI.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Luo v\u0161ak spekuluje, \u017ee to m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pro star\u0161\u00ed zna\u010dky obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9: \u201eV\u00fdzva inovace funkce HMI a doba jej\u00edho uveden\u00ed na trh bude podstatn\u00e1 pro v\u00fdrobce OEM, kte\u0159\u00ed nevlastn\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd software. Auta v elektrick\u00e9 \u00e9\u0159e se stanou v\u00edce podobn\u00fdmi hardwaru, kter\u00fd budou muset spole\u010dnosti neust\u00e1le opat\u0159ovat nov\u00fdm softwarem. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee se shroma\u017e\u010fuj\u00ed data a objevuj\u00ed se nov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpady pou\u017eit\u00ed, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt v\u00fdrobci automobil\u016f schopni rychle aktualizovat software HMI. To nelze prov\u00e9st bez pln\u00e9ho vlastnictv\u00ed softwaru. \u201eTesla je toho nejlep\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edkladem v akci: vlastn\u00ed software in-house, tak\u017ee m\u016f\u017ee upravovat software takov\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, \u017ee auta budou ka\u017ed\u00fd den jako zbrusu nov\u00e1.\u201c<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mezit\u00edm Johnstone doch\u00e1z\u00ed k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee v\u00fdzvou je sp\u00ed\u0161e omezen\u00ed v aplikaci, nikoli technologie. \u201eNejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edm rozli\u0161ovac\u00edm znakem bude u HMI \u201eco, kdy a jak\u201c. Jedna velk\u00e1 evropsk\u00e1 automobilka nap\u0159\u00edklad umo\u017e\u0148uje lidem v showroomu regulovat slo\u017eitost HMI podle jejich preferenc\u00ed,\u201c poznamen\u00e1v\u00e1.
