P\u0159en\u00e9st \u010d\u00e1st n\u00e1klad\u016f na v\u00fdrobce \u010dip\u016f je p\u0159itom t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nere\u00e1ln\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_aa\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_aa\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">Dodavatel\u00e9 jsou podle Nov\u00e1ka, kter\u00fd je z\u00e1rove\u0148 p\u0159edsedou divize dodavatel\u016f AutoSAP, ve velk\u00fdch probl\u00e9mech. Krom\u011b zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed dod\u00e1vek, ni\u017e\u0161\u00edho objemu v\u00fdroby a nedostatku d\u00edl\u016f je te\u010f tr\u00e1p\u00ed i rostouc\u00ed n\u00e1klady na v\u00fdrobu. Ty se toti\u017e da\u0159\u00ed p\u0159en\u00e9st na koncov\u00e9 z\u00e1kazn\u00edky jen z poloviny.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_aa\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_aa\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">Zejm\u00e9na v\u00a0cen\u00e1ch energi\u00ed pak \u010cesko v\u00a0Evrop\u011b ztr\u00e1c\u00ed konkurenceschopnost. \u201eBohu\u017eel mus\u00edm \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee jsou ur\u010dit\u011b jedny z\u00a0nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edch. M\u00e1me z\u00e1vody v\u00a0z\u00e1padn\u00ed Evrop\u011b i\u00a0ve st\u0159edn\u00ed a\u00a0v\u00fdchodn\u00ed Evrop\u011b a\u00a0v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 podpora. Kdy\u017e porovn\u00e1v\u00e1me ceny za MWh v\u00a0eurech v\u00a0\u010cesku, Francii, Anglii, tak ty na\u0161e ceny jsou rozhodn\u011b nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Nov\u00e1k.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_aa\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_aa\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\"><span class=\"e_B\">Za p\u011bt m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f\u00a0leto\u0161n\u00edho roku\u00a0se v\u00a0\u010cesku vyrobilo o\u00a014\u00a0procent aut m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e loni. Mluv\u00edme o\u00a0krizi\u00a0v\u00a0automobilov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_aa\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_aa\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">Ur\u010dit\u011b je to slo\u017eit\u00e1 doba. Kriz\u00ed bych to asi nenazval, ale posledn\u00ed t\u0159i roky n\u00e1m ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee doba je nest\u00e1l\u00e1. My se osobn\u011b v\u00a0na\u0161em korpor\u00e1tu JTEKT Evropa vrac\u00edme k\u00a0\u010d\u00edsl\u016fm z\u00a0roku 2020\u00a0a\u017e 2021.\u00a0Oproti \u201enorm\u00e1ln\u00edmu\u201c roku, tedy roku 2019, kdy jsme m\u011bli p\u0159irozen\u00fd objem v\u00fdroby, je to pokles 24\u00a0procent.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_aa\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_aa\"><strong><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\"><span class=\"e_B\">Je teoreticky mo\u017en\u00e9 je\u0161t\u011b letos tato \u010d\u00edslo dohnat?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_aa\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_aa\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">My u\u017e neo\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1me, \u017ee bychom ten skluz dohnali. Na\u0161e firma je v\u00a0tomto st\u0159\u00edzliv\u00e1 a\u00a0\u010dek\u00e1me, \u017ee leto\u0161n\u00ed rok dopadne podobn\u011b jako rok 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_aa\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_aa\"><strong><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\"><span class=\"e_B\">A spadne v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice po\u010det vyroben\u00fdch voz\u016f pod milion?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_aa\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_aa\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">To si nemysl\u00edm. Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee tu milionovou hranici prolom\u00edme, ale ta situace je velice nestabiln\u00ed. Pokud se nestane nic nep\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u00e9ho, nap\u0159\u00edklad odpojen\u00ed plynu, milion vyrob\u00edme.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_br\" data-dot=\"mol-embed\">\n<div class=\"e_bq e_f e_j mol-embed__iframe\">\n<h3 class=\"e_hM e_k\">V horizontu p\u016fl roku zlep\u0161en\u00ed nep\u0159ijde<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_aa\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_aa\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\"><span class=\"e_B\">Jak\u00e1 je te\u010f situace z\u00a0pohledu dodavatel\u016f? U\u017e se ta situace lep\u0161\u00ed, nebo je tam st\u00e1le stejn\u00e1 nervozita.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_aa\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_aa\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">Bohu\u017eel se ta situace nelep\u0161\u00ed. V\u017edycky po n\u011bjak\u00e9 nep\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti byly v\u00fdhledy, \u017ee se to zotav\u00ed, ale bohu\u017eel v\u017edycky p\u0159i\u0161lo n\u011bco nov\u00e9ho neo\u010dek\u00e1vateln\u00e9ho. V\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b, kdy\u017e se d\u00edv\u00e1me na aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010d\u00edsla a\u00a0v\u00fdhledy od na\u0161ich z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f, tak oni jsou sice optimisti\u010dt\u00ed, ale jsou tu faktory, kter\u00e9 tu v\u00fdrobu komplikuj\u00ed. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b toho my v\u00a0horizontu t\u0159ech a\u017e \u0161esti\u00a0m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f nevid\u00edme, \u017ee by se to z\u00e1sadn\u011b zm\u011bnilo.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_aa\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_aa\"><strong><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\"><span class=\"e_B\">A co te\u010f tu v\u00fdrobu brzd\u00ed? Lockdowny, \u010dipy, Ukrajina\u2026?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_aa\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_aa\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">Kabelov\u00e9 svazky z Ukrajiny, to u\u017e je za n\u00e1mi. V tuto chv\u00edli tam vid\u00edme hlavn\u011b dva faktory. Jeden je nedostatek \u010dip\u016f, to neust\u00e1le p\u0159etrv\u00e1v\u00e1. My konkr\u00e9tn\u011b d\u011bl\u00e1me \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed jednotky do aut a tam jsou \u010dipy pot\u0159eba. Vid\u00edme, \u017ee nejsou a v\u00fdhledy od na\u0161ich dodavatel\u016f, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1me r\u016fzn\u011b po sv\u011bt\u011b, \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed, \u017ee nejsou schopni d\u00e1t v\u011brohodn\u00e9 p\u0159edpoklady, kdy n\u00e1m dodaj\u00ed. <\/span>Faktor \u010d\u00edslo dv\u011b je lockdown v\u00a0\u010c\u00edn\u011b. Nebylo mo\u017en\u00e9 sem komponenty dostat. V\u011b\u0159\u00edme ale, \u017ee i\u00a0tohle u\u017e bude brzy za n\u00e1mi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_aa\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_aa\"><strong><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\"><span class=\"e_B\">Na kolik procent tedy te\u010f jedou dodavatel\u00e9 v\u00a0\u010cesku?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_aa\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_aa\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">Pokud to porovn\u00e1m s\u00a0t\u00edm rokem 2019, je tam pokles 20\u00a0procent.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3 class=\"e_T e_M g_T\">\u0158e\u0161en\u00ed pro tuto dobu? V\u00edc agenturn\u00edch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f<\/h3>\n<div class=\"g_aa\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_aa\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\"><span class=\"e_B\">To se p\u0159eci mus\u00ed prom\u00edtnout ve fungov\u00e1n\u00ed firmy a\u00a0jej\u00edm hospoda\u0159en\u00ed, zam\u011bstnanosti\u2026<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_aa\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_aa\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">V automotivu m\u00e1me dlouhodob\u00e9 kontrakty, na z\u00e1klad\u011b kter\u00fdch mus\u00edme dodat. \u017d\u00e1dn\u00fd dodavatel si nedovol\u00ed ud\u011blat drastick\u00e9 opat\u0159en\u00ed, kdyby se ta popt\u00e1vka rychle obnovila, aby zastavili automobilku. Je to velice slo\u017eit\u00fd sv\u011bt. Dod\u00e1v\u00e1m \u201ejust in time\u201c. Firmy minimalizuj\u00ed sv\u00e9 n\u00e1klady, osekaj\u00ed fixn\u00ed a\u00a0variabiln\u00ed. Nem\u00e1m od sv\u00fdch koleg\u016f sign\u00e1ly, \u017ee by dramaticky propou\u0161t\u011bli, sp\u00ed\u0161e se d\u00edv\u00e1me na to, jak b\u00fdt v\u00edce flexibiln\u00ed z\u00a0hlediska trhu pr\u00e1ce, abychom mohli reagovat na popt\u00e1vku.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_aa\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_aa\"><strong><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\"><span class=\"e_B\">A jak b\u00fdt flexibiln\u00ed?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_aa\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_aa\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">Je to i\u00a0na z\u00e1klad\u011b dohody se zam\u011bstnanci. Kdy\u017e m\u00e1me zru\u0161enou dod\u00e1vku od na\u0161ich z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f a\u00a0dal\u0161\u00ed t\u00fdden budeme vyr\u00e1b\u011bt, tak se p\u0159esunou sm\u011bny. Dal\u0161\u00ed v\u011bc je, \u017ee se domluv\u00edme na odst\u00e1vce na stran\u011b zam\u011bstnavatele, proto\u017ee nem\u00e1me odbyt. Tam jsou r\u016fzn\u00e1 procenta, kter\u00e1 vypl\u00e1c\u00edme zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm. To jsou rychl\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed. Potom se m\u016f\u017eeme bavit o\u00a0agenturn\u00edch zam\u011bstnanc\u00edch, kde se m\u016f\u017ee navy\u0161ovat pom\u011br agenturn\u00edch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f tak, abychom flexibiln\u011b reagovali na tuto popt\u00e1vku.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_aa\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_aa\"><strong><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\"><span class=\"e_B\">Tak\u017ee dopadem sou\u010dasn\u00e9 doby m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed pom\u011bru agenturn\u00edch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_aa\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_aa\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">Pokud by ta variabilita pokra\u010dovala a\u00a0firmy se musely p\u0159izp\u016fsobovat popt\u00e1vce, tak nic jin\u00e9ho nezb\u00fdv\u00e1. Firma ty fixn\u00ed n\u00e1klady nem\u016f\u017ee n\u00e9st jako sv\u00e9 b\u0159emeno. Firmy jsou na hranici ziskovosti a\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00e9 u\u017e ve ztr\u00e1t\u011b. Ta krize trv\u00e1 u\u017e t\u0159et\u00edm rokem a\u00a0nejsou v\u00fdhledy, \u017ee by se to zlep\u0161ilo.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_aa\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_aa\"><strong><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\"><span class=\"e_B\">Tedy i\u00a0dnes vid\u00edme zastavov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdroby jak na stran\u011b automobilek, tak na stran\u011b dodavatel\u016f?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_aa\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_aa\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">Bohu\u017eel mus\u00edm potvrdit, \u017ee se to d\u011bje. Ka\u017ed\u00fd t\u00fdden dost\u00e1v\u00e1me nov\u00e9 informace a\u00a0tomu p\u0159izp\u016fsobujeme na\u0161i v\u00fdrobu. Neust\u00e1le se to m\u011bn\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"e_T e_M g_T\">Jedno nevyroben\u00e9 auto? 1200\u00a0eur pokuta<\/h3>\n<div class=\"g_aa\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_aa\"><strong><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\"><span class=\"e_B\">V\u017edy platilo, \u017ee kdy\u017e subdodavatel nedodal a\u00a0t\u0159eba i\u00a0zastavil linku, byly obrovsk\u00e9 pokuty. Jsou i\u00a0te\u010f, kdy\u017e je ta situace s\u00a0nedostatkem \u010dip\u016f zn\u00e1m\u00e1?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_aa\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_aa\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">Jednozna\u010dn\u011b ano, vid\u00edme to i v r\u00e1mci na\u0161\u00ed firmy. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b toho, \u017ee dod\u00e1v\u00e1me elektroniku, syst\u00e9my \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kde jsou \u010dipy pot\u0159eba, a \u010dipy nejsou, tak se n\u00e1m stalo, \u017ee i my jsme zastavili fin\u00e1ln\u00edho v\u00fdrobce, a to nebyla mal\u00e1 \u010d\u00edsla. Fin\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdrobci pak pos\u00edlaj\u00ed faktury, na z\u00e1klad\u011b kter\u00fdch my vyjedn\u00e1v\u00e1me s na\u0161imi dodavateli \u2013 v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b s v\u00fdrobcem \u010dip\u016f, kter\u00fd se k tomu stav\u00ed negativn\u011b. On se dost\u00e1v\u00e1 do situace: Ber, nebo d\u00e1m n\u011bkomu jin\u00e9mu. Je tam obrovsk\u00fd p\u0159evis popt\u00e1vky. <\/span>Dodavatel\u00e9 jsou ve velice t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 situaci. Automobilka to pen\u00e1le uplatn\u00ed a\u00a0dodavatel nem\u00e1 za k\u00fdm j\u00edt a\u00a0tohle finan\u010dn\u00ed b\u0159emeno nese s\u00e1m.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_aa\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_aa\"><strong><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\"><span class=\"e_B\">Jak\u00e9 jsou ty pokuty?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"g_aa\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_aa\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">M\u00e1m na starosti v Evrop\u011b dev\u011bt v\u00fdrobn\u00edch z\u00e1vod\u016f v na\u0161\u00ed divizi JTEKT Evropa a n\u00e1\u0161 obrat je zhruba 1,5 miliardy eur. T\u0159eba zastaven\u00ed jednoho vozidla m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt u jedn\u00e9 nejmenovan\u00e9 automobilky za 1200 euro.
