Lakov\u00e1n\u00ed je nutn\u00e9 z d\u016fvodu nekvalitn\u00edho povrchu termosetov\u00fdch produkt\u016f, kter\u00fd je zp\u016fsoben efektem povrchov\u00e9ho odpa\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed aditiv p\u0159i procesu v\u00fdroby. Projekt si proto klade za c\u00edl naj\u00edt vztahy mezi chov\u00e1n\u00edm aditiv ve sm\u011bsi a v\u00fdsledn\u00fdmi vlastnostmi materi\u00e1lu za \u00fa\u010delem dokonal\u00e9ho zu\u017eitkov\u00e1n\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch komponent v termosetick\u00e9 sm\u011bsi p\u0159i procesu injek\u010dn\u00edho vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed. Vedlej\u0161\u00edm c\u00edlem je testov\u00e1n\u00ed chov\u00e1n\u00ed pokro\u010dil\u00fdch aditiv dostupn\u00fdch na trhu za \u00fa\u010delem testov\u00e1n\u00ed jejich mo\u017en\u00e9ho vyu\u017eit\u00ed v termosetick\u00e9 sm\u011bsi. V\u00fdsledkem pak bude produkt s kvalitn\u00edm hladk\u00fdm povrchem pro nan\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed tenk\u00fdch vrstev (reflexn\u00ed, antireflexn\u00ed vrstvy) pomoc\u00ed vakuov\u00e9ho napra\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo napa\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed bez nutnosti p\u0159edchoz\u00edho kroku lakov\u00e1n\u00ed. V\u00fdsledn\u00fd proces tak bude p\u0159edstavovat men\u0161\u00ed energetickou i ekologickou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e a napl\u0148uje t\u00edmto principy udr\u017eiteln\u00e9ho rozvoje.<\/p>\n<p>Komercializace uplatn\u011bn\u00ed DP:<\/p>\n<p>V r\u00e1mci automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed oba z\u00e1kladn\u00ed typy plast\u016f (termoplasty, termosety) a jejich uplatn\u011bn\u00ed je v\u00e1z\u00e1no na specifick\u00e9 vlastnosti dan\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f jako je teplotn\u00ed odolnost, pevnost, hou\u017eevnatost. Ka\u017ed\u00fd z produkt\u016f vy\u017eaduje jin\u00fd druh materi\u00e1lu a pod\u00edl termoplast\u016f a termoset\u016f v r\u00e1mci tohoto segmentu je zhruba 60\/40. V r\u00e1mci termoset\u016f jde zejm\u00e9na o takov\u00e9 prvky, kter\u00e9 vy\u017eaduj\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed teplotn\u00ed stabilitu a tvarovou st\u00e1lost. Nap\u0159. v osv\u011btlovac\u00ed technice pro automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl hraje tento materi\u00e1l kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli. Proto bude vyu\u017eito synergie v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdch organizac\u00ed (UPOL, V\u0160B) s komer\u010dn\u00edm partnerem (Hella) p\u0159i studiu chov\u00e1n\u00ed aditiv v termosetick\u00e9 sm\u011bsi a d\u00e1le pro ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed vlastnost\u00ed produktu v praxi p\u0159i aplikaci tenk\u00fdch kovov\u00fdch vrstev. Pro produkt spl\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed po\u017eadovan\u00e9 n\u00e1roky p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 komer\u010dn\u00ed partner (Hella) uplatn\u011bn\u00ed v automobilov\u00e9 osv\u011btlovac\u00ed technice.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00edl d\u00edl\u010d\u00edho projektu:<\/p>\n<p>C\u00edlem DP je vytvo\u0159it takovou termosetickou sm\u011bs, kter\u00e1 bude vhodn\u00e1 pro dal\u0161\u00ed zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed s c\u00edlem minimalizovat efekt odpa\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed nezreagovan\u00fdch aditiv a t\u00edm zcela vynechat krok lakov\u00e1n\u00ed. V r\u00e1mci DP bude jednak vytvo\u0159en funk\u010dn\u00ed vzorek termosetick\u00e9 sm\u011bsi, d\u00e1le prototyp, tedy vzorek, kter\u00fd se nejl\u00e9pe osv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed p\u0159i aplikaci tenk\u00fdch kovov\u00fdch vrstev, ale bude i z hlediska ukazatel\u016f v\u00fdrobn\u00ed technologie relevantn\u00ed pro nultou s\u00e9rii. Nakonec bude proces p\u0159\u00edpravy standardizov\u00e1n a bude vytvo\u0159ena ov\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 technologie pro p\u0159\u00edpravu fin\u00e1ln\u00edho produktu. Dosa\u017een\u00e9 konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed v\u00fdsledky budou d\u00e1le testov\u00e1ny v r\u00e1mci standardn\u00edch zkou\u0161ek automobilov\u00e9ho osv\u011btlovac\u00edho pr\u016fmyslu.
