Vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 to ze statistik \u010cesk\u00e9 leasingov\u00e9 a finan\u010dn\u00ed asociace (\u010cLFA).<\/strong><span id=\"more-139613\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0prvn\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed leto\u0161n\u00edho roku si \u010desk\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti od \u010dlensk\u00fdch spole\u010dnost\u00ed asociace p\u016fj\u010dily na nov\u00fd osobn\u00ed automobil v\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011bru 325\u00a0813 korun, zat\u00edmco loni ve stejn\u00e9m obdob\u00ed to bylo 294\u00a0440 korun. Meziro\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst tak dos\u00e1hnul 10,7 %. Celkem \u010dlensk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti \u010cLFA poskytly dom\u00e1cnostem v leto\u0161n\u00edm prvn\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed na financov\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch osobn\u00edch automobil\u016f 844 milion\u016f korun, o 17,7 % m\u00e9n\u011b pen\u011bz ne\u017e v\u00a0\u00favodn\u00edm kvart\u00e1le lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku. Po\u010det profinancovan\u00fdch nov\u00fdch osobn\u00edch aut v\u00a0t\u00e9to kategorii klesl o 25,6 %.<\/p>\n<p>Ve firemn\u00ed sf\u00e9\u0159e \u010dinila v\u00a0leto\u0161n\u00edm prvn\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161e leasingu anebo \u00fav\u011bru na nov\u00fd osobn\u00ed v\u016fz 618\u00a0682 korun, zat\u00edmco loni to bylo 571\u00a0063 korun, jde tedy o meziro\u010dn\u00ed nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed o 8,3 %. Podniky si od \u010dlen\u016f \u010cLFA p\u016fj\u010dily na nov\u00e9 osobn\u00ed vozy 5,65 miliardy korun, o 5,9 % v\u00edce pen\u011bz ne\u017e v\u00a0prvn\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed roku 2020. Po\u010det profinancovan\u00fdch nov\u00fdch firemn\u00edch osobn\u00edch vozidel oproti tomu klesl o 2,2 %.<\/p>\n<p>Podstatn\u00e9 nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed cen financovan\u00fdch nov\u00fdch osobn\u00edch automobil\u016f p\u0159itom asociace zaznamenala u\u017e p\u0159ed rokem. Mezi prvn\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00edm roku 2019 a prvn\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00edm roku leto\u0161n\u00edho, tedy za posledn\u00ed dva roky, stoupla pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161e \u00fav\u011bru anebo leasingu ve firemn\u00edm sektoru o 21,6 % a v\u00a0priv\u00e1tn\u00ed sf\u00e9\u0159e o 30,1 %.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eSledujeme tedy pom\u011brn\u011b razantn\u00ed zdra\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed automobil\u016f. Nav\u00edc nic nenasv\u011bd\u010duje tomu, \u017ee by se tento trend m\u011bl zastavit, re\u00e1ln\u00e9 je naopak dal\u0161\u00ed zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed cen. Hlavn\u00edm d\u016fvodem je tlak evropsk\u00e9 administrativy na roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed v\u00fdbavy vozidel a jejich n\u00edzkoemisn\u00ed provoz,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Jaroslav Krutilek, gener\u00e1ln\u00ed tajemn\u00edk \u010cLFA.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud jde o produkty, kter\u00fdmi z\u00e1kazn\u00edci financuj\u00ed osobn\u00ed automobily, mezi dom\u00e1cnostmi je nejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00ed spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00fd \u00fav\u011br, kter\u00fd vol\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161ina priv\u00e1tn\u00edch klient\u016f \u010dlen\u016f \u010cLFA. V leto\u0161n\u00edm prvn\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed meziro\u010dn\u011b m\u00edrn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161il sv\u016fj pod\u00edl na celkov\u00fdch objemech financov\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch osobn\u00edch automobil\u016f pro dom\u00e1cnosti operativn\u00ed leasing.<\/p>\n<p>Naopak ve firemn\u00ed sf\u00e9\u0159e u\u017e je operativn\u00ed leasing zavedenou alternativou, v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice si jej p\u0159i financov\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch osobn\u00edch vozidel vyb\u00edr\u00e1 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b polovina podnikatelsk\u00fdch subjekt\u016f.
