Jak se to stalo?<\/b><br \/>\nTo bych musel j\u00edt hodn\u011b daleko do historie, je\u0161t\u011b do doby, kdy Ban\u00edk vyhr\u00e1val (sm\u011bje se), zhruba do sedmdes\u00e1t\u00fdch let minul\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed. Tehdy se v Autopalu v Nov\u00e9m Ji\u010d\u00edn\u011b rozv\u00edjela v\u00fdroba sv\u011btlomet\u016f a sv\u00edtilen pro osobn\u00ed i n\u00e1kladn\u00ed auta v r\u00e1mci cel\u00e9 RVHP. A v jej\u00edm r\u00e1mci se vybudovalo tak\u00e9 in\u017een\u00fdrsk\u00e9 st\u0159edisko, vlastn\u00ed v\u00fdzkum a v\u00fdvoj. To jsou z\u00e1klady dne\u0161n\u00edho \u00fasp\u011bchu.<\/p>\n<p data-debug-redistribute=\"029. \/ 254px \/ 98\"><b>Po listopadu 1989 se v\u0161ak mnoh\u00e9 asi zm\u011bnilo.<\/b><br \/>\nM\u011bli jsme \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed. Po revoluci toti\u017e p\u0159i\u0161la spole\u010dnost Ford Motor Company, kter\u00e1 Autopal privatizovala. A d\u00e1le rozv\u00edjela v\u00fdzkum a v\u00fdvoj. To byla z\u00e1sluha tehdej\u0161\u00edho gener\u00e1ln\u00edho \u0159editele Autopalu Ladislava Glogara. Posiloval v\u00fdvoj nov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f, p\u0159ipravoval nov\u00e9 trhy a stav\u011bl v\u00fdborn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobn\u00ed t\u00fdmy.<\/p>\n<div data-redistribute=\"ad\">\n<div id=\"r-clanekws\" class=\"r-main m76 s_widesquare_clankovy\">\n<div class=\"r-head\">\n<p data-debug-redistribute=\"002. \/ 451px \/ 675\"><b>Existuje n\u011bkde na sv\u011bt\u011b podobn\u00e1 oblast, kde by se na tak mal\u00e9m prostoru pracovalo pro tolik automobilek?<\/b><br \/>\nTakov\u00fdch oblast\u00ed bude po sv\u011bt\u011b v\u00edc, ale z hlediska sv\u011bteln\u00e9 techniky to asi bude unik\u00e1tn\u00ed. Odborn\u00edci na v\u00fdzkum, v\u00fdvoj a v\u00fdrobu sv\u011btlomet\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed vze\u0161li z tohoto podhoub\u00ed a k nim\u017e se pak p\u0159idali dal\u0161\u00ed, se v pr\u016fb\u011bhu let dostali i do mnoha zahrani\u010dn\u00edch firem.<\/p>\n<p data-debug-redistribute=\"003. \/ 648px \/ 643\"><b>\u010cili lidi i \u201eexportujeme\u201c?<\/b><br \/>\nDnes jsou ve firm\u00e1ch s kanadsk\u00fdm, n\u011bmeck\u00fdm, italsk\u00fdm a dal\u0161\u00edm kapit\u00e1lem. To p\u016fvodn\u00ed podhoub\u00ed vzniklo z toho, \u017ee se velmi dbalo na rozvoj technick\u00fdch odborn\u00edk\u016f a spolupr\u00e1ci v\u00fdvojov\u00e9ho centra s v\u00fdrobn\u00ed slo\u017ekou.<\/p>\n<p data-debug-redistribute=\"021. \/ 816px \/ 265\"><b>Kdy jste do toho vstoupil vy osobn\u011b?<\/b><br \/>\nJ\u00e1 jsem do toho vstoupil v roce 1985, kdy jsem po studiu na V\u0160B nastoupil do Autopalu. Byl jsem tam dlouho, pak jsem \u0161el do p\u0159esn\u00e9ho stroj\u00edrenstv\u00ed a potom do klastru.<\/p>\n<p data-debug-redistribute=\"035. \/ 1094px \/ -191\"><b>Co se v Autopalu, kdy\u017e jste tam p\u0159i\u0161el, vyr\u00e1b\u011blo?<\/b><br \/>\nVyr\u00e1b\u011blo se pro mnoho automobilek v r\u00e1mci RVHP. Zejm\u00e9na to byla \u010desk\u00e1 \u0160koda, Karosa, Tatra, vyr\u00e1b\u011blo se i pro obrann\u00fd pr\u016fmysl na Slovensku a podobn\u011b tak\u00e9 v \u010cech\u00e1ch. Vyr\u00e1b\u011blo se pro automobilky v tehdej\u0161\u00edm Sov\u011btsk\u00e9m svazu, nap\u0159\u00edklad Kamaz, VAZ v Toljatti, ale tak\u00e9 pro automobilky na Ukrajin\u011b, v B\u011blorusku. Plus pro dal\u0161\u00ed v Srbsku, Rumunsku nebo v Bulharsku.<\/p>\n<p data-debug-redistribute=\"023. \/ 1319px \/ 182\"><b>Jak\u00fd byl pro Autopal p\u0159echod po roce 1989, kdy se RVHP rozpadla? Bylo to t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9?<\/b><br \/>\nTakov\u00fd p\u0159echod nikdy nen\u00ed radostn\u00fd. Z p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 3 500 zam\u011bstnanc\u016f jsme spadli p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b na dva tis\u00edce. Hledali jsme nov\u00e9 trhy.<\/p>\n<p data-debug-redistribute=\"015. \/ 1459px \/ 509\"><b>Privatizace asi byla dobr\u00fdm krokem.<\/b><br \/>\nVelmi n\u00e1m to pomohlo. Tehdy n\u00e1s privatizovala divize Ford Motor Company Automotive Component Division, kter\u00e1 prim\u00e1rn\u011b dod\u00e1vala mate\u0159sk\u00e9mu Fordu. T\u011bm, kte\u0159\u00ed p\u0159i\u0161li od Fordu, mus\u00edm vzd\u00e1t hold. Ud\u011blali to spr\u00e1vn\u011b, dali n\u00e1m p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost, pos\u00edlili tady v\u00fdzkum a v\u00fdvoj, rozvinuli v\u00fdrobu, m\u011bli jsme \u0161pi\u010dkovou n\u00e1stroj\u00e1rnu a ta fabrika v t\u011bch letech opravdu \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b rostla.<\/p>\n<p data-debug-redistribute=\"017. \/ 1684px \/ 472\"><b>Ford tam v\u0161ak nevydr\u017eel dodnes. Za posledn\u00ed roky se tam vyst\u0159\u00eddalo hned n\u011bkolik vlastn\u00edk\u016f.<\/b><br \/>\nTo se v byznysu d\u011bje. Firmy se r\u016fzn\u011b slu\u010duj\u00ed a hledaj\u00ed optim\u00e1ln\u00ed cesty v\u00fdvoje. Ford Motor Company tam jako vlastn\u00edk fungoval do roku 2000. N\u00e1sledn\u011b tuto svou divizi kapit\u00e1lov\u011b uvolnil na trh a vznikla celosv\u011btov\u00e1 firma Visteon.<\/p>\n<p data-debug-redistribute=\"001. \/ 1881px \/ 700\"><b>To bylo dob\u0159e, nebo \u0161patn\u011b?<\/b><br \/>\nZ\u016fstaly stejn\u00e9 fabriky, stejn\u00e9 budovy, stejn\u00ed lid\u00e9. Jen pod jinou zna\u010dkou pokra\u010dovali ve stejn\u00e9 \u010dinnosti. Nav\u00edc se t\u00edm otev\u0159ely dve\u0159e i na jin\u00e9 trhy. Dostali jsme se do mnoha obchod\u016f s Volkswagen Group i dal\u0161\u00edmi v\u00fdrobci \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch automobil\u016f.<\/p>\n<p data-debug-redistribute=\"018. \/ 2049px \/ 322\"><b>D\u00e1 se \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee Nov\u00fd Ji\u010d\u00edn m\u00e1 dnes celou Evropu v tomto oboru pod palcem?<\/b><br \/>\nNe\u0159ekl bych Nov\u00fd Ji\u010d\u00edn. \u0158ekl bych, \u017ee je to o cel\u00e9 komunit\u011b, kter\u00e1 dnes p\u016fsob\u00ed hlavn\u011b v prostoru mezi Ostravou a Olomouc\u00ed. Pat\u0159\u00ed sem nap\u0159\u00edklad Forvia Hella v Mohelnici, ZKW Lighting v Olomouci, Magna Lighting, Lumax Industries v Ostrav\u011b nebo Uno Minda. Je tady i Hyundai Mobis.<\/p>\n<p data-debug-redistribute=\"033. \/ 2385px \/ -143\"><b>A o ty in\u017een\u00fdry se firmy mezi sebou perou? Lid\u00ed asi moc nen\u00ed.<\/b><br \/>\nNepereme se. A in\u017een\u00fdr\u016f nen\u00ed nikdy dost. \u0158ekl bych, \u017ee dodnes m\u00e1me z toho byznysu, kter\u00fdm jsme pro\u0161li a kter\u00fd jsme budovali, velmi dobr\u00e9 p\u0159\u00e1telsk\u00e9 vztahy.<\/p>\n<p data-debug-redistribute=\"022. \/ 2524px \/ 244\"><b>Moravskoslezsk\u00fd Autoklastr v\u0161ak nen\u00ed jen o osv\u011btlen\u00ed.<\/b><br \/>\nSdru\u017eujeme firmy, kter\u00e9 jsou n\u011bjak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem zapojen\u00e9 v automotive. Jsou to v\u00fdrobn\u00ed firmy, dodavatelsk\u00e9 firmy, v \u010dlensk\u00e9 z\u00e1kladn\u011b m\u00e1me tak\u00e9 p\u011bt technick\u00fdch vysok\u00fdch \u0161kol.<\/p>\n<p data-debug-redistribute=\"008. \/ 2663px \/ 571\"><b>C\u00edl\u00edte i na st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161koly?<\/b><br \/>\nM\u00e1me p\u011bt st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol, kter\u00e9 nemusej\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00edmo automotive, ale jsou to pr\u016fmyslovky, kter\u00e9 vychov\u00e1vaj\u00ed talenty pro pr\u00e1ci v pr\u016fmyslu. A potom je to spousta firem poskytuj\u00edc\u00edch pro automotive slu\u017eby r\u016fzn\u00e9ho charakteru.<\/p>\n<p data-debug-redistribute=\"012. \/ 2802px \/ 548\"><b>Zm\u00ednil jste univerzity. Technick\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ale nen\u00ed tak obl\u00edben\u00e9 jako n\u011bkter\u00e9 jin\u00e9 obory. Zvy\u0161uje se z\u00e1jem student\u016f?<\/b><br \/>\nJe to po\u0159\u00e1d t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9, proto\u017ee technick\u00fd obor je pro studenta ur\u010dit\u011b t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e n\u011bkter\u00e9 jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed obory jinde. Jde tak\u00e9 o podporu \u0161kol u\u017e od z\u00e1kladn\u00edch p\u0159es st\u0159edn\u00ed a\u017e po vysok\u00e9, aby studenti \u0161li na technick\u00fd obor a m\u011bli p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost vid\u011bt re\u00e1lnou praxi, tov\u00e1rnu dne\u0161ka.<\/p>\n<p data-debug-redistribute=\"014. \/ 2999px \/ 515\"><b>To se na \u00farovni kraje politicky \u0159e\u0161\u00ed u\u017e dlouh\u00e9 roky r\u016fzn\u00fdmi podporami. Kdy\u017e dnes nav\u0161t\u00edv\u00edte v\u00fdrobn\u00ed provozy, jsou \u010dist\u00e9, s vysokou m\u00edrou robotizace, automatizace a vyu\u017eit\u00ed AI. Je dob\u0159e, \u017ee podpora ze strany kraje existuje.<\/p>\n<p data-debug-redistribute=\"027. \/ 3225px \/ 128\"><b>O kolik jsou \u0161koly pozadu za aktu\u00e1ln\u00edmi trendy?<\/b><br \/>\nNeformuloval bych to tak, \u017ee jsou \u0161koly pozadu. Prvky tohoto postupn\u00e9ho odch\u00e1zen\u00ed jsou vid\u011bt u\u017e dnes. Prvky pr\u016fmyslu 4.0 najdete v ka\u017ed\u00e9 automotive fabrice u\u017e d\u00e1vno. Kvalifikovan\u00fdch lid\u00ed nen\u00ed na trhu dostatek, cena pr\u00e1ce roste a potom se srovn\u00e1v\u00e1, kdy je ekonomick\u00e9 dan\u00fd v\u00fdrobek v \u010desk\u00e9 lokalit\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u011bt. Nebyla to ale obecn\u00e1 AI zalo\u017een\u00e1 na jazykov\u00fdch modelech. Bylo to strojov\u00e9 u\u010den\u00ed, hlubok\u00e9 u\u010den\u00ed a neuronov\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 pro detekci r\u016fzn\u00fdch vad nebo pro vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed kontrolu.
