M\u00e1 potenci\u00e1l zprost\u0159edkovat mobilitu s nulov\u00fdmi uhl\u00edkov\u00fdmi emisemi. A nejen pro silni\u010dn\u00ed vozidla, ale i vlaky, lod\u011b a letadla, jako\u017eto i generovat energii pro pot\u0159eby pr\u016fmyslu, firem \u010di dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 nab\u00edz\u00ed efektivn\u00ed zp\u016fsob ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed obnoviteln\u00e9 energie a jej\u00ed p\u0159epravu na m\u00edsta, kde je pr\u00e1v\u011b zapot\u0159eb\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdvoj elektromobilu na vod\u00edkov\u00e9 palivov\u00e9 \u010dl\u00e1nky zah\u00e1jila Toyota v roce 1992 a v roce 2014 na sv\u011btov\u00e9 trhy \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b uvedla sedan Mirai. Tento pr\u016flomov\u00fd v\u00fdsledek byl postaven na \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch zku\u0161enostech Toyoty na poli vod\u00edkov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsou kl\u00ed\u010dem k nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm hnac\u00edm \u00fastroj\u00edm elektrifikovan\u00fdch vozidel.<\/p>\n<p>Toyota upravila svoji z\u00e1kladn\u00ed koncepci hybridn\u00edho pohonu za \u00fa\u010delem v\u00fdroby hybridn\u00edch elektrick\u00fdch voz\u016f (HEV), plug-in hybrid\u016f (PHEV), bateriov\u00fdch elektromobil\u016f (BEV) a \u2013 po\u010d\u00ednaje modelem Mirai \u2013 elektromobil\u016f na palivov\u00e9 \u010dl\u00e1nky (FCEV).<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd z t\u011bchto typ\u016f disponuje kvalitami a vlastnostmi, kter\u00e9 zohled\u0148uj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 po\u017eadavky na mobilitu. Nap\u0159\u00edklad elektromobily s bateriov\u00fdm pohonem jsou vhodn\u00e9 k doj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed na krat\u0161\u00ed vzd\u00e1lenosti a j\u00edzdu po m\u011bst\u011b; hybridy a plug-in hybridy obecn\u011b pro cestov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edmi automobily na del\u0161\u00ed vzd\u00e1lenost; a vozy typu FCEV pro v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed a t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed osobn\u00ed vozy, n\u00e1kladn\u00ed vozidla a ve\u0159ejnou dopravu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Posun vp\u0159ed: v\u00fdkon i design<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prioritou bylo prodlou\u017eit j\u00edzdn\u00ed dosah oproti modelu prvn\u00ed generace, resp. nad \u00farove\u0148 typicky vykazovanou elektromobily s bateriov\u00fdm pohonem. K prodlou\u017een\u00ed dojezdu o 30 % na cca 650 km napomohlo zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdkonu spole\u010dn\u011b se zv\u011bt\u0161en\u00edm kapacity z\u00e1sobn\u00edk\u016f na vod\u00edk, sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm spot\u0159eby a zlep\u0161en\u00edm aerodynamiky. Nov\u00e1 Toyota Mirai tak dok\u00e1\u017ee p\u0159ekon\u00e1vat i dlouh\u00e9 vzd\u00e1lenosti bez obav z kr\u00e1tk\u00e9ho dojezdu.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e1 Toyota Mirai je postavena na modul\u00e1rn\u00ed podvozkov\u00e9 platform\u011b Toyota GA-L se znateln\u011b lep\u0161\u00edm obestav\u011bn\u00edm prostoru. D\u00edky efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu a vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9mu uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00e9ho hnac\u00edho \u00fastroj\u00ed FCEV \u2013 zejm\u00e9na p\u0159esunut\u00ed sady palivov\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f z prostoru pod kabinou na p\u0159\u00ed\u010f vozidla \u2013 bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 vytvo\u0159it prostorn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u011btim\u00edstnou kabinu s n\u00e1r\u016fstem m\u00edsta pro nohy zadn\u00edch pasa\u017e\u00e9r\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Mirai se rovn\u011b\u017e chlub\u00ed nov\u00fdmi vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi proporcemi: vozidlo se celkov\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eilo o 65 mm na 1 470 mm a sou\u010dasn\u011b se o 140 mm prot\u00e1hl rozvor n\u00e1prav (na2 920 mm). Prodlou\u017een\u00edm zadn\u00edho p\u0159evisu karoserie o 85 mm narostla celkov\u00e1 d\u00e9lka vozidla na 4 975 mm. Zv\u011bt\u0161en\u00ed rozchodu kol o 75 mm a pou\u017eit\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch kol (19 nebo 20\u2033) nov\u00e9 Toyoty Mirai p\u0159ineslo dynami\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed postoj a opticky ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed t\u011b\u017ei\u0161t\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Jedn\u00edm z hlavn\u00edch c\u00edl\u016f nov\u00e9 Toyoty Mirai bylo vytvo\u0159it v\u016fz, kter\u00fd zaujme nejen ekologick\u00fdmi parametry, ale i sv\u00fdm vzhledem a t\u00edm, jak jezd\u00ed. K tomu napomohla nov\u00e1 podvozkov\u00e1 platforma GA-L a pokroky technologie FCEV od Toyoty.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Podvozkov\u00e1 platforma GA-L<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00edky platform\u011b GA-L bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 zm\u011bnit z\u00e1stavbu sady palivov\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f a sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed hnac\u00edho \u00fastroj\u00ed ve prosp\u011bch efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho vyu\u017eit\u00ed prostoru. V\u00fdsledkem je prostorn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u011btim\u00edstn\u00e1 kabina a lep\u0161\u00ed vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed podvozku. Pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je mo\u017enost zabudovat hned t\u0159i vysokotlak\u00e9 z\u00e1sobn\u00edky vod\u00edku, a zv\u00fd\u0161it tak objem paliva i j\u00edzdn\u00ed dosah vozidla \u2013 o pln\u00fdch 30 %.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1sobn\u00edky jsou uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1ny do tvaru \u201eT\u201c \u2013 nejdel\u0161\u00ed je pod\u00e9ln\u011b uprost\u0159ed pod podlahou vozidla, dva men\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1sobn\u00edky jsou p\u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u011b pod zadn\u00edmi sedadly a zavazadlov\u00fdm prostorem. N\u00e1dr\u017ee dohromady pojmou 5,6 kg vod\u00edkov\u00e9ho paliva (dvojice z\u00e1sobn\u00edk\u016f sou\u010dasn\u00e9 Toyoty Mirai pouze 4,6 kg). Um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed z\u00e1sobn\u00edk\u016f napomohlo sn\u00ed\u017eit t\u011b\u017ei\u0161t\u011b vozu bez zasahov\u00e1n\u00ed do prostoru pro zavazadla.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e1 architektura rovn\u011b\u017e dovolila p\u0159esunout zbrusu nov\u00fd vod\u00edkov\u00fd palivov\u00fd \u010dl\u00e1nek z prostoru pod podlahou vozu na p\u0159\u00ed\u010f vozidla (kde je typicky motorov\u00fd prostor), zat\u00edmco kompaktn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vysokonap\u011b\u0165ov\u00e1 baterie spole\u010dn\u011b s elektromotorem na\u0161la m\u00edsto nad zadn\u00ed n\u00e1pravou. Jak je vysv\u011btleno n\u00ed\u017ee, d\u00edky optim\u00e1ln\u00edmu uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed hnac\u00edho \u0159et\u011bzce se nov\u00e1 Toyota chlub\u00ed rozlo\u017een\u00edm hmotnosti mezi p\u0159edn\u00ed a zadn\u00ed n\u00e1pravou v pom\u011bru 50:50.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1sobn\u00edky vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed pevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00edcevrstvou konstrukci a vykazuj\u00ed vysokou efektivitu co do hmotnosti \u2013 pod\u00edl vod\u00edku na celkov\u00e9 hmotnosti paliva a z\u00e1sobn\u00edk\u016f \u010din\u00ed 6 %.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nov\u00e1 sada palivov\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Speci\u00e1ln\u011b k nasazen\u00ed na platform\u011b GA-L vyvinula Toyota novou sadu palivov\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f spole\u010dn\u011b s m\u011bni\u010dem energie palivov\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f (FCPC). V\u0161echny nezbytn\u00e9 prvky dok\u00e1zali konstrukt\u00e9\u0159i spojit do jedin\u00e9ho bloku (v\u010d. vodn\u00edch \u010derpadel, mezichladi\u010de, klimatizace, vzduchov\u00fdch kompresor\u016f a vod\u00edkov\u00e9ho recirkula\u010dn\u00edho \u010derpadla); v\u0161echny sou\u010d\u00e1sti jsou nyn\u00ed men\u0161\u00ed a leh\u010d\u00ed, co\u017e se z\u00e1rove\u0148 odrazilo v lep\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdkonov\u00fdch schopnostech. Ke zmen\u0161en\u00ed samotn\u00e9ho pouzdra sady \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f napomohla technologie \u201at\u0159ec\u00edho sva\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed prom\u00ed\u0161en\u00edm\u2018 (TSW) s c\u00edlem zmen\u0161it mezeru mezi palivov\u00fdm \u010dl\u00e1nkem a vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm pouzdrem.<\/p>\n<p>Sada palivov\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 tuh\u00fd polymern\u00ed elektrolyt, stejn\u011b jako dosavadn\u00ed Mirai, ale nov\u011b je men\u0161\u00ed a obsahuje men\u0161\u00ed po\u010det \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f (330 nam\u00edsto 370). I tak v\u0161ak vykazuje rekordn\u011b vysokou m\u011brnou energetickou hustotu na \u00farovni 5,4 kW\/l (nepo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1me-li koncov\u00e9 desky). Maximum v\u00fdkonu tak narostlo ze 114 na 128 kW. Zlep\u0161en\u00ed se t\u00fdk\u00e1 i schopnosti provozu za mraziv\u00fdch teplot \u2013 nastartovat v\u016fz je nyn\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 ji\u017e od -30 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Jeliko\u017e jsou syst\u00e9mov\u00e1 p\u0159ipojen\u00ed koncentrov\u00e1na do jedin\u00e9ho pouzdra, je zapot\u0159eb\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b komponent, co\u017e op\u011bt znamen\u00e1 \u00fasporu m\u00edsta i hmotnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed na inovace a zlep\u0161en\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9 jednotliv\u00e9 sou\u010d\u00e1sti p\u0159ineslo 50% pokles hmotnosti, av\u0161ak p\u0159i sou\u010dasn\u00e9m n\u00e1r\u016fstu v\u00fdkonu o 12 %. Z nov\u011b proveden\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed jmenujme p\u0159em\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed sb\u011brn\u00e9ho potrub\u00ed, zmen\u0161en\u00ed rozm\u011bru a hmotnosti \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f, optimalizaci tvaru p\u0159ep\u00e1\u017eky kan\u00e1lu veden\u00ed plynu a pou\u017eit\u00ed pokrokov\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f elektrod.<\/p>\n<p>Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed jednotky je rovn\u011b\u017e DC-DC m\u011bni\u010d palivov\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f (FDC) a modul\u00e1rn\u00ed vysokonap\u011b\u0165ov\u00e9 sou\u010d\u00e1sti; v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s dosavadn\u00edm syst\u00e9mem se poda\u0159ilo zmen\u0161it rozm\u011bry o 21 %. Hmotnost poklesla o 2,9 kg na 25,5 kg. Za \u00fasporou m\u00edsta stoj\u00ed vysp\u011bl\u00e9 technologie \u2013 v tranzistorech inteligentn\u00edho v\u00fdkonov\u00e9ho modulu (IPM) Toyota v\u016fbec poprv\u00e9 pou\u017eila polovodi\u010dov\u00fd materi\u00e1l nov\u00e9 generace na b\u00e1zi karbidu k\u0159em\u00edku. To se odrazilo v n\u00e1r\u016fstu v\u00fdkonu, sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed spot\u0159eby energie a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed po\u010dtu tranzistor\u016f, a tedy i zmen\u0161en\u00ed m\u011bni\u010de FCPC.<\/p>\n<p>Tent\u00fd\u017e p\u0159\u00edstup zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fd na zmen\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed rozm\u011br\u016f a \u00faspory hmotnosti se t\u00fdk\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00edch sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed sady palivov\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f. Konstrukce p\u0159\u00edvodu vzduchu sni\u017euje kompresn\u00ed ztr\u00e1ty a obsahuje akusticky pohltiv\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly, aby v kabin\u011b nebylo mo\u017en\u00e9 post\u0159ehnout hluk s\u00e1n\u00ed. Na v\u00fdstupu vzduchu se zase pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed kan\u00e1ly ze syntetick\u00e9 prysky\u0159ice, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e konstrukce umo\u017e\u0148uje odvod velk\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed vzduchu a vody; ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed hlu\u010dnosti v kabin\u011b napom\u00e1h\u00e1 velkokapacitn\u00ed tlumi\u010d. Syst\u00e9m veden\u00ed vzduchu jako celek je bezm\u00e1la o 30 % men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u dosavadn\u00ed Toyoty Mirai a v\u00edce ne\u017e o t\u0159etinu (34,4 %) leh\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lithium-iontov\u00e1 baterie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e1 Mirai pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 vysokonap\u011b\u0165ovou lithium-iontovou baterii, kter\u00e1 nahrazuje baterii typu NiMH sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho modelu. D\u00edky vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed energetick\u00e9 hustot\u011b i p\u0159es men\u0161\u00ed rozm\u011bry vykazuje vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdkon a lep\u0161\u00ed ekologick\u00e9 parametry. Modul obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed 84 \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f nab\u00edz\u00ed jmenovit\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed 310,8 V a kapacitu 4,0 Ah (p\u0159edch\u016fdce 244,8 V, resp. 6,5 Ah). Celkov\u00e1 hmotnost poklesla ze 46,9 na 44,6 kg. V\u00fdkon byl pos\u00edlen z 25,5 kW x 10 sekund na 31,5 kW x 10 sekund.<\/p>\n<p>Men\u0161\u00ed rozm\u011bry baterie dovoluj\u00ed z\u00e1stavbu za zadn\u00ed sedadla bez zasahov\u00e1n\u00ed do zavazadeln\u00edku. Optimalizace se t\u00fdk\u00e1 i veden\u00ed chladic\u00edho vzduchu s nen\u00e1padn\u00fdmi vstupn\u00edmi otvory po obou stran\u00e1ch zadn\u00edch sedadel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dynamick\u00e9 j\u00edzdn\u00ed schopnosti<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e1 Toyota Mirai d\u00edky podvozkov\u00e9 platform\u011b GA-L t\u011b\u017e\u00ed z v\u00fdhod v podob\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00edho t\u011b\u017ei\u0161t\u011b, lep\u0161\u00edch charakteristik setrva\u010dnosti a v\u00fdrazn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed tuhosti karoserie, co\u017e se souhrnn\u011b odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed ve velmi dobr\u00fdch dynamick\u00fdch schopnostech vozu.<\/p>\n<p>Po p\u0159esunut\u00ed sady palivov\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f z prostoru pod podlahou vozidla na p\u0159\u00ed\u010f vozu, resp. baterie a elektromotoru dozadu, se v\u016fz chlub\u00ed rozlo\u017een\u00edm hmotnosti mezi n\u00e1pravami v pom\u011bru 50:50 ve prosp\u011bch stability, p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed koncepci s motorem um\u00edst\u011bn\u00fdm vp\u0159edu.<\/p>\n<p>Ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed tuhosti karoserie p\u0159isp\u011bly strategicky rozm\u00edst\u011bn\u00e9 podp\u011bry a v\u00fdztuhy, jako\u017eto i \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed lepen\u00fdch karos\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch spoj\u016f a spojov\u00e1n\u00ed laserem s housenkov\u00fdmi svary.<\/p>\n<p>Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed nov\u00e9 platformy je rovn\u011b\u017e nov\u00e9 p\u0159edn\u00ed i zadn\u00ed zav\u011b\u0161en\u00ed typu multilink nam\u00edsto d\u0159\u00edve pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch vzp\u011br typu McPherson vp\u0159edu, resp. torzn\u00edch p\u0159\u00ed\u010dek na zadn\u00ed n\u00e1prav\u011b. Uveden\u00e1 konfigurace prop\u016fj\u010duje vozidlu vysokou \u00farove\u0148 stability, ovladatelnosti a j\u00edzdn\u00edho pohodl\u00ed. Jmenovit\u011b se jedn\u00e1 o pou\u017eit\u00ed siln\u011bj\u0161\u00edch stabiliz\u00e1tor\u016f, optim\u00e1ln\u00ed um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed kulov\u00fdch kloub\u016f horn\u00edch i spodn\u00edch vodic\u00edch ramen a celkov\u011b vysokou tuhost zav\u011b\u0161en\u00ed ve prosp\u011bch dobr\u00e9 odezvy a stability.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00ednosem je i pou\u017eit\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch kol a pneumatik nov\u00e9 Toyoty Mirai. Kola o velikosti 19 a 20\u2033 obouvaj\u00ed pneumatiky o rozm\u011brech 235\/55 R19, resp. 245\/45 R20, vykazuj\u00edc\u00ed n\u00edzk\u00fd valiv\u00fd odpor a tich\u00fd chod, co\u017e se odrazilo v lep\u0161\u00ed spot\u0159eb\u011b paliva, kvalit\u00e1ch j\u00edzdn\u00edho chov\u00e1n\u00ed, stabilit\u011b a tich\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed v kabin\u011b. Pou\u017eit\u00ed kol a pneumatik o v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm pr\u016fm\u011bru pom\u00e1h\u00e1 zajistit pot\u0159ebn\u00fd prostor pro trojici nov\u00fdch z\u00e1sobn\u00edk\u016f na vod\u00edkov\u00e9 palivo.<\/p>\n<p>K lep\u0161\u00ed ovladatelnosti a stabilit\u011b, resp. k prodlou\u017een\u00ed dojezdov\u00e9 vzd\u00e1lenosti, p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 rovn\u011b\u017e lep\u0161\u00ed aerodynamika vozidla s ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed lini\u00ed st\u0159echy, \u00fapln\u00fdm zakrytov\u00e1n\u00edm spodku a ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm sou\u010dinitelem aerodynamick\u00e9ho odporu.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdhodou nov\u00e9 Toyoty Mirai je lep\u0161\u00ed j\u00edzdn\u00ed charakter. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdkon zprost\u0159edkovan\u00fd novou sadou palivov\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f a bateri\u00ed znamen\u00e1 hladk\u00fd a line\u00e1rn\u00ed rozjezd z m\u00edsta, stejn\u011b tak jako zrychlov\u00e1n\u00ed slad\u011bn\u00e9 s \u00fahlem se\u0161l\u00e1pnut\u00ed akcelera\u010dn\u00edho ped\u00e1lu.
