V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee se Brusel rozhodne pro d\u016fraznou odpov\u011b\u010f na \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 expanzivn\u00ed choutky, vystavuje se riziku obchodn\u00ed v\u00e1lky s Pekingem.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ot\u00e1zka, jakou cestou se vydat, rozd\u011bluje celou Evropu. Opa\u010dn\u00e9 postoje zast\u00e1vaj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm N\u011bmecko a Francie. \u201eDilema je to ohromn\u00e9 a zcela z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pro evropsk\u00fd autopr\u016fmysl i dlouhodob\u00e9 vztahy s \u010c\u00ednou. Intenzivn\u00ed rozpory jsou mezi z\u00e1jmy a prioritami N\u011bmecka a Francie a jejich pr\u016fmysl\u016f. Francie tla\u010d\u00ed na nekompromisn\u00ed a ostr\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup s c\u00edlem ochr\u00e1nit dom\u00e1c\u00ed trh, zat\u00edmco N\u011bmecko chce mnohem vyv\u00e1\u017een\u011bj\u0161\u00ed reakci na \u010d\u00ednskou expanzi,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed expert na automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl z EY Petr Knap.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u011bmeck\u00e9 automobilky jsou toti\u017e mnohem z\u00e1vislej\u0161\u00ed na prodej\u00edch v \u010c\u00edn\u011b ne\u017e ty francouzsk\u00e9. Nap\u0159\u00edklad koncern Volkswagen loni prodal 3,6 milionu aut v Evrop\u011b a 3,2 milionu v \u010c\u00edn\u011b. U Audi byl pom\u011br prodan\u00fdch voz\u016f na evropsk\u00e9m a \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9m trhu 748 tis\u00edc ku 729 tis\u00edc\u016fm a u BMW \u010dinil 943 tis\u00edc ku 825 tis\u00edc\u016fm aut. Mercedes pak v\u00a0lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce v\u00a0Evrop\u011b udal 659 tis\u00edc voz\u016f a v \u010c\u00edn\u011b 737 tis\u00edc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Naopak francouzsk\u00e9 zna\u010dky se orientuj\u00ed na trhy evropsk\u00e9. Nap\u0159\u00edklad pro Renault byla loni nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm asijsk\u00fdm trhem Indie s pouhopouh\u00fdm jednoprocentn\u00edm pod\u00edlem na ve\u0161ker\u00fdch prodej\u00edch zna\u010dky. Nejen \u010c\u00edna, ale cel\u00fd Indopacifik se na prodej\u00edch koncernu Stellantis, jen\u017e sdru\u017euje hlavn\u011b francouzsk\u00e9 a italsk\u00e9 zna\u010dky jako Citro\u00ebn nebo Fiat, pod\u00edlel dokonce pouh\u00fdm p\u016fl procentem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201ePokud Evropa nic neud\u011bl\u00e1, hroz\u00ed j\u00ed zaplaven\u00ed levn\u00fdmi \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdmi elektromobily, kter\u00e9 svou konkurenceschopnost z\u010d\u00e1sti stav\u011bj\u00ed na nef\u00e9rov\u00fdch obchodn\u00edch praktik\u00e1ch a subvenc\u00edch pekingsk\u00e9 vl\u00e1dy. V\u0161e bude z\u00e1le\u017eet na tom, jak moc cla vzrostou. V r\u00e1mci odvetn\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed by \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e1 vl\u00e1da z\u0159ejm\u011b c\u00edlila na evropsk\u00e9 \u2013 zejm\u00e9na n\u011bmeck\u00e9 \u2013 automobilky operuj\u00edc\u00ed na \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9m trhu,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 analytik \u010cSOB Dominik Rusinko.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Za sch\u016fdn\u00fd n\u011bmecko-francouzsk\u00fd kompromis pova\u017euje nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed cel do rozmez\u00ed 20 a\u017e 30 procent, ve h\u0159e je ale i razantn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ochrana dom\u00e1c\u00edho trhu a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed cel v rozp\u011bt\u00ed 30 a\u017e 50 procent. V\u00edce ne\u017e 90 procent kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f pro v\u00fdrobu elektrick\u00fdch vozidel i samotn\u00e9 baterie dov\u00e1\u017e\u00edme z \u010c\u00edny. \u0158ada evropsk\u00fdch firem m\u00e1 tov\u00e1rny p\u0159\u00edmo v\u00a0\u010c\u00edn\u011b, a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e1 cla by se tedy vztahovala i na tyto spole\u010dnosti,\u201c nazna\u010duje mo\u017en\u00e9 d\u016fsledky v\u00fdkonn\u00fd \u0159editel sdru\u017een\u00ed Zden\u011bk Petzl.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dod\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee je \u010c\u00edna pro evropsk\u00e9 automobilky t\u0159et\u00ed nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed exportn\u00ed destinac\u00ed, kam jen p\u0159edloni zam\u00ed\u0159ilo p\u0159es 412 tis\u00edc aut v hodnot\u011b t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 25 miliard eur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Petzl p\u0159ipou\u0161t\u00ed, \u017ee cla mohou zpomalit \u010d\u00ednskou expanzi do Evropy, p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 ale, \u017ee si jej\u00ed automobilky \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad BYD \u010di NIO \u2013 najdou zp\u016fsoby, jak v pr\u016fniku na trh pokra\u010dovat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eMohou tak \u010dinit skrze investice, spolupr\u00e1ci s m\u00edstn\u00edmi partnery nebo p\u0159esunem v\u00fdroby do jin\u00fdch zem\u00ed, co\u017e u\u017e se d\u011bje v Ma\u010farsku nebo Turecku,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Petzl. \u010c\u00edna u\u017e tak\u00e9 pohrozila, \u017ee na auta s v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm motorem nad 2,5 litru dov\u00e1\u017een\u00e1 z USA a EU je p\u0159ipravena zav\u00e9st a\u017e 25procentn\u00ed clo. \u010c\u00ednsk\u00e9mu listu Global Times to \u0159ekl z\u00e1stupce \u010c\u00ednsk\u00e9ho st\u0159ediska pro automobilov\u00e9 technologie a v\u00fdzkum Liou Pin.
