Dnes v\u00fdrobci skl\u00e1daj\u00ed auta z celk\u016f p\u0159edem sestaven\u00fdch od dodavatel\u016f. Karsten Schnake, \u010dlen p\u0159edstavenstva \u0160kody a obrovsky uzn\u00e1van\u00e1 kapacita koncernu VW p\u0159es krizov\u00fd management, je str\u016fjcem my\u0161lenky \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9ho n\u00e1vratu ke ko\u0159en\u016fm.<\/strong> <strong>Uk\u00e1zalo se toti\u017e, \u017ee u kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch komponent, jako jsou \u010dipy, je to pot\u0159eba.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-debug-redistribute=\"009. \/ 50px \/ 141\">Komunikace p\u0159\u00edmo s dodavateli sou\u010d\u00e1stek je vlastn\u011b staronov\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edstupem, kter\u00fd automobilky tak trochu pozapomn\u011bly. \u201eP\u011btasedmdes\u00e1t procent obratu koncernu VW poch\u00e1z\u00ed od extern\u00edch partner\u016f,\u201c prozrazuje Karsten Schnake. Automobilky dnes o sob\u011b mluv\u00ed jako o integr\u00e1torech, kte\u0159\u00ed seskl\u00e1d\u00e1vaj\u00ed komponenty od dodavatel\u016f, podle odhad\u016f a\u017e 80 procent p\u0159idan\u00e9 hodnoty p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b vozu tvo\u0159\u00ed d\u00edly od dodavatel\u016f. Tato elita, nap\u0159\u00edmo propojen\u00e1 s automobilkami pak objedn\u00e1v\u00e1 subdod\u00e1vky komponent od sv\u00fdch dal\u0161\u00edch dodavatel\u016f. A Schnake tyto vazby rozbil, \u010di sp\u00ed\u0161e obe\u0161el a propojil. Celkem Karsten Schnake za cel\u00fd koncern VW komunikuje se v\u0161emi asi p\u011btadvaceti v\u00fdrobci \u010dip\u016f na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b. Pro urychlen\u00ed a zefektivn\u011bn\u00ed procesu podobn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem je nap\u0159\u00edmo v kontaktu s dal\u0161\u00edmi p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 150 subdodavateli dal\u0161\u00edch komponent\u016f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-debug-redistribute=\"024. \/ 1107px \/ -224\">\u0160koda Auto tak p\u0159edstavila p\u0159\u00edmou spolupr\u00e1ci s americk\u00fdm v\u00fdrobcem \u010dip\u016f, firmou onsemi, jedn\u00edm z nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdrobc\u016f polovodi\u010d\u016f na sv\u011bt\u011b. \u201eSpole\u010dnost onsemi pat\u0159\u00ed mezi vedouc\u00ed dodavatele v odv\u011btv\u00edch technologi\u00ed inteligentn\u00edho nap\u00e1jen\u00ed a senzoriky s expertn\u00edmi znalostmi v oblastech technologie karbidu k\u0159em\u00edku a sn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed obrazu,\u201c up\u0159es\u0148uje magaz\u00edn Autoweek.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"--trojuhelnik\" class=\"tit\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-debug-redistribute=\"015. \/ 1287px \/ -50\">Troj\u00faheln\u00edk<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-debug-redistribute=\"023. \/ 1342px \/ -211\">\u201eSpolupr\u00e1ce byla nastartov\u00e1na jako takov\u00fd troj\u00faheln\u00edk. V minulosti \u0160kodovka i ostatn\u00ed v\u00fdrobci automobil\u016f pracovali hlavn\u011b s dodavateli Tier 1, nap\u0159\u00edklad Continentalem. Spolupr\u00e1ce s nimi bude pokra\u010dovat nad\u00e1le, ale do troj\u00faheln\u00edku p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1 v\u00fdrobce \u010dip\u016f, aby v\u00fdvoj \u010dip\u016f a fin\u00e1ln\u00ed aplikace byla co nejefektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a aby informace o pot\u0159eb\u00e1ch z\u00e1kazn\u00edka se k n\u00e1m dostala d\u0159\u00edve,\u201c vysv\u011btluje Ale\u0161 C\u00e1b, viceprezident a \u0159editel v\u00fdroby spole\u010dnosti onsemi, kter\u00e1 v Ro\u017enov\u011b pod Radho\u0161t\u011bm vyr\u00e1b\u00ed \u010dipy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-debug-redistribute=\"012. \/ 1548px \/ 97\">\u201eZjistili jsme, \u017ee objedn\u00e1vky od dodavatel\u016f neodpov\u00eddaj\u00ed t\u011bm, kter\u00e9 p\u016fvodn\u011b objedn\u00e1valy automobilky,\u201c usm\u00edv\u00e1 se Simon Keeton, viceprezident onsemi, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 na starosti divizi zab\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed se \u201ev\u00fdkonov\u00fdmi\u201c \u010dipy, t\u011bmi, kter\u00e9 jsou pot\u0159eba pro trak\u010dn\u00ed baterie nebo nab\u00edje\u010dky. Vlastn\u011b v\u00e1zla komunikace, v\u00fdrobci \u010dip\u016f tak nem\u011bli kv\u016fli prost\u0159edn\u00edkovi v podob\u011b \u201eprvosledov\u00e9ho\u201c dodavatele informace, jak\u00e9 polovodi\u010de automobilky pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed, v jak\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na jak dlouho dop\u0159edu. \u201e\u010cekal jsem v\u00edc t\u0159enic,\u201c usm\u00edv\u00e1 se Schnake nad ot\u00e1zkou, jak se velk\u00fdm dodavatel\u016fm l\u00edb\u00ed, \u017ee je obch\u00e1z\u00ed k jejich subdodavatel\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-debug-redistribute=\"002. \/ 1832px \/ 649\">Podle onsemi i \u0160kody Auto toto partnerstv\u00ed znamen\u00e1 v\u00fdhody jak v ot\u00e1zce ceny, tak \u010dasu. Koncern VW mimo jin\u00e9 pracuje na v\u00fdvoji vlastn\u00edho \u010dipu, partnerstv\u00ed s americkou firmou, kter\u00e1 je jednou z m\u00e1la, je\u017e polovodi\u010de vyv\u00edj\u00ed a kompletn\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u00ed od z\u00e1kladn\u00ed suroviny (k\u0159em\u00edk) a\u017e po fin\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010dipy, v tom m\u016f\u017ee automobilce v\u00fdznamn\u011b pomoci.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-debug-redistribute=\"005. \/ 1986px \/ 268\">\u201ePolovodi\u010dov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl je d\u016fle\u017eitou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed tohoto projektu. Spole\u010dnost onsemi hraje v tomto \u00fasil\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli a v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1 v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice v\u00edce ne\u017e 2 200 zam\u011bstnanc\u016f v z\u00e1vodech na p\u0159\u00edpravu krystal\u016f a v\u00fdrobu desti\u010dek a tak\u00e9 ve dvou v\u00fdvojov\u00fdch centrech,\u201c shrnuje Karsten Schnake.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-debug-redistribute=\"022. \/ 2273px \/ -200\">\u201eTento krok je pozitivn\u00edm sign\u00e1lem pro cel\u00e9 odv\u011btv\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdvoj,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Hassane El-Khoury, prezident, v\u00fdkonn\u00fd \u0159editel a hlavn\u00ed p\u0159edstavitel spole\u010dnosti onsemi, o v\u00fdznamu polovodi\u010d\u016f pro automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl a zd\u016fraznili, \u017ee jejich d\u016fle\u017eitost v nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edch letech rychle poroste s t\u00edm, jak budou z\u00e1kazn\u00edci po\u017eadovat v\u00edce autonomn\u00edch funkc\u00ed a p\u0159echod na elektrifikaci. \u010cipy a software jsou podle obou hlavn\u00edmi hybateli dal\u0161\u00edho v\u00fdvoje v autopr\u016fmyslu.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"--tisice-cipu-v-elektromobilu\" class=\"tit\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-debug-redistribute=\"014. \/ 2479px \/ -32\">Tis\u00edce \u010dip\u016f v elektromobilu<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-debug-redistribute=\"020. \/ 2534px \/ -193\">S n\u00e1stupem elektromobility jich bude pot\u0159eba mnohem v\u00edce ne\u017e dnes. Popt\u00e1vka by se tedy m\u011bla v\u00fdrazn\u011b nav\u00fd\u0161it. Historicky byl autopr\u016fmysl v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s obory, jako je spot\u0159ebn\u00ed elektronika, pomal\u00fd v inovac\u00edch, vy\u017eadoval robustn\u00ed, m\u00e9n\u011b v\u00fdkonn\u00e9 \u010dipy. Podle p\u0159edstavitel\u016f onsemi se to v posledn\u00edch t\u0159ech letech zm\u011bnilo, do\u0161lo k extr\u00e9mn\u00edmu zrychlen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-debug-redistribute=\"010. \/ 2688px \/ 125\">Ve star\u00fdch autech bylo \u010dip\u016f n\u011bkolik, v dne\u0161n\u00edm smartphonu jich je kolem 150. V b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m spalovac\u00edm aut\u011b je dnes asi 1500 \u010dip\u016f, v elektromobilech jich je ov\u0161em pot\u0159eba a\u017e desetkr\u00e1t tolik. Porsche 911 z roku 1978 m\u00e1 v sob\u011b dohromady osm \u010dip\u016f a jednu \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed jednotku, na \u010dipy nejbohat\u0161\u00ed modern\u00ed \u0161kodovka, elektrick\u00fd Enyaq jich m\u00e1 na osm tis\u00edc a 90 \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00edch jednotek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-debug-redistribute=\"001. \/ 2868px \/ 699\">\u201eV sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b podle na\u0161ich anal\u00fdz je hodnota \u010dip\u016f v aut\u011b zhruba 600 dolar\u016f (asi 14 tis\u00edc korun \u2013 pozn. iDNES.cz), hodnota do roku 2030 by m\u011bla nar\u016fst a\u017e dvojn\u00e1sobn\u011b,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed Jan Melichar, vedouc\u00ed zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd za konektivitu v oblasti n\u00e1kupu \u0160koda Auto. \u201ePot\u0159eba polovodi\u010d\u016f bude nar\u016fstat, budou dal\u0161\u00ed legislativn\u00ed po\u017eadavky, nap\u0159\u00edklad vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed stupe\u0148 autonomn\u00edho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, to vyvol\u00e1 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pot\u0159ebu na polovodi\u010de,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Melichar. Podle odhad\u016f onsemi bude v roce 2030 popt\u00e1vka po \u010dipech desetin\u00e1sobn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-debug-redistribute=\"004. \/ 3100px \/ 302\">\u0160koda Auto chce m\u00edt do roku 2030 a\u017e \u0161est elektrick\u00fdch model\u016f. \u201ePolovodi\u010de jsou pro n\u00e1s jako v\u00fdrobce automobil\u016f z\u00e1sadn\u00ed hnac\u00ed silou inovac\u00ed. Umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed n\u00e1m nab\u00edzet z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm vozy s atraktivn\u00edmi asisten\u010dn\u00edmi syst\u00e9my a jsou kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm faktorem na\u0161\u00ed prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00ed transformace sm\u011brem k elektromobilit\u011b,\u201c vysv\u011btluje Karsten Schnake. Budoucnost je podle n\u011bj v rychlosti inovac\u00ed, technologick\u00e9 vysp\u011blosti, doba kladouc\u00ed nade v\u0161e v\u00fdrobn\u00ed objemy skon\u010dila. \u010cipy mohou b\u00fdt d\u00edky tomu detailn\u011bji specifikovan\u00e9 pro konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed, zkracuje se tak\u00e9 doba v\u00fdvoje.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"--tri-miliardy-cipu-z-roznova\" class=\"tit\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-debug-redistribute=\"013. \/ 3358px \/ 49\">T\u0159i miliardy \u010dip\u016f z Ro\u017enova<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-debug-redistribute=\"017. \/ 3413px \/ -112\">Onsemi, kter\u00e9 vzniklo p\u0159ed p\u011btadvaceti lety vyd\u011blen\u00edm z americk\u00e9ho koncernu Motorola, vyrob\u00ed ro\u010dn\u011b 65 miliard \u010dip\u016f v z\u00e1vodech na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b, t\u0159i miliardy z nich v Ro\u017enov\u011b, 40 procent z nich je pro autopr\u016fmysl. Onsemi m\u00e1 v portfoliu 37 tis\u00edc model\u016f, od t\u011bch nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch \u2013 zn\u00e1m\u00fdch velk\u00fdch \u0161v\u00e1b\u016f, po miniaturn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 vysypan\u00e9 na stole smetete, proto\u017ee je bez lupy m\u00e1te za smet\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-debug-redistribute=\"007. \/ 3593px \/ 202\">Krom\u011b klasick\u00fdch k\u0159em\u00edkov\u00fdch desek, na kter\u00fdch pak v n\u011bkolika kroc\u00edch sofistikovan\u00fdmi technologiemi pracuj\u00edc\u00edmi v mikroskopick\u00e9m m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku v Ro\u017enov\u011b vyrob\u00ed \u010dip, onsemi klade d\u016fraz na druhou technologii v\u00fdroby, kter\u00e1 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jako z\u00e1klad jako karbid k\u0159em\u00edku (SiC), kter\u00fd je druh\u00fdm nejtvrd\u0161\u00edm materi\u00e1lem na sv\u011bt\u011b. Modern\u00ed technologie v\u00fdroby z\u00e1kladn\u00ed desky pro v\u00fdrobu \u010dip\u016f je v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b technologie SiC odli\u0161n\u00e1, v\u00fdsledn\u00fd \u010dip je v\u0161em mnohem energeticky \u00fasporn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, i kdy\u017e je o n\u011bco dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed. U elektromobil\u016f dok\u00e1\u017eou polovodi\u010de na b\u00e1zi karbidu k\u0159em\u00edku prot\u00e1hnout dojezd a\u017e o 30 procent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-debug-redistribute=\"007. \/ 3593px \/ 202\">V\u00fdroba \u010dipu zabere v z\u00e1vislosti na jeho komplexnosti dva t\u00fddny a\u017e t\u0159i m\u011bs\u00edce, v\u00fdrobn\u00edch krok\u016f m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt 150, ale i t\u0159i sta. V Ro\u017enov\u011b na to maj\u00ed 600 vysoce specializovan\u00fdch stroj\u016f, ka\u017ed\u00fd v cen\u011b milionu dolar\u016f. Velk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st produkce tam prob\u00edh\u00e1 v absolutn\u011b bezpra\u0161n\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed, pracovn\u00edci se tam pohybuj\u00ed ve speci\u00e1ln\u00edch overalech, zarou\u0161kovan\u00ed, v\u00fdrobn\u00ed prostory p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161 laborato\u0159e.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-debug-redistribute=\"003. \/ 4165px \/ 346\">Je to tak\u00e9 v\u00fdznamn\u00fd krok ke zbaven\u00ed se z\u00e1vislosti v dod\u00e1vk\u00e1ch polovodi\u010d\u016f z Asie, se kterou Evropa bojovala b\u011bhem pandemie covidu-19. \u0160koda tehdy m\u011bla odstaven\u00fdch tis\u00edce nedokon\u010den\u00fdch aut. Evropsk\u00e1 unie chce v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch \u0161esti letech zdvojn\u00e1sobit pod\u00edl na sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00fdrob\u011b \u010dip\u016f z deseti na dvacet procent. Napumpovat chce do tohoto pr\u016fmyslu p\u0159es bilion korun z ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch a soukrom\u00fdch zdroj\u016f.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"--46-miliard-investic-do-vyroby-v-cesku\" class=\"tit\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-debug-redistribute=\"011. \/ 4345px \/ 109\">46 miliard investic do v\u00fdroby v \u010cesku<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-debug-redistribute=\"016. \/ 4400px \/ -52\">Spolupr\u00e1ce se \u0160koda Auto je tak\u00e9 sign\u00e1lem pro onsemi, kter\u00e1 se rozhoduje, kam svou investici bude sm\u011b\u0159ovat. \u201eJe to ur\u010dit\u011b sign\u00e1l pro korporaci, \u017ee m\u00e1 evropsk\u00e9 z\u00e1kazn\u00edky, a je to ur\u010dit\u011b sign\u00e1l, pro\u010d tady investovat,\u201c vysv\u011btluje Ale\u0161 C\u00e1b, onsemi podle n\u011bj v nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edch t\u00fddnech pod\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dost o investi\u010dn\u00ed pob\u00eddku na roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed v\u00fdroby v z\u00e1vod\u011b v Ro\u017enov\u011b pod Radho\u0161t\u011bm na Vset\u00ednsku. Koncern onsemi zva\u017euje investici dvou miliard dolar\u016f, tedy v p\u0159epo\u010dtu asi 46 miliard korun, do v\u00fdroby \u010dip\u016f. Rozhoduje se, zda investici bude sm\u011b\u0159ovat do sv\u00fdch v\u00fdrobn\u00edch z\u00e1vod\u016f v USA, Koreji nebo v Ro\u017enov\u011b pod Radho\u0161t\u011bm. \u201eZ\u00e1rove\u0148 bude prob\u00edhat proces notifikace u Evropsk\u00e9 komise,\u201c uvedl C\u00e1b. V\u00fd\u0161i p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 pob\u00eddky neuvedl.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-debug-redistribute=\"006. \/ 4710px \/ 235\">Premi\u00e9r Petr Fiala p\u0159i n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv\u011b ro\u017enovsk\u00e9ho z\u00e1vodu loni v \u0159\u00edjnu uvedl, \u017ee p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 \u010dipov\u00e9 centrum onsemi v Ro\u017enov\u011b pod Radho\u0161t\u011bm je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pro restart \u010ceska i budoucnost regionu a st\u00e1t se na n\u011bm mus\u00ed pod\u00edlet. Investice by podle C\u00e1ba byla p\u0159elomov\u00e1 v tom, \u017ee by se do Ro\u017enova p\u0159enesl kompletn\u00ed \u0159et\u011bzec v\u00fdroby karbidu k\u0159em\u00edku. \u201eJe to technologie, kter\u00e1 je unik\u00e1tn\u00ed a d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 pro sou\u010dasn\u00e9 megatrendy, pro elektromobilitu a obnoviteln\u00e9 zdroje energie. Tyto prvky spo\u0159\u00ed v n\u011bkter\u00fdch aplikac\u00edch a\u017e 50 procent elektrick\u00e9 energie,\u201c uvedl C\u00e1b. Pokud by onsemi rozhodl o investici do ro\u017enovsk\u00e9ho z\u00e1vodu, byl by tam cel\u00fd \u0159et\u011bzec v\u00fdroby a\u017e po kompletn\u00ed \u010dip.
