Vozidlo nazvan\u00e9 AKXY2 (Asahi Kasei x You 2) m\u00e1 za c\u00edl uk\u00e1zat, jak lze sladit mobilitu, technologie a udr\u017eitelnost zp\u016fsobem, kter\u00fd odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed po\u017eadavky modern\u00edho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8222;C\u00edlem bylo uk\u00e1zat, co m\u016f\u017eeme nab\u00eddnout, ale tak\u00e9 inspirovat na\u0161e z\u00e1kazn\u00edky t\u00edm, co je mo\u017en\u00e9,&#8220; uv\u00e1d\u00ed Heiko Rother, gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editel pro rozvoj automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu ve spole\u010dnosti Asahi Kasei Europe. &#8222;Uvnit\u0159 i vn\u011b vozu se v\u011bnujeme udr\u017eitelnosti a sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed hmotnosti.&#8220;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Optimalizace materi\u00e1lu<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Konstrukce modelu AKXY2, kter\u00e1 je zt\u011blesn\u011bn\u00edm odborn\u00fdch znalost\u00ed spole\u010dnosti v cel\u00e9m hodnotov\u00e9m \u0159et\u011bzci materi\u00e1l\u016f, sni\u017euje emise uhl\u00edku d\u00edky pou\u017eit\u00ed nov\u00fdch textili\u00ed, n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f, polymer\u016f a elastomer\u016f. Ve\u0161ker\u00e9 suroviny pou\u017eit\u00e9 v jeho konstrukci jsou recyklovan\u00e9, biologick\u00e9 nebo p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed. Toto zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed, vysv\u011btluje Rother, je p\u0159irozen\u00fdm pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00edm jej\u00edch c\u00edl\u016f v oblasti udr\u017eitelnosti: leh\u010d\u00ed vozidla pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed k provozu m\u00e9n\u011b energie, a proto produkuj\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b emis\u00ed uhl\u00edku. Nap\u0159\u00edklad okna modelu AKXY2 vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed polykarbon\u00e1tov\u00e9 (PC) zasklen\u00ed s tvrd\u00fdm povlakem na vodn\u00ed b\u00e1zi od spole\u010dnosti Asahi Kasei &#8211; PC je obecn\u011b 250kr\u00e1t pevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o 50 % leh\u010d\u00ed ne\u017e sklo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Od podvozku vozidla a\u017e po jeho hnac\u00ed \u00fastroj\u00ed existuj\u00ed kask\u00e1dovit\u00e9 technick\u00e9 d\u016fsledky, kter\u00e9 spole\u010dnost Asahi Kasei jako dodavatel nem\u016f\u017ee p\u0159\u00edmo ovlivnit. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b s p\u0159echodem na elektromobily (EV) se aerodynamika a sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed hmotnosti staly nezbytn\u00fdmi, proto\u017ee se p\u0159id\u00e1vaj\u00ed t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed akumul\u00e1tory, aby se zv\u00fd\u0161il dojezd. Rother uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee zejm\u00e9na pou\u017eit\u00ed recyklovateln\u00fdch bioplast\u016f umo\u017en\u00ed v\u00fdrobc\u016fm OEM vyr\u00e1b\u011bt n\u00edzkouhl\u00edkov\u00e9, lehk\u00e9 a flexibiln\u00ed konstrukce pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 k optimalizaci jejich elektromobil\u016f nov\u00e9 generace. Model AKXY2 je vybaven sn\u00edma\u010dem CO2 v kabin\u011b, kter\u00fd optimalizuje kvalitu vzduchu a z\u00e1rove\u0148 sni\u017euje spot\u0159ebu energie a maximalizuje dojezd. &#8222;Na\u0161e testov\u00e1n\u00ed uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee to m\u016f\u017ee \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161it dojezd, zejm\u00e9na b\u011bhem chladn\u00fdch zim nebo hork\u00fdch l\u00e9t,&#8220; tvrd\u00ed Rother. Toho dosahuje optimalizac\u00ed v\u011btr\u00e1n\u00ed a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee syst\u00e9m\u016f HVAC.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.automotiveworld.com\/app\/uploads\/2023\/02\/03110632\/AKXY2_Interior_front_View.jpg\" \/><br \/>\n<em>Minimalistick\u00fd interi\u00e9r modelu AKXY2 je d\u016fkazem koncepce spole\u010dnosti Asahi Kasei, \u017ee autonomn\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed je budoucnost\u00ed mobility.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V\u00fdzkum proveden\u00fd v roce 2020 Norsk\u00fdm institutem pro v\u00fdzkum ovzdu\u0161\u00ed zjistil, \u017ee pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 pneumatika za dobu sv\u00e9 \u017eivotnosti ztrat\u00ed 4 kg mikroplast\u016f, co\u017e p\u0159edstavuje 200 000 tun, kter\u00e9 se ka\u017ed\u00fd rok dostanou ze silnic do oce\u00e1n\u016f. Koncep\u010dn\u00ed vozidlo proto obsahuje pneumatiky z butadien-styrenov\u00e9ho kau\u010duku s biologick\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edm\u011bs\u00ed. Rother dod\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee pneumatiky spole\u010dnosti Asahi Kasei maj\u00ed vysokou odolnost proti opot\u0159eben\u00ed a p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed vyprodukovan\u00fdch mikroplast\u016f a tak\u00e9 ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed celkov\u00e9 energetick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u0159ijet\u00ed cirkul\u00e1rn\u00ed perspektivy<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u0159esto\u017ee spole\u010dnost p\u0159edkl\u00e1d\u00e1 \u0159adu \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, Rother p\u0159ipou\u0161t\u00ed, \u017ee integrace n\u00edzkouhl\u00edkov\u00e9 a ob\u011bhov\u00e9 ekonomiky do automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu je st\u00e1le v plenk\u00e1ch. &#8222;P\u0159ijet\u00ed cirkul\u00e1rn\u00ed perspektivy vy\u017eaduje transparentnost a tu zat\u00edm v cel\u00e9m hodnotov\u00e9m \u0159et\u011bzci nevid\u00edme.&#8220; Ostatn\u011b podobn\u011b se vyj\u00e1d\u0159il i Fisker v souvislosti se sv\u00fdm pln\u011b elektrick\u00fdm SUV Ocean. Kalifornsk\u00e1 automobilka hodila rukavici v srpnu 2022 zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00edm sv\u00e9 p\u0159edv\u00fdrobn\u00ed zpr\u00e1vy ESG a vyzvala ostatn\u00ed v\u00fdrobce OEM, aby u\u010dinili tot\u00e9\u017e. Z\u00e1kazn\u00edci cht\u011bj\u00ed ekologick\u00e9 alternativy, ale tak\u00e9 stejn\u00fd celkov\u00fd z\u00e1\u017eitek, na kter\u00fd jsou zvykl\u00ed. &#8222;N\u00edzkouhl\u00edkov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup by m\u011bl st\u00e1le znamenat trvanlivost a pohodl\u00ed,&#8220; pokra\u010duje. &#8222;U mnoha dne\u0161n\u00edch automobil\u016f jsou prvky interi\u00e9ru a exteri\u00e9ru navr\u017eeny tak, aby vydr\u017eely v\u00edce ne\u017e deset let, p\u0159esto jsou \u010dasto vym\u011bn\u011bny mnohem d\u0159\u00edve.&#8220; Ve snaze zm\u011bnit tento p\u0159\u00edstup prosazuje spole\u010dnost Asahi Kasei funk\u010dn\u00ed, ale estetick\u00e9 a odoln\u00e9 alternativn\u00ed materi\u00e1ly, kter\u00e9 budou vypadat l\u00e9pe po del\u0161\u00ed dobu.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00edzkouhl\u00edkov\u00e1 strategie<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C\u00edlem modelu AKXY2 nen\u00ed jen p\u0159edstavit soubor dostupn\u00fdch n\u00edzkouhl\u00edkov\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f, ale poskytnout vizi budoucnosti mobility, v n\u00ed\u017e mus\u00ed b\u00fdt prioritou optimalizace spot\u0159eby energie. Koncept SUV Oli spole\u010dnosti Citroen, ozn\u00e1men\u00fd ve 3. \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed 2022, up\u0159ednostnil v\u00fdkon baterie p\u0159ed rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdmi funkcemi informa\u010dn\u011b-z\u00e1bavn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu a rozhodl se je omezit na nejnutn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Rother se domn\u00edv\u00e1, \u017ee tento p\u0159\u00edstup je spr\u00e1vn\u00fd: &#8222;D\u0159\u00edve se v pr\u016fmyslu mluvilo o palivov\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti, nyn\u00ed jde o kilowatthodiny.&#8220; Sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed spot\u0159eby energie m\u016f\u017ee nejen zlep\u0161it dojezd, ale tak\u00e9 d\u00e1le sn\u00ed\u017eit uhl\u00edkovou stopu elektromobilu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Naj\u00edt spr\u00e1vnou rovnov\u00e1hu mezi t\u00edm, co zahrnout a co vylou\u010dit, je v\u0161ak v tak prom\u011bnliv\u00e9 dob\u011b obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9. &#8222;V posledn\u00edm desetilet\u00ed se automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl dramaticky zm\u011bnil.
