Do v\u00fdkonnosti automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu tak\u00e9 v roce 2021 zas\u00e1hla pandemie covidu-19, i kdy\u017e tentokr\u00e1t odli\u0161n\u011b. Jej\u00ed n\u00e1sledky se v siln\u011b globalizovan\u00e9m odv\u011btv\u00ed projevily p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ve druh\u00e9 polovin\u011b roku.<\/strong><span id=\"more-152992\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kritick\u00fd nedostatek polovodi\u010dov\u00fdch \u010dip\u016f, probl\u00e9my v dodavatelsko-odb\u011bratelsk\u00fdch \u0159et\u011bzc\u00edch i v logistice, nedostatek surovin a dal\u0161\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f v\u010detn\u011b r\u016fstu jejich cen vedly spole\u010dn\u011b k z\u00e1sadn\u00edmu naru\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdroby u v\u011bt\u0161iny evropsk\u00fdch automobilek. I p\u0159es dal\u0161\u00ed pokles v\u00fdroby vozidel v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice se podnik\u016fm poda\u0159ilo meziro\u010dn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161it celkov\u00e9 tr\u017eby i export a z\u00e1rove\u0148 udr\u017eet zam\u011bstnanost i r\u016fst mezd.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201e<i>Automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl se u\u017e t\u0159et\u00edm rokem pot\u00fdk\u00e1 s kombinac\u00ed mnoha negativn\u00edch faktor\u016f. I kdy\u017e si rok 2021 patrn\u011b zapamatujeme jako rok \u010dipov\u00e9 krize, s\u00a0probl\u00e9my se nepot\u00fdkali jen odb\u011bratel\u00e9 polovodi\u010d\u016f. Dodavatelsk\u00e9 \u0159et\u011bzce a logistika st\u00e1le je\u0161t\u011b zdaleka nefunguj\u00ed tak, jak jsme byli d\u0159\u00edve zvykl\u00ed. V\u00fdrazn\u011b se prodlou\u017eily dodac\u00ed lh\u016fty d\u00edl\u016f a surovin a v\u00a0d\u016fsledku toho do\u0161lo k v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu\u00a0n\u00e1r\u016fstu cen vstup\u016f. V\u00fdroba byla nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d sv\u011btem rozkol\u00edsan\u00e1 \u2013 zat\u00edmco nap\u0159. v\u00a0Asii produkce aut o necel\u00fdch sedm procent vzrostla, evropsk\u00fd autopr\u016fmysl s dal\u0161\u00edm t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 \u0161estiprocentn\u00edm poklesem produkce pokulh\u00e1val<\/i>,\u201c p\u0159ibli\u017euje situaci v\u00a0minul\u00e9m roce Martin Jahn, prezident Sdru\u017een\u00ed automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201e<i>Na druhou stranu je ale zapot\u0159eb\u00ed vyzvednout v\u00fdkonnost tuzemsk\u00fdch firem. P\u0159es v\u0161echna negativa se firm\u00e1m sdru\u017een\u00fdm v AutoSAPu poda\u0159ilo nav\u00fd\u0161it celkov\u00e9 tr\u017eby. Situace na trhu s \u010dipy se prom\u00edtla tak\u00e9 do v\u00fdroby v\u00a0leto\u0161n\u00edm roce.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201e<i>Teprve\u00a0kv\u011bten, kdy v\u00fdroba aut dos\u00e1hla \u201ep\u0159edkrizov\u00e9 hranice\u201c 120 tis\u00edc nov\u00fdch aut, p\u0159inesl do v\u00fdroby v\u00a0\u010cesku alespo\u0148 trochu optimismu. Popt\u00e1vka po nov\u00fdch vozech je nad\u00e1le vysok\u00e1, situace ve v\u00fdrob\u011b ale z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 velmi obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e1. V\u00a0progn\u00f3z\u00e1ch jsme proto opatrn\u00ed, dodavatelsko-odb\u011bratelsk\u00e9 \u0159et\u011bzce jsou kv\u016fli pandemii covidu, probl\u00e9m\u016fm v logistice i geopolitick\u00e9 situaci nad\u00e1le velmi rozkol\u00edsan\u00e9 a\u00a0dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdvoj je tak jen t\u011b\u017eko predikovateln\u00fd<\/i>,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Martin Jahn.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i>\u00a0<\/i>Pozitivn\u00ed zpr\u00e1vou je, \u017ee na po\u010dtu zam\u011bstnanc\u016f se minul\u00fd rok negativn\u011b nepodepsal, kdy\u017e ve firm\u00e1ch AutoSAPu jejich po\u010det dokonce m\u00edrn\u011b narostl. Vzrostla tak\u00e9 pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 mzda v\u00a0odv\u011btv\u00ed na v\u00edce ne\u017e 46 tis\u00edc korun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201e<i>Zam\u011bstnanost, nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzdy a da\u0148ov\u00e9 odvody maj\u00ed pozitivn\u00ed dopad nejen na rozvoj prakticky v\u0161ech region\u016f \u010ceska, ale tak\u00e9 na tuzemsk\u00fd rozpo\u010det, do kter\u00e9ho odv\u011btv\u00ed ro\u010dn\u011b p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 na p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdch dan\u00edch a povinn\u00fdch odvodech odhadem okolo 70 miliard korun. Automotive je nav\u00edc l\u00eddrem v\u00a0oblasti v\u011bdy, v\u00fdzkumu a\u00a0inovac\u00edch v\u00a0\u010desk\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu, a\u0165 u\u017e z\u00a0pohledu rostouc\u00edho pod\u00edlu po\u010dtu pracovn\u00edk\u016f ve v\u00fdzkumu a v\u00fdvoji ve firm\u00e1ch, tak i\u00a0z\u00a0pohledu celkov\u00fdch investic, kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 t\u0159etinu v\u0161ech pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch investic do V&#038;V u n\u00e1s,\u201c\u00a0<\/i>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Miroslav Dvo\u0159\u00e1k, viceprezident Sdru\u017een\u00ed automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu a p\u0159edseda p\u0159edstavenstva MOTOR JIKOV Group.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V\u00a0souvislosti s\u00a0aktu\u00e1ln\u00edm v\u00fdvojem z\u00e1rove\u0148 varuje p\u0159ed dopady energetick\u00e9 krize a jej\u00edmi dopady pr\u00e1v\u011b na inova\u010dn\u00ed potenci\u00e1l firem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201e<i>Stejn\u011b jako na celou ekonomiku, tak i na firmy autopr\u016fmyslu dol\u00e9h\u00e1 dramatick\u00fd r\u016fst cen energi\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00edch vstup\u016f. V\u00fdrobn\u00ed ceny v\u00a0pr\u016fmyslu v\u00a0posledn\u00edm obdob\u00ed rostou meziro\u010dn\u011b dvojcifern\u00fdm tempem. N\u00e1klady na\u00a0elekt\u0159inu a plyn se nejen u n\u00e1s v\u00a0podniku meziro\u010dn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161ily p\u011bti a\u017e sedmin\u00e1sobn\u011b. To bohu\u017eel v\u00fdrobce limituje v\u00a0\u00fasil\u00ed vyj\u00edt vst\u0159\u00edc po\u017eadavk\u016fm na r\u016fst mezd i v\u00a0pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed investi\u010dn\u00edch z\u00e1m\u011br\u016f, jejich\u017e omezen\u00ed povede ke ztr\u00e1t\u011b konkurenceschopnosti na\u0161ich firem v\u016f\u010di t\u011bm ze zem\u00ed, kde se ceny energi\u00ed poda\u0159ilo zastropovat. Jde nejen o aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed podporu podnik\u016fm pomoc\u00ed dostupn\u00fdch n\u00e1rodn\u00edch i\u00a0evropsk\u00fdch zdroj\u016f, z\u00a0del\u0161\u00ed perspektivy se pak mus\u00edme p\u0159ipravit na zm\u011bny pracovn\u00edho trhu a m\u011bn\u00edc\u00ed se po\u017eadavky na kompetence zam\u011bstnanc\u016f v\u00a0autopr\u016fmyslu<\/i>.\u00a0<i>Je zapot\u0159eb\u00ed p\u0159ipravit c\u00edlen\u00e9 re-skillingov\u00e9 a\u00a0up-skillingov\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed programy pro zam\u011bstnance a z\u00e1rove\u0148 upravit i st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed syst\u00e9m technick\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm na elektroniku, IT, kyberbezpe\u010dnost a dal\u0161\u00ed po\u017eadovan\u00e9 kompetence<\/i>,\u201c upozor\u0148uje Martin Jahn.<\/p>\n<h3><b>\u010clensk\u00e9 firmy AutoSAP v\u00a0roce 2021<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>TR\u017dBY: 1\u00a0101,6 miliard K\u010d (+ 5,9 %)<\/li>\n<li>EXPORT: 911,5 miliard K\u010d (+ 4,5 %)<\/li>\n<li>PO\u010cET ZAM\u011aSTNANC\u016e: 139 228 (+ 0,8 %)<\/li>\n<li>PR\u016eM\u011aRN\u00c1 MZDA: 46 292 K\u010d (+ 2,2 %)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Celkov\u00e9 tr\u017eby op\u011bt po ro\u010dn\u00ed odmlce p\u0159ekonaly hranici 1,1 bilionu korun a oproti roku 2020 vzrostly o 5,9 %. Zv\u00fd\u0161il se tak\u00e9 objem exportu o 4,1 % na celkov\u00fdch 911,5 miliardy korun. Celkov\u011b se v\u00fdvoz zbo\u017e\u00ed a slu\u017eeb na celkov\u00fdch tr\u017eb\u00e1ch pod\u00edl\u00ed z\u00a084 %. Nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm odbyti\u0161t\u011bm pro tuzemsk\u00e9 firmy jsou st\u00e1ty Evropsk\u00e9 unie s\u00a0dominantn\u00edm postaven\u00edm N\u011bmecka (pod\u00edl ve v\u00fd\u0161i 29,6 %). Firmy Sdru\u017een\u00ed automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu se pod\u00edleli t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 30 % na\u00a0celkov\u00e9 produkci tuzemsk\u00e9ho zpracovatelsk\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu, pod\u00edl \u010dlen\u016f AutoSAP na celkov\u00e9m exportu \u010cR \u010dinil v\u00a0lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce 19 %.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V\u00a0lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce se pak prakticky nezm\u011bnil po\u010det zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. Firm\u00e1m se poda\u0159ilo udr\u017eet kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance a\u00a0dokonce m\u00edrn\u011b nav\u00fd\u0161it jejich celkov\u00fd po\u010det na 139\u00a0228 osob (+0,8 %). Nedostatek zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm t\u011bch s\u00a0vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed kvalifikac\u00ed, z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 i nad\u00e1le d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm t\u00e9matem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tak\u00e9 v\u00fdvoj mezd odpov\u00eddal v\u00fdvoji trhu. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 mzda u firem Sdru\u017een\u00ed poprv\u00e9 v historii p\u0159es\u00e1hla hranici 46 tis\u00edc korun a pr\u016fm\u011brnou mzdu v\u00a0\u010cR tak p\u0159evy\u0161uje 22,3 %. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brnou mzdu vykazuj\u00ed fin\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdrobci \u2013 v\u00edce ne\u017e\u00a055 701 tis\u00edc korun, n\u00e1sleduj\u00ed \u00fa\u010delov\u00e9 organizace s pr\u016fm\u011brnou mzdou vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 50 tis\u00edc korun, ale i dodavatel\u00e9 vypl\u00e1c\u00ed sv\u00fdm zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzdy a to p\u0159es 40 tis\u00edc korun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u010clenov\u00e9 Sdru\u017een\u00ed automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed 13 % zam\u011bstnanc\u016f ve zpracovatelsk\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu \u010cR a\u00a0dohromady vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed 28 % tr\u017eeb zpracovatelsk\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu.
