Konstatoval, \u017ee situace nebyla je\u0161t\u011b nikdy hor\u0161\u00ed. Za prvn\u00ed \u010dty\u0159i m\u011bs\u00edce se nevyrobilo 361 tis\u00edc aut a ztr\u00e1ty se hned tak dohnat nepoda\u0159\u00ed.<\/strong><span id=\"more-152253\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdroba voz\u016f v leto\u0161n\u00edm roce bude nejsp\u00ed\u0161 je\u0161t\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e loni, kdy spadla na 1,1 milionu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eAsi nelze o\u010dek\u00e1vat, \u017ee bychom ten leto\u0161n\u00ed rok najednou n\u011bjak zvr\u00e1tili a objem v\u00fdroby se zm\u011bnil. Pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b budeme pod objemem v\u00fdroby lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku. Douf\u00e1me, \u017ee p\u0159ekro\u010d\u00edme hranici jednoho milionu,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 pro Sreznam Zpr\u00e1vy Petzl.<\/p>\n<p>\u010c\u00edsel, z doby p\u0159ed covidem, by \u010desk\u00fd automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl mohl, podle n\u011bho, dos\u00e1hnout a\u017e ve druh\u00e9 polovin\u011b t\u00e9to dek\u00e1dy. Zden\u011bk Petzl rovn\u011b\u017e upozornil, \u017ee v \u010desk\u00e9m automobilov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu nikdy nebylo h\u016f\u0159e, ne\u017e je nyn\u00ed, co\u017e ale m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt velk\u00fd dopad na dodavatele v\u00fdrobc\u016f aut. Tito dodavatel\u00e9 ji\u017e nyn\u00ed propustili stovky lid\u00ed a jsou v t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 situaci.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDodavatel\u00e9 jsou dnes pod extr\u00e9mn\u00edm tlakem. Nerad bych mluvil o tom, jestli krachuj\u00ed nebo budou krachovat, ale je to re\u00e1ln\u011b mo\u017en\u00e9,\u201c dodal.<\/p>\n<p>Na ot\u00e1zku redakce, \u017ee od za\u010d\u00e1tku roku se u n\u00e1s vyrobilo o 361 tis\u00edc aut m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e loni, tedy o p\u011btinu, tud\u00ed\u017e, jak moc jde o alarmuj\u00edc\u00ed \u010d\u00edsla, Zden\u011bk Petzl odpov\u011bd\u011bl, \u017ee situace je nepochybn\u011b extr\u00e9mn\u011b \u0161patn\u00e1. D\u00e1 se ale \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee dobrou zpr\u00e1vou je to, \u017ee probl\u00e9m nevznik\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edmo v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9\u00a0republice, ale je k n\u00e1m importovan\u00fd ze zahrani\u010d\u00ed. D\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d k tomu doch\u00e1z\u00ed, je cel\u00e1 \u0159ada. Jednak jde o \u010dipov\u00fd hladomor, kter\u00fd nad\u00e1le trv\u00e1, d\u00e1le jde o covid a uzav\u0159en\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edstavy v\u00a0\u010c\u00edn\u011b, kter\u00e9 zastavily dod\u00e1vky d\u00edl\u016f a mo\u017enosti dod\u00e1vek zbo\u017e\u00ed nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d sv\u011btem.<\/p>\n<p>Zden\u011bk Petzl d\u00e1le uvedl, \u017ee je to i v\u00e1lka, kter\u00e1 p\u016fsob\u00ed probl\u00e9my, a to na n\u011bkolika \u00farovn\u00edch. Jednak to byly kabelov\u00e9 svazky a dal\u0161\u00ed komponenty, kter\u00e9 z Ukrajiny dlouhou dobu nemohly chodit. Potom je to i ot\u00e1zka surovin, kter\u00e9 se z Ruska a Ukrajiny dov\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed, nap\u0159\u00edklad jde o palladium, kter\u00e9 je pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 pro v\u00fdrobu katalyz\u00e1tor\u016f, d\u00e1le jde o saze pro v\u00fdrobu pneumatik. To jsou v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 dnes omezuj\u00ed\u00a0automobilovou\u00a0v\u00fdrobu.<\/p>\n<p>V dal\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti rozhovoru Zden\u011bk Petzl konstatoval, \u017ee situace je bezprecedentn\u00ed. \u201eKdy\u017e se pod\u00edv\u00e1me do ekonomick\u00e9 krize v roce 2008 a\u017e 2009, vid\u00edme, \u017ee nad\u00e1le dod\u00e1vky fungovaly a navzdory t\u00e9 slo\u017eit\u00e9 situaci se \u010desk\u00e9mu automotivu da\u0159ilo fungovat. Dnes je to nejenom o vysok\u00fdch cen\u00e1ch vstup\u016f, ale i o tom, \u017ee ty vstupy fakticky nejsou k dispozici. Z toho pak vznikaj\u00ed z\u00e1drhele v cel\u00e9m \u0159et\u011bzci. Nen\u00ed to v\u0161ak jen probl\u00e9m\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9\u00a0republiky, ten probl\u00e9m sd\u00edl\u00ed cel\u00e1\u00a0Evropa,\u201c konstatoval.<\/p>\n<p>Na ot\u00e1zku jak\u00e9 jsou dal\u0161\u00ed vyhl\u00eddky \u010desk\u00e9ho\u00a0automobilov\u00e9ho\u00a0pr\u016fmyslu, Zden\u011bk Petzl uvedl, \u017ee v\u0161em na\u0161im\u00a0v\u00fdrobc\u016fm\u00a0se relativn\u011b da\u0159\u00ed dod\u00e1vky vstup\u016f relokovat a sehnat n\u00e1hradn\u00ed zdroje. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, jak\u00a0v\u00fdkonn\u00fd\u00a0\u0159editel\u00a0\u010desk\u00e9ho\u00a0automobilov\u00e9ho\u00a0pr\u016fmyslu d\u00e1le konstatoval, tyto v\u00fdpadky subdod\u00e1vek do v\u00fdroby m\u011bly negativn\u00ed dopady na v\u00fdrobu v prvn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch, ale v\u00fdhled do p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edho obdob\u00ed je pozitivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. V t\u00e9to chv\u00edli jsou i optimistick\u00e9 sign\u00e1ly ohledn\u011b \u010dip\u016f na druh\u00fd konec roku \u010di za\u010d\u00e1tek toho p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edho, dodal.<\/p>\n<p>Pot\u00e9 Zden\u011bk Petzl prohl\u00e1sil, \u017ee lo\u0148sk\u00fd rok, tedy druh\u00fd covidov\u00fd, byl pro \u010desk\u00fd\u00a0automobilov\u00fd\u00a0pr\u016fmysl, v kombinaci s \u010dipovou kriz\u00ed, t\u00edm nejhor\u0161\u00edm obdob\u00edm, kter\u00e9 \u010desk\u00fd\u00a0automobilov\u00fd\u00a0pr\u016fmysl za dobu sv\u00e9 existence za\u017eil.<\/p>\n<p>Na ot\u00e1zku, jak bude vypadat leto\u0161n\u00ed rok, se p\u0159edstavitel\u00e9 \u010desk\u00e9ho\u00a0automobilov\u00e9ho\u00a0pr\u016fmyslu p\u016fvodn\u011b d\u00edvali pom\u011brn\u011b optimisticky. Ale, v t\u00e9to chv\u00edli jedin\u00e9, co plat\u00ed, je nejistota. T\u011b\u017eko p\u0159edpov\u011bd\u011bt, jak se to bude d\u00e1le vyv\u00edjet dodal Zden\u011bk Petzl. Podle n\u011bho nelze asi o\u010dek\u00e1vat, \u017ee by\u00a0v\u00fdrobci\u00a0automobil\u016f u n\u00e1s b\u011bhem leto\u0161n\u00edho roku tuto situaci najednou n\u011bjak zvr\u00e1tili a objem v\u00fdroby se zm\u011bnil k lep\u0161\u00edmu. Je tud\u00ed\u017e pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, \u017ee objem v\u00fdroby v leto\u0161n\u00edm roce bude pod objemem v\u00fdroby lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku, co\u017e bylo 1,1 milionu voz\u016f. Podle Zde\u0148ka Petzla p\u0159itom optimistick\u00e9 maximum \u010desk\u00fdch\u00a0automobilov\u00fdch\u00a0v\u00fdrobc\u016f\u00a0bylo 1,5 milionu vyroben\u00fdch vozidel p\u0159ed covidem.<\/p>\n<p>Na ot\u00e1zku redakce, zda to bude letos jeden milion voz\u016f, Zden\u011bk Petzl odv\u011btil, \u017ee\u00a0v\u00fdrobci\u00a0doufaj\u00ed, \u017ee p\u0159ekro\u010d\u00ed jeden milion vyroben\u00fdch voz\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Na dal\u0161\u00ed ot\u00e1zku, zda toto \u010d\u00edslo mo\u017en\u00e1 spadne i pod jeden milion voz\u016f, dodal, \u017ee v t\u00e9to chv\u00edli panuje jedin\u00e1 jistota, a tou je nejistota.\u00a0V\u00fdrobci\u00a0automobil\u016f ale v\u011b\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee se situace za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 pomalu stabilizovat.<\/p>\n<p>Na ot\u00e1zku redakce, kdy se \u010desk\u00fd\u00a0automobilov\u00fd\u00a0pr\u016fmysl vr\u00e1t\u00ed do doby p\u0159edcovidov\u00fdch \u010d\u00edsel, Zden\u011bk Petzl odpov\u011bd\u011bl, \u017ee jde o extr\u00e9mn\u011b slo\u017eitou ot\u00e1zku. Podle n\u011bho se asi nyn\u00ed ned\u00e1 n\u011bjak\u00fd kr\u00e1tkodob\u00fd n\u00e1vrat k t\u011bmto \u010d\u00edsl\u016fm o\u010dek\u00e1vat. \u201eKdy\u017e mluv\u00edm o optimismu pro p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed rok, bav\u00edme se sp\u00ed\u0161 o n\u011bjak\u00e9 stabilizaci dod\u00e1vek. Dnes je ten hlavn\u00ed probl\u00e9m v tom, \u017ee se v\u00fdroba rozj\u00ed\u017ed\u00ed a zastavuje. Nikdo, zejm\u00e9na v tom dodavatelsk\u00e9m \u0159et\u011bzci, nev\u00ed, kolik a zda bude z p\u00e1tku na pond\u011bl\u00ed pot\u0159eba produkt\u016f. Pokud se bav\u00edme o pln\u00e9m b\u011bhu tak, jak ho zn\u00e1me z let 2018 a 2019, ob\u00e1v\u00e1m se, \u017ee se bav\u00edme sp\u00ed\u0161e o druh\u00e9 polovin\u011b sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dek\u00e1dy,\u201c prohl\u00e1sil.<\/p>\n<p>Redakce pot\u00e9 v rozhovoru p\u0159e\u0161la k problematice, kolik lid\u00ed a firem pracuje v \u010desk\u00e9m automobilov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu, to je kolik p\u0159\u00edmo v automobilk\u00e1ch a kolik v dodavatelsk\u00fdch firm\u00e1ch. Zden\u011bk Petzl k tomu poznamenal, \u017ee dopad na tyto zam\u011bstnance v automobilk\u00e1ch a dodavatelsk\u00fdch firm\u00e1ch je pom\u011brn\u011b \u0161irok\u00fd. V oboru p\u0159\u00edmo pracuje 180 tis\u00edc lid\u00ed, nep\u0159\u00edmo je to 400 a\u017e 500 tis\u00edc lid\u00ed. Na\u010de\u017e konstatoval, \u017ee \u010desk\u00fd automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl p\u0159edstavuje zhruba deset procent v\u00fdkonu \u010desk\u00e9 ekonomiky a 25 procent exportu \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159itom situace na stran\u011b dodavatel\u016f je, podle n\u011bho, mnohem slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. U fin\u00e1ln\u00edho\u00a0v\u00fdrobce\u00a0se dod\u00e1vky sb\u00edhaj\u00ed, a on p\u0159itom rozhodne, kdy u\u017e nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed produkt vyr\u00e1b\u011bt. Teprve potom toto jeho rozhodnut\u00ed se, zp\u011btn\u011b, d\u00e1le p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed cel\u00fdm dodavatelsk\u00fdm \u0159et\u011bzcem. Na\u010de\u017e dodal, \u017ee dodavatel\u00e9, i kdy\u017e jsou schopni zajistit v\u0161echny d\u00edly, nev\u011bd\u00ed, zda vozidlo, pro kter\u00e9 dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed, bude v\u016fbec d\u00e1le vyr\u00e1b\u011bno.<\/p>\n<p>Redakce pot\u00e9 p\u0159ipomn\u011bla, \u017ee\u00a0\u0160koda\u00a0Auto\u00a0v prvn\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed nevyrobila t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 t\u0159etinu voz\u016f, proto se tak\u00e9 redakce zeptala, zdali jej\u00ed dodavatel\u00e9 dodali o t\u0159etinu m\u00e9n\u011b d\u00edl\u016f. Zden\u011bk Petzl odv\u011btil, \u017ee je to p\u0159esn\u011b tak. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 uvedl, \u017ee samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, existuj\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9 skladov\u00e9 z\u00e1soby a v\u0161ichni zdaleka nedod\u00e1vaj\u00ed jen dom\u00e1c\u00edm\u00a0v\u00fdrobc\u016fm. 80 procent d\u00edl\u016f pro automobily jde na export, prim\u00e1rn\u011b ale do\u00a0Evropsk\u00e9\u00a0Unie, a situace je p\u0159itom slo\u017eit\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d cel\u00fdm kontinentem. Pro v\u0161echny dodavatele to tedy znamen\u00e1, \u017ee doch\u00e1z\u00ed k v\u00fdpadk\u016fm v objemu v\u00fdroby, konstatoval.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm probl\u00e9mem, na kter\u00fd se redakce zeptala, bylo, zda lze o\u010dek\u00e1vat krachy dodavatel\u016f.\u00a0V\u00fdkonn\u00fd\u00a0\u0159editel\u00a0\u010desk\u00e9ho\u00a0automobilov\u00e9ho\u00a0pr\u016fmyslu potvrdil, \u017ee jestli\u017ee n\u011bkomu klesne v\u00fdroba o jednu t\u0159etinu, mus\u00ed to m\u00edt logicky dopady sm\u011brem dovnit\u0159 p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 firmy. Ov\u0161em, jak d\u00e1le dodal, znamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee v\u016f\u010di n\u00e1klad\u016fm, kter\u00e9 firma m\u00e1, nem\u00e1 najednou odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjmy. Rozhodn\u011b je to pro danou firmu obrovsk\u00fd z\u00e1sah do jej\u00ed cash flow, co\u017e po dvou letech v covidu m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt tuto firmu velk\u00fd probl\u00e9m.<\/p>\n<p>Druh\u00e1 v\u011bc, kter\u00e1 zde hraje roli, podle n\u011bho, je to extr\u00e9mn\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst cen energi\u00ed. P\u0159i\u010dem\u017e v kr\u00e1tk\u00e9m \u010dasov\u00e9m horizontu se toto zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed cen neda\u0159\u00ed prom\u00edtnout do cen\u00edku vyroben\u00fdch voz\u016f. Tak\u017ee, dodavatel\u00e9 jsou dnes pod extr\u00e9mn\u00edm tlakem. \u201eNerad bych mluvil o tom, jestli krachuj\u00ed nebo budou krachovat, ale je to re\u00e1ln\u011b mo\u017en\u00e9,\u201c dodal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nikdo zat\u00edm nepl\u00e1nuje uz\u00e1v\u011bru v\u00fdroby<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Na ot\u00e1zku, jestli v\u00ed o firm\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 u\u017e maj\u00ed existen\u010dn\u00ed probl\u00e9my, Zden\u011bk Petzl odpov\u011bd\u011bl, \u017ee v\u0161ichni\u00a0v\u00fdrobci\u00a0automobil\u016f, a jejich dodavatel\u00e9, jsou ve slo\u017eit\u00e9 situaci. Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b, jak d\u00e1le uvedl, nev\u00ed o nikom, kdo by te\u010f pl\u00e1noval uz\u00e1v\u011bru v\u00fdroby. V\u0161ichni se sna\u017e\u00ed v\u00fdrobu, i sv\u00e9\u00a0pracovn\u00edky, udr\u017eet, proto\u017ee st\u00e1le je zde velk\u00fd z\u00e1jem o vozidla. Podle n\u011bho m\u00e1 \u010desk\u00fd\u00a0automobilov\u00fd\u00a0pr\u016fmysl zpr\u00e1vy o tom, \u017ee ve ji\u017e doch\u00e1zelo k n\u011bjak\u00e9mu propou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, ale zat\u00edm jde o stovky\u00a0zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, nikoliv o dramatick\u00e9 krachy. \u201eTo je v\u0161ak n\u011bco, kam se na konci roku m\u016f\u017eeme posunout,\u201c dodal.<\/p>\n<p>Ov\u0161em, jak d\u00e1le uvedl, Zden\u011bk Petzl si nemysl\u00ed, \u017ee by v tomto t\u00fddnu m\u011bla n\u011bkter\u00e1 z dodavatelsk\u00fdch firem zkrachovat. Ale, jak d\u00e1le uvedl, tyto firmy jsou v extr\u00e9mn\u011b slo\u017eit\u00e9 situaci. Pokud nebudou schopny zajistit si \u00fav\u011brov\u00e9 financov\u00e1n\u00ed, a tato slo\u017eit\u00e1 situace by m\u011bla p\u0159itom pokra\u010dovat stejn\u011b dramaticky, jako je tomu nyn\u00ed, tak se na p\u0159elomu roku m\u016f\u017eeme t\u011bchto krach\u016f do\u017e\u00edt, konstatoval.<\/p>\n<p>Redakce se tak\u00e9 zeptala i na to, zda automobilky na sv\u00e9 dodavatele p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed n\u00e1klady, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e uvedla, \u017ee n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed dodavatel\u00e9 si na to st\u011b\u017euj\u00ed. Zden\u011bk Petzl odv\u011btil, \u017ee je to o diskusi mezi\u00a0odb\u011brateli\u00a0a dodavateli. Podle n\u011bho firma chce logicky vyr\u00e1b\u011bt tak, aby, krom\u011b n\u00e1klad\u016f, m\u011bla i n\u011bjakou mar\u017ei. Probl\u00e9mem je, \u017ee smlouvy jsou pom\u011brn\u011b dlouhodob\u00e9, a chv\u00edli trv\u00e1, ne\u017e dojde ke znovu projedn\u00e1n\u00ed stanoven\u00fdch podm\u00ednek. Pokud k tomu v\u016fbec dojde, poznamenal.<\/p>\n<p>Pot\u00e9 redakce op\u011bt zm\u011bnila t\u00e9ma rozhovoru, kdy se zeptala, jestli jsou japonsk\u00e9 automobilky pro \u010desk\u00fd\u00a0automobilov\u00fd\u00a0pr\u016fmysl hrozbou, a z\u00e1rove\u0148 jak\u00fd je nyn\u00ed rozd\u00edl mezi americk\u00fdmi, asijsk\u00fdmi a evropsk\u00fdmi automobilkami, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b zda\u00a0Evropa\u00a0neztr\u00e1c\u00ed konkurenceschopnost. Zden\u011bk Petzl odpov\u011bd\u011bl, \u017ee si nemysl\u00ed, \u017ee by tomu tak bylo. Nap\u0159\u00edklad i ve\u00a0Spojen\u00fdch\u00a0st\u00e1tech\u00a0maj\u00ed probl\u00e9my podobn\u00e9ho charakteru. Je sice pravdou, \u017ee ceny energi\u00ed v\u00a0USA\u00a0nevyl\u00e9tly tak vysoko, ale, pokud jde o v\u00fdpadky v dod\u00e1vk\u00e1ch, to je \u010dipy a podobn\u011b, je to n\u011bco, \u010d\u00edm americk\u00e9 automobilky trp\u00ed tak\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Na ot\u00e1zku, zda cena neevropsk\u00fdch aut roste stejn\u011b, jako u t\u011bch evropsk\u00fdch, odv\u011btil, \u017ee u asijsk\u00fdch je mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee cena roste tro\u0161i\u010dku pomaleji. Mus\u00ed se v\u0161ak \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee extr\u00e9mn\u011b z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na politice dan\u00e9ho\u00a0v\u00fdrobce. Zden\u011bk Petzl si ale nemysl\u00ed, \u017ee cena voz\u016f v\u00a0USA\u00a0by byla d\u016fvodem k tomu, \u017ee americk\u00e9 automobilky te\u010f za\u010dnou v\u00fdrazn\u011b v\u00edce exportovat do\u00a0Evropy. Mo\u017en\u00e1 ty asijsk\u00e9, dodal. K \u010dip\u016fm maj\u00ed toti\u017e lep\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup a jejich cena neroste tolik. Podle n\u011bho je to ur\u010dit\u00e1 hrozba, s n\u00ed\u017e se mus\u00ed do budoucna pracovat. Jde o to, \u017ee asijsk\u00e9 automobilky maj\u00ed \u0159adu v\u00fdhod. Jde zejm\u00e9na o p\u0159\u00edmou prov\u00e1zanost s v\u00fdrobou \u010dip\u016f, co\u017e je zn\u00e1t. Je to n\u011bco, \u010d\u00edm se evropsk\u00e9, pota\u017emo \u010desk\u00e9 automobilky musej\u00ed zab\u00fdvat, zkr\u00e1tka v oblasti v\u00fdroby mus\u00ed n\u00e1\u0161\u00a0automobilov\u00fd\u00a0pr\u016fmysl zabrat a zv\u00fd\u0161it svoji konkurenceschopnost. Zden\u011bk Petzl ale v\u011b\u0159\u00ed, se mu to da\u0159\u00ed. D\u00e1le uvedl, \u017ee je vid\u011bt, \u017ee \u0159ada vozidel, kter\u00e1 p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed z\u00a0\u010c\u00edny\u00a0na evropsk\u00fd trh, a to jako \u201eta levn\u00e1\u201c, tak v\u00fdrazn\u011b \u0161et\u0159\u00ed na bezpe\u010dnosti. A to, podle n\u011bho, bylo v\u017edy historicky siln\u00e9 t\u00e9ma pro\u00a0Evropu.<\/p>\n<p>Na ot\u00e1zku, zda je\u0161t\u011b poroste cena voz\u016f v\u00a0\u010cesku, Zden\u011bk Petzl odpov\u011bd\u011bl, \u017ee mus\u00ed r\u016fst. U\u017e jen z titulu toho, \u017ee zde m\u00e1me inflaci. \u201eJe ale t\u0159eba zm\u00ednit, \u017ee pokud vezmeme cenu vozu vzhledem ke mzd\u011b, tak kdy\u017e porovn\u00e1me devades\u00e1t\u00e1 l\u00e9ta se sou\u010dasnou dobou, kter\u00e1 je pro n\u00e1s opticky velmi dramatick\u00e1, tak realita je takov\u00e1, \u017ee kupn\u00ed s\u00edla je dnes v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e byla v minulosti. Tak\u017ee i dnes z\u00e1kazn\u00edk na to auto m\u016f\u017ee dos\u00e1hnout,\u201c konstatoval.<\/p>\n<p>Jen\u017ee redakce mu polo\u017eila ot\u00e1zku, jak\u00e1 kupn\u00ed s\u00edla na\u0161ich obyvatel bude v situaci, kdy milionu lid\u00ed u n\u00e1s hroz\u00ed energetick\u00e1 chudoba. Zden\u011bk Petzl odv\u011btil, \u017ee jedn\u00edm tlakem je inflace a t\u00edm druh\u00fdm tlakem je ale regulace. Zd\u016fraznil, \u017ee automobil je velmi regulovan\u00fd produkt, kdy s ka\u017ed\u00fdm rokem p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed nov\u00e9 prvky, kter\u00e9 ka\u017ed\u00fd nov\u00fd v\u016fz bude obsahovat. Nev\u00ed sice, jak kdo bude cenu zvy\u0161ovat, ale pokud se situace bude vyv\u00edjet, tak jako se vyv\u00edj\u00ed dnes, nemysl\u00ed si, \u017ee by m\u011bla r\u016fst v\u00edce ne\u017e v procentech. Rozhodn\u011b se neo\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 dramatick\u00e9 zdra\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pot\u00e9 se redakce zeptala, jak by \u010desk\u00fd\u00a0automobilov\u00fd\u00a0pr\u016fmysl fungoval, to je bez dod\u00e1vek rusk\u00e9ho plynu. St\u00e1t m\u00e1 krizov\u00e9 stupn\u011b toho, co mus\u00ed odpojovat. Nen\u00ed to ani tak o n\u00e1s.
