Software pak p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed s \u0161irokou \u0161k\u00e1lou \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed tohoto probl\u00e9mu. \u201eZ jedin\u00e9ho n\u00e1padu m\u016f\u017ee software rychle generovat relevantn\u00ed alternativy n\u00e1vrhu \u2013 mnoh\u00e9, na kter\u00e9 byste sami nikdy nepomysleli,\u201c vysv\u011btluje Peter Champneys, v\u00fdzkumn\u00fd in\u017een\u00fdr spole\u010dnosti Autodesk.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kalifornsk\u00fd softwarov\u00fd specialista pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 cloud computing a algoritmy zalo\u017een\u00e9 na AI k rychl\u00e9mu prozkoum\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00edce permutac\u00ed n\u00e1vrhu sou\u010d\u00e1sti. Algoritmy jsou schopn\u00e9 generovat stovky velice p\u0159esn\u00fdch, \u010dasto uspo\u0159\u00e1dan\u011b vypadaj\u00edc\u00edch mo\u017enost\u00ed geometrick\u00e9ho n\u00e1vrhu na z\u00e1klad\u011b c\u00edl\u016f a parametr\u016f nastaven\u00fdch u\u017eivatelem. To by mohlo zahrnovat takov\u00e9 aspekty, jako je hmotnost, pevnost, v\u00fdb\u011br materi\u00e1lu a zp\u016fsob v\u00fdroby. U\u017eivatel pak ur\u010d\u00ed nejlep\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enost n\u00e1vrhu sou\u010d\u00e1sti. \u201eS generativn\u00edm designem neexistuje jedin\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed; m\u00edsto toho existuje n\u011bkolik skv\u011bl\u00fdch \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. P\u0159edstavte si t\u00fdm, kter\u00fd pracuje na n\u00e1vrhu lichob\u011b\u017en\u00edku v zav\u011b\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je vysokopevnostn\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 lehk\u00e9. Museli by up\u0159esnit, \u017ee lichob\u011b\u017en\u00edkov\u00e9 rameno se mus\u00ed vej\u00edt do ur\u010dit\u00e9ho prostoru, p\u0159ipojit se k ostatn\u00edm \u010d\u00e1stem sestavy, odolat ur\u010dit\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ei a ot\u0159es\u016fm a b\u00fdt co nejtu\u017e\u0161\u00ed a nejleh\u010d\u00ed. \u201eGenerativn\u00ed design v podstat\u011b vytvo\u0159\u00ed v\u00fdsledky, kter\u00e9 spl\u0148uj\u00ed tyto designov\u00e9 c\u00edle,\u201c potvrzuje Champneys. \u0158e\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e1 navrhuje, lze pot\u00e9 vykreslit do graf\u016f, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edmo porovn\u00e1vat metriky.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pov\u011bdom\u00ed o v\u00fdrob\u011b<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Velkou v\u00fdhodou tohoto p\u0159\u00edstupu je mo\u017enost prozkoumat \u0161irokou \u0161k\u00e1lu mo\u017enost\u00ed materi\u00e1l\u016f a v\u00fdrobn\u00edch metod. T\u00fdm m\u016f\u017ee porovnat jeden design, pokud je odlit z ho\u0159\u010d\u00edku, obroben z hlin\u00edku a 3D vyti\u0161t\u011bn v titanu. \u201eChceme vybudovat pov\u011bdom\u00ed o v\u00fdrob\u011b, aby n\u00e1stroje pro generativn\u00ed navrhov\u00e1n\u00ed pochopily, co d\u011bl\u00e1 dobr\u00fd n\u00e1vrh pro odl\u00e9v\u00e1n\u00ed oproti n\u00e1vrhu pro CNC obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed,\u201c vysv\u011btluje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">U n\u011bkter\u00fdch v\u00fdrobn\u00edch proces\u016f m\u016f\u017ee syst\u00e9m pot\u0159ebovat myslet na v\u011bci, jako jsou \u00fahly \u00fakosu, p\u0159\u00edstup k \u0159ezn\u00e9mu n\u00e1stroji nebo po\u010det pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch nastaven\u00ed na stroji. Autodesk pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 algoritmy strojov\u00e9ho u\u010den\u00ed k anal\u00fdze modelu CAD a p\u0159edpov\u00edd\u00e1, kolik bude tento n\u00e1vrh st\u00e1t. Software Autodesku m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ij\u00edt s mnoha \u0159e\u0161en\u00edmi b\u011bhem n\u011bkolika hodin, zat\u00edmco lidsk\u00fd design\u00e9r je schopen vytvo\u0159it jeden n\u00e1vrh za n\u011bkolik hodin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">General Motors je prvn\u00edm v\u00fdrobcem automobil\u016f v Severn\u00ed Americe, kter\u00fd pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 nov\u00fd software Autodesku pro generativn\u00ed navrhov\u00e1n\u00ed, a to konkr\u00e9tn\u011b proto, aby pomohl s odleh\u010dov\u00e1n\u00edm. \u201eTato p\u0159evratn\u00e1 technologie poskytuje ohromn\u00fd pokrok v tom, jak m\u016f\u017eeme navrhovat a vyv\u00edjet komponenty pro na\u0161e budouc\u00ed vozidla, aby byla leh\u010d\u00ed a efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed,\u201c komentuje viceprezident GM Ken Kelzer. \u201eKdy\u017e spoj\u00edme designovou technologii s v\u00fdrobn\u00edmi pokroky, jako je 3D tisk, n\u00e1\u0161 p\u0159\u00edstup k v\u00fdvoji vozidel se zcela zm\u011bn\u00ed a bude z\u00e1sadn\u011b odli\u0161n\u00fd. Spolupr\u00e1ce s po\u010d\u00edta\u010dem p\u0159i n\u00e1vrz\u00edch sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed se zm\u011bn\u00ed zp\u016fsobem, kter\u00fd jsme si p\u0159edt\u00edm jednodu\u0161e nedok\u00e1zali p\u0159edstavit.\u201c<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">GM uvedl, \u017ee tato konstruk\u010dn\u00ed technologie \u201eposkytuje v\u00fdrazn\u011b v\u00edce mo\u017enost\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed hmotnosti vozidel a zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed pevnosti d\u00edl\u016f, kter\u00fdch nelze dos\u00e1hnout tradi\u010dn\u00edmi metodami optimalizace n\u00e1vrhu. Ve spolupr\u00e1ci s in\u017een\u00fdry Autodesku pou\u017eil t\u00fdm design\u00e9r\u016f GM software k vytvo\u0159en\u00ed d\u016fkazu konceptu dr\u017e\u00e1ku sedadla, kter\u00fd je o 40 % leh\u010d\u00ed a o 20 % pevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e p\u016fvodn\u00ed d\u00edl. Tak\u00e9 spojuje osm r\u016fzn\u00fdch sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed do jednoho 3D ti\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9ho d\u00edlu. Automobilka m\u00e1 s Autodeskem v\u00edceletou alianci a pl\u00e1nuje spolupr\u00e1ci na mnoha budouc\u00edch projektech zahrnuj\u00edc\u00edch generativn\u00ed design, aditivn\u00ed v\u00fdrobu a materi\u00e1lov\u00e9 v\u011bdy.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nov\u00e9 \u00fazem\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Autodesk tak\u00e9 spolupracoval s Hyundai\u2019s New Horizons Studio v Silicon Valley a pom\u00e1hal optimalizovat design jeho <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=FuqjDgndIro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ultimate Mobility Vehicles<\/a><\/strong>, kter\u00e9 mohou v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby rozlo\u017eit nohy. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b opravdu pot\u0159ebovali znovu vynal\u00e9zt kolo, alespo\u0148 jak fungovalo ve spojen\u00ed s funkc\u00ed ch\u016fze. Tato m\u00edsta, kde posouv\u00e1te technologii na hranici sv\u00fdch mo\u017enost\u00ed, jsou skv\u011bl\u00e1 pro v\u00fdzkum. V\u00fdsledky takov\u00fdchto \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed budou p\u0159evzaty a zabudov\u00e1ny do softwaru, kter\u00fd je pak dostupn\u00fd v\u0161em ostatn\u00edm.\u201c<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Generativn\u00ed design by se mohl uk\u00e1zat jako zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fd pro ty design\u00e9ry, kte\u0159\u00ed cht\u011bj\u00ed vym\u00e1\u010dknout ka\u017ed\u00fd gram hmotnosti z ji\u017e vysoce propracovan\u00fdch produkt\u016f. BAC, britsk\u00e1 automobilov\u00e1 spole\u010dnost specializuj\u00edc\u00ed se na vysoce v\u00fdkonn\u00e1 vozidla, vynakl\u00e1d\u00e1 zna\u010dn\u00e9 \u00fasil\u00ed na sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed hmotnosti, kdykoli je to mo\u017en\u00e9. M\u011bli 17palcov\u00e9 lit\u00e9 kolo, kter\u00e9 bylo \u00fadajn\u011b nejleh\u010d\u00ed na trhu. Pomoc\u00ed softwaru Autodesku k optimalizaci st\u0159edu kola se poda\u0159ilo oholit dal\u0161\u00edch 1,2 kg. \u201eM\u00e1 r\u00e1fek z uhl\u00edkov\u00fdch vl\u00e1ken a kovan\u00fd a opracovan\u00fd st\u0159ed pro paprsky kol,\u201c vysv\u011btluje Champneys. \u201eTo, co ud\u011blal BAC, bylo opravdu inteligentn\u00ed, proto\u017ee \u0161lo o pou\u017eit\u00ed materi\u00e1lu v konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed oblasti, kde to d\u00e1v\u00e1 nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed smysl. I kdy\u017e se st\u00e1le jedn\u00e1 o nov\u011b vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed technologii, zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee jej\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed se zrychl\u00ed, proto\u017ee v\u00fdrobci automobil\u016f hledaj\u00ed udr\u017eiteln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a \u00fasporn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed design\u00e9ry. \u201eTypy probl\u00e9m\u016f, kter\u00e9 se v\u00fdvoj\u00e1\u0159i sna\u017e\u00ed vy\u0159e\u0161it, jsou st\u00e1le slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1. \u201eZ\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u0161ichni za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed br\u00e1t udr\u017eitelnost mnohem v\u00e1\u017en\u011bji.
