Nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed byla \u010c\u00edna, kde pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed elektrick\u00fdch vozidel rok od roku trvale roste d\u00edky neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u00fdm \u00farovn\u00edm investic jak do infrastruktury elektromobil\u016f, tak do v\u00fdroby cenov\u011b dostupn\u00fdch elektromobil\u016f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Norsko \u2013 a Skandin\u00e1vie jako celek \u2013 zaznamenalo nejv\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1stup hybrid\u016f a elektromobil\u016f v Evrop\u011b, \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b d\u00edky sv\u00fdm z\u00e1sob\u00e1m snadno dostupn\u00e9 obnoviteln\u00e9 energie. Jej\u00ed kulturn\u00ed postoj k elektrifikaci a nov\u00fdm technologi\u00edm tak\u00e9 zajistil, \u017ee legislativa zem\u011b je p\u0159ed v\u011bt\u0161inou ostatn\u00edch evropsk\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f, kter\u00e9 cht\u011bj\u00ed elektrifikovat.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-257800 size-full aligncenter\" style=\"align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/media.automotiveworld.com\/app\/uploads\/2016\/06\/21105526\/NissanLeafNorway.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"534\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Kulturn\u00ed postoj Norska k elektrifikaci a nov\u00fdm technologi\u00edm zajistil, \u017ee jejich legislativa je p\u0159ed v\u011bt\u0161inou ostatn\u00edch evropsk\u00fdch zem\u00ed, kter\u00e9 cht\u011bj\u00ed elektrifikovat.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed v\u0161ak nut\u00ed ostatn\u00ed zem\u011b zrychlit hru a p\u0159ehodnotit sv\u016fj p\u0159\u00edstup k elektrifikaci. Up\u0159ednost\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed investic do \u010dist\u00e9 energie, legislativy a infrastruktury p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u00ed v\u00edce trh\u016f do boje a \u010din\u00ed elektrifikaci konkurenceschopn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pro vl\u00e1dy i podniky.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u010cist\u00e1 energie<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dostupnost \u010dist\u00e9 energie je rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed pro \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 programy elektrifikace. Podle Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed rady pro \u010distou dopravu (ICCT) se kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 cesty pod\u00edlej\u00ed na 11 % v\u0161ech glob\u00e1ln\u00edch emis\u00ed. Omezen\u00ed uhl\u00edkov\u00e9 stopy elektrifikovan\u00fdch trh\u016f by mohlo m\u00edt z\u00e1sadn\u00ed vliv na zm\u011bnu klimatu a ospravedlnit p\u0159echod od spalovac\u00edch motor\u016f k elektromobil\u016fm. V r\u00e1mci toho hraj\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eitou roli obnoviteln\u00e1 a jadern\u00e1 energie. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee jadern\u00e1 energie je pomal\u00fd a problematick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup k \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed energetick\u00e9 krize, ale st\u00e1le m\u016f\u017ee hr\u00e1t d\u016fle\u017eitou roli v \u00fasil\u00ed o elektrifikaci.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/media.automotiveworld.com\/app\/uploads\/2022\/02\/10154034\/Nuclear-1-1024x684.jpeg\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Pokud zem\u011b nem\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edstup ke spolehliv\u00fdm obnoviteln\u00fdm zdroj\u016fm, jadern\u00e1 energie je dal\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enost\u00ed.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Statistiky poskytnut\u00e9 americk\u00fdm institutem nukle\u00e1rn\u00ed energie to zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed: USA jsou nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm poskytovatelem jadern\u00e9 energie na sv\u011bt\u011b a jen za rok 2020 vyrobili v\u00edce ne\u017e 720 000 gigawatthodin (GWh) energie. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je, \u017ee druh\u00fdm nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm poskytovatelem a spot\u0159ebitelem je \u010c\u00edna, kter\u00e1 v roce 2020 vyrobila v\u00edce ne\u017e 340 000 GWh. Navzdory t\u011bmto statistik\u00e1m \u00fadaje JATO doch\u00e1zej\u00ed k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee v \u010c\u00edn\u011b p\u0159ipad\u00e1 417,1 osob na jeden elektromobil, ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s pouh\u00fdmi 46,8 osobami na jedno elektrick\u00e9 vozidlo v USA. Toto srovn\u00e1n\u00ed mezi nimi ukazuje potenci\u00e1l jadern\u00e9 energie p\u0159i tla\u010den\u00ed trh\u016f sm\u011brem k elektrifikaci a p\u0159ijet\u00ed elektrick\u00fdch vozidel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm hlediskem pro vl\u00e1dy, sna\u017e\u00edc\u00ed se vyvinout nov\u00e9 programy \u010dist\u00e9 energie, je omezen\u00ed dopadu elektrifikace na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed.\u00a0Norsko do zna\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edry spol\u00e9h\u00e1 na obnoviteln\u00e9 zdroje elekt\u0159iny, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 umo\u017e\u0148uje snadnou dostupnost vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed o \u010dist\u00e9 energii. Tato transparentnost znamen\u00e1, \u017ee lid\u00e9 mohou b\u00fdt informov\u00e1ni a z\u00e1rove\u0148 konsoliduje podporu pro projekty.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Davenport by r\u00e1d pouk\u00e1zal na to, \u017ee to tvo\u0159\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st programu elektrifikace zem\u011b. Norsk\u00e9 investice do elektrifika\u010dn\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nasti\u0148uj\u00ed to, \u017ee trhy nebude ur\u010dovat mno\u017estv\u00ed vyroben\u00e9 energie, ale p\u0159izp\u016fsobivost politick\u00fdch a spole\u010densk\u00fdch kultur ochotn\u00fdch p\u0159ijmout a zav\u00e9st elektrifika\u010dn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed jako nov\u00fd norm\u00e1l.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Role legislativy<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jde o reakci na Zelenou dohodu schv\u00e1lenou skupinou G8 v roce 2018, kter\u00e1 zavazuje nejbohat\u0161\u00ed zem\u011b sv\u011bta vytvo\u0159it precedens v oblasti emis\u00ed. Nap\u0159\u00edklad zamezen\u00ed prodeje nov\u00fdch vozidel s \u010dist\u011b spalovac\u00edm motorem v Brit\u00e1nii by vy\u00fastilo v p\u0159esm\u011brov\u00e1n\u00ed pen\u011b\u017en\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f z oblasti infrastruktury vozidel se spalovac\u00edmi motory do investic do elektromobil\u016f. Ty omezuj\u00ed star\u0161\u00ed vozidla se spalovac\u00edm motorem ve vjezdu do m\u011bstsk\u00fdch center a zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed, \u017ee kvalita ovzdu\u0161\u00ed pro tamn\u00ed obyvatele je m\u00e9n\u011b \u0161kodliv\u00e1. Dal\u0161\u00edmi cestami, kter\u00e9 vl\u00e1dy prozkoumaly, jsou dotace na sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f p\u0159i n\u00e1kupu elektromobilu. Vl\u00e1da Spojen\u00e9ho kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad poskytuje 1 500 GBP (2 035 USD) na ka\u017ed\u00fd n\u00e1kup, zat\u00edmco do roku 2022 poskytovala \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e1 vl\u00e1da 22 300 j\u00fcan\u016f (3 500 USD) na n\u00e1kup elektrick\u00fdch vozidel. Zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u00e9 legislativn\u00ed i finan\u010dn\u00ed podpory ze strany vl\u00e1d by urychlilo p\u0159ijet\u00ed elektromobil\u016f a program elektrifikace v mnoha zem\u00edch. Rychl\u00e9 p\u0159ijet\u00ed elektromobil\u016f v \u010c\u00edn\u011b to dokonale ilustruje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rozv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00ed se elektrifikovan\u00e9 trhy tak\u00e9 poskytuj\u00ed mlad\u0161\u00ed demografick\u00e9 skupiny, kter\u00e9 jsou ochotny investovat jako prvn\u00ed u\u017eivatel\u00e9 technologie. Rychl\u00fd r\u016fst trhu znamen\u00e1 rostouc\u00ed prom\u011bnlivost, ale zase pravd\u011bpodobn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdnos pro nov\u00e9 a st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdrobce.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Navzdory tomu tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee elektrifikaci na t\u011bchto rozv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00edch se trz\u00edch je st\u00e1le obt\u00ed\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159edv\u00eddat kv\u016fli \u0161patn\u00e9 infrastruktu\u0159e. Nazna\u010duje, \u017ee \u201enejde pouze o mno\u017estv\u00ed infrastruktury, ale tak\u00e9 o kvalitu infrastruktury\u201c. Investice do lep\u0161\u00ed infrastruktury znamen\u00e1 rychlej\u0161\u00ed p\u0159ijet\u00ed elektrick\u00fdch a plug-in hybridn\u00edch vozidel. To je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed \u00fapln\u00e9 glob\u00e1ln\u00ed elektrifikace.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Infrastruktura<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee na silnice vyj\u00ed\u017ed\u00ed st\u00e1le v\u00edce elektromobil\u016f, doch\u00e1z\u00ed k obav\u00e1m, \u017ee v okol\u00ed nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt dostatek stanic a \u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 rozvodn\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b mohou m\u00edt pot\u00ed\u017ee. Nap\u0159\u00edklad ve Spojen\u00e9m kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed se po\u010det nab\u00edjec\u00edch stanic se za posledn\u00ed dva roky v\u00fdrazn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161il. Jen v roce 2021 bylo vytvo\u0159eno 36 500 nov\u00fdch ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch m\u00edst. To ale st\u00e1le nesta\u010d\u00ed k tomu, aby to naplnilo pot\u0159eby odhadovan\u00fdm 300 000 nov\u00fdm elektromobil\u016fm, kter\u00e9 vyjedou na silnice v roce 2022. Evropsk\u00e9 zem\u011b, jako je Belgie a Nizozemsko, se ji\u017e mohou pochlubit silnou infrastrukturou pro elektromobily. Mnoho dal\u0161\u00edch zem\u00ed st\u00e1le zav\u00e1d\u00ed nov\u00e9 nab\u00edjec\u00ed stanice a posiluje st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed elektrick\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b pro rostouc\u00ed popt\u00e1vku. Nedostatek pou\u017eiteln\u00e9 infrastruktury sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed d\u016fv\u011bru v elektromobilitu a zpomal\u00ed jej\u00ed p\u0159ijet\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eRychlost nab\u00edjen\u00ed je tak\u00e9 velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1, a to z\u00e1vis\u00ed na spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 infrastruktu\u0159e,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Peberdy. P\u0159i popisu priorit pro optim\u00e1ln\u00ed infrastrukturu \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee \u201eschopnost s\u00edt\u011b dod\u00e1vat dostate\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed energie\u201c je nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee zaji\u0161\u0165uje, \u017ee s\u00edt\u011b z\u016fstanou z\u00e1sobov\u00e1ny energi\u00ed, kdy\u017e je to nejv\u00edce pot\u0159eba. Navrhuje tak\u00e9, \u017ee pro v\u00fdstavbu nov\u00fdch jednotek jsou zapot\u0159eb\u00ed investo\u0159i.
