Jin\u00fdmi slovy, od roku 2035 m\u00e1 b\u00fdt v EU mo\u017en\u00e9 prod\u00e1vat nov\u00e1 auta pouze elektrick\u00e1, a\u0165 u\u017e si elekt\u0159inu povezou v bateri\u00edch, nebo ve form\u011b vod\u00edku pro palivov\u00fd \u010dl\u00e1nek.<\/strong><span id=\"more-141557\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed n\u00e1vrhu je povinnost pro n\u00e1rodn\u00ed vl\u00e1dy, aby zlep\u0161ovaly nab\u00edjec\u00ed infrastrukturu. Podle webu Automotive News to znamen\u00e1 povinnost zajistit, aby na hlavn\u00edch taz\u00edch byly nab\u00edje\u010dky od sebe nejd\u00e1le 60 kilometr\u016f a vod\u00edkov\u00e9 \u010derpac\u00ed stanice nejd\u00e1le 150 kilometr\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Cel\u00fd tento n\u00e1vrh m\u00e1 b\u00fdt sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed velk\u00e9ho pl\u00e1nu do roku 2030 sn\u00ed\u017eit kompletn\u00ed evropsk\u00e9 emise CO2 o 55 % ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s rokem 1990 a o dal\u0161\u00edch dvacet let pozd\u011bji se st\u00e1t prvn\u00edm klimaticky neutr\u00e1ln\u00edm kontinentem na sv\u011bt\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Podle spole\u010dnosti Barclays bude pro automobilky obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 dos\u00e1hnout zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9ho p\u011bta\u0161edes\u00e1tiprocentn\u00edho sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed CO2 v roce 2030, budou-li toho cht\u00edt dos\u00e1hnout pouze plug-in hybridy. Bude nutn\u00e9 prod\u00e1vat velk\u00e9 po\u010dty elektrick\u00fdch aut.<\/p>\n<p>Zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdch 15 let mezi faktick\u00fdm z\u00e1kazem prodeje nov\u00fdch aut se spalovac\u00edm motorem a c\u00edlem dosa\u017een\u00ed uhl\u00edkov\u00e9 neutrality nen\u00ed n\u00e1hodn\u00fdch. Podle analytik\u016f trv\u00e1 v pr\u016fm\u011bru zhruba 15 let, ne\u017e se obm\u011bn\u00ed valn\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161ina vozov\u00e9ho parku a i v\u011bt\u0161ina z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f ojet\u00fdch aut sv\u016fj star\u0161\u00ed spalovac\u00ed v\u016fz vym\u011bn\u00ed za elektromobil, a\u0165 u\u017e bateriov\u00fd, nebo s palivov\u00fdmi \u010dl\u00e1nky.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Pohled AutoSAP:<\/h3>\n<p><b><u>Pl\u00e1n sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed z dopravy mus\u00ed odr\u00e1\u017eet technologickou i ekonomickou realitu<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Evropsk\u00e1 komise p\u0159edstavila bal\u00ed\u010dek \u201eFit for 55\u201c, kter\u00fd z\u00e1sadn\u00edm zp\u016fsobem rozhoduje o budoucnosti automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d EU. Jakkoliv Sdru\u017een\u00ed automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu pln\u011b podporuje pln\u011bn\u00ed klimatick\u00fdch c\u00edl\u016f, k nim\u017e se \u010dlensk\u00e9 st\u00e1ty EU zav\u00e1zaly, apelujeme na to, aby emisn\u00ed c\u00edle CO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0pro\u00a0vozidla i dal\u0161\u00ed souvisej\u00edc\u00ed legislativa byly nastaveny realisticky a splniteln\u011b.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201e<em>Automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl si je v\u011bdom sv\u00fdch z\u00e1vazk\u016f vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch z mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch dohod a klimatick\u00fdch c\u00edl\u016f. Ve snaze aktivn\u011b p\u0159isp\u011bt k \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed glob\u00e1ln\u00edho oteplov\u00e1n\u00ed je proto z\u00e1sadn\u00edm investorem do v\u00fdvoje \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed n\u00edzko- a\u00a0bezemisn\u00ed mobility. Aby toto \u00fasil\u00ed nebylo zma\u0159eno, politick\u00e1 reprezentace mus\u00ed p\u0159i sv\u00fdch nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edch jedn\u00e1n\u00ed objektivn\u011b vyhodnotit cel\u00e9 spektrum dopad\u016f. Navr\u017een\u00e1 regulace bude toti\u017e z\u00e1sadn\u00edm zp\u016fsobem ovliv\u0148ovat nejen \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, ale i ekonomiku, konkurenceschopnost evropsk\u00e9ho automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu a bude m\u00edt i dopady soci\u00e1ln\u00ed, a\u0165 ji\u017e na zam\u011bstnanost, 130 let dlouhou tradici v\u00fdroby motor\u016f, ale nap\u0159. i na p\u0159\u00edstup k mobilit\u011b pro v\u0161echny ob\u010dany EU<\/em>,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed\u00a0<strong>Miroslav Dvo\u0159\u00e1k<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>viceprezident Sdru\u017een\u00ed automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu\u00a0<\/strong>a<strong>\u00a0p\u0159edseda p\u0159edstavenstva MOTOR JIKOV Group<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podle dnes zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00fdch n\u00e1vrh\u016f bude Evropsk\u00e1 komise po\u017eadovat, aby emise CO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0z\u00a0osobn\u00edch vozidel byly od roku 2030 o 55 % ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v\u00a0tomto roce. Od roku 2035 pak n\u00e1vrh po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s\u00a0nulov\u00fdmi emisemi, k\u00a0tomuto roku by tedy m\u011bly skon\u010dit v\u00a0EU prodeje nov\u00fdch vozidel se spalovac\u00edm motorem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee dosa\u017een\u00ed tak masivn\u00edho sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed za tak kr\u00e1tkou dobu bude extr\u00e9mn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 a z\u00e1rove\u0148 velmi n\u00e1kladn\u00e9. To v\u0161e uprost\u0159ed nejistoty pandemie covid-19, kter\u00e1 od\u010derp\u00e1v\u00e1 zna\u010dn\u00e9 prost\u0159edky. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 lze p\u0159echodn\u011b o\u010dek\u00e1vat hlubok\u00e9 struktur\u00e1ln\u00ed dopady na cel\u00fd hodnotov\u00fd \u0159et\u011bzec v\u00a0autopr\u016fmyslu, v\u010detn\u011b dopad\u016f na pracovn\u00ed trh. Stanoven\u00ed data pro ukon\u010den\u00ed registrac\u00ed vozidel se spalovac\u00edm motorem (ICE) pak m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt kontraproduktivn\u00ed. \u201e<em>Nemysl\u00edme si, \u017ee by na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed m\u011blo v tuto chv\u00edli stanovovat datum pro z\u00e1kaz prodeje aut se spalovac\u00edmi motory. Stanoven\u00ed takov\u00e9ho data m\u016f\u017ee snahu o ochranu klimatu naopak zhor\u0161it, spot\u0159ebitel\u00e9 si zakoup\u00ed ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e vozidla se spalovac\u00edm motorem p\u0159ed t\u00edmto datem, pota\u017emo budou sv\u00e1 star\u0161\u00ed vozidla pou\u017e\u00edvat d\u00e9le. Ur\u010dit\u011b by m\u011bly b\u00fdt reflektov\u00e1ny velmi rozd\u00edln\u00e9 geografick\u00e9 i\u00a0ekonomick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky v jednotliv\u00fdch \u010dlensk\u00fdch st\u00e1tech EU<\/em>,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1\u00a0<strong>Robert Kiml<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>viceprezident Sdru\u017een\u00ed<\/strong>\u00a0a\u00a0<strong>gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editel Toyota Motor Manufacturing Czech Republic<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pouh\u00e9 zp\u0159\u00edsn\u011bn\u00ed c\u00edl\u016f pro nov\u00e1 vozidla nav\u00edc nebude samo o sob\u011b efektivn\u00ed cestou ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed v\u00a0silni\u010dn\u00ed doprav\u011b.<em>\u00a0<\/em>Mimo nov\u00fdch vozidel je t\u0159eba m\u00edt na pam\u011bti i st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed vozov\u00fd park<em>. \u201ePro efektivn\u00ed sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed z\u00a0dopravy je zapot\u0159eb\u00ed, aby legislativa umo\u017enila nab\u00eddnout z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm v\u00a0p\u0159echodov\u00e9 dob\u011b \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed paletu \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed<\/em>.\u00a0<em>Z pohledu regulace by tak nap\u0159. vozidla s hybridn\u00edm pohonem m\u011bla i nad\u00e1le p\u0159edstavovat podporovanou technologii. Stejn\u011b tak by EU m\u011bla vz\u00edt v\u00a0potaz vyu\u017eit\u00ed syntetick\u00fdch\u00a0<\/em>a\u00a0pokro\u010dil\u00fdch<em>\u00a0alternativn\u00edch paliv vyroben\u00fdch za pou\u017eit\u00ed obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie (vod\u00edk, CNG), jejich\u017e p\u0159\u00ednos by pro dekarbonizaci st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho vozov\u00e9ho parku byl nesporn\u00fd. Stanoven\u00e9 c\u00edle mus\u00ed b\u00fdt nutn\u011b nav\u00e1z\u00e1ny na napl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1vazn\u00fdch podm\u00ednek v\u0161emi \u010dlensk\u00fdmi st\u00e1ty, pokud jde o rozvoj infrastruktury pro alternativn\u00ed pohony<\/em>,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1\u00a0<strong>Miroslav Dvo\u0159\u00e1k<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed podm\u00ednky pro rozvoj infrastruktury jsou z\u00e1sadn\u00edm p\u0159edpokladem pro rozvoj \u010dist\u00e9 mobility. Nap\u0159. sou\u010dasn\u011b platn\u00fd c\u00edl pro rok 2030 (sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed CO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0o 37,5 % oproti roku 2021) by vy\u017eadoval 3\u00a0miliony ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch dob\u00edjec\u00edch bod\u016f, p\u0159i nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed ambice na 55 % odhady samotn\u00e9 Evropsk\u00e9 komise hovo\u0159\u00ed o\u00a0pot\u0159eb\u011b v\u00edce ne\u017e 6 milion\u016f dob\u00edjec\u00edch bod\u016f, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e na konci roku 2020 jich bylo v EU n\u011bco p\u0159es 200 tis\u00edc. Adekv\u00e1tn\u011b bude t\u0159eba budovat tak\u00e9 vod\u00edkovou pln\u00edc\u00ed infrastrukturu, jej\u00ed\u017e rozvoj v \u0159ad\u011b \u010dlensk\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f je\u0161t\u011b ani neza\u010dal. Z\u00a0tohoto pohledu je tedy pozitivn\u00ed, \u017ee bal\u00ed\u010dek obsahuje tak\u00e9 legislativn\u00ed n\u00e1vrh stanovuj\u00edc\u00ed povinn\u00e9 c\u00edle pro \u010dlensk\u00e9 st\u00e1ty v\u00a0oblasti infrastruktury pro alternativn\u00ed paliva. N\u00e1vrh v\u0161ak obsahuje jinou metodologii po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 infrastruktury, ne\u017e byla dosud vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na, je tedy t\u0159eba pe\u010dliv\u011b zanalyzovat, zda budou c\u00edle dosta\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zp\u0159\u00edsn\u011bn\u00ed c\u00edl\u016f pro jednotliv\u00e9 sektory v\u010detn\u011b dopravy je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed nov\u00e9 zelen\u00e9 politiky EU (New Green Deal) a dekarbonizace dopravy. Ji\u017e te\u010f je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee zaveden\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch c\u00edl\u016f bude vy\u017eadovat obrovsk\u00e9 investice a masovou elektrifikaci produktov\u00e9ho portfolia v\u00fdrobc\u016f. Nem\u00e9n\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm p\u0159edpokladem pro transformaci autopr\u016fmyslu je pak masivn\u00ed podpora reskillingu a\u00a0upskillingu pracovn\u00edk\u016f, podpora v\u00fdvoje nov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed, robotizace a automatizace.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vzhledem ke komplexnosti bal\u00ed\u010dku je nyn\u00ed t\u0159eba \u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 posouzen\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch parametr\u016f. P\u0159i\u00a0n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm projedn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed Radou EU a Evropsk\u00fdm parlamentem bude nezbytn\u011b nutn\u00e9 zajistit, aby do sebe jednotliv\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti zapadaly a tvo\u0159ily koherentn\u00ed a efektivn\u00ed podp\u016frn\u00fd r\u00e1mec p\u0159echodu na\u00a0n\u00edzkouhl\u00edkovou ekonomiku.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Koment\u00e1\u0159 Karel Ber\u00e1nek, Automakers<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Motorist\u00e9 jsou tak\u0159ka pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b mas\u00edrov\u00e1ni zpr\u00e1vami, kter\u00e9 by se daly ozna\u010dit a\u017e za popla\u0161n\u00e9, kdyby nebyly jejich mocn\u00fdmi zdroji m\u00edn\u011bny naprosto v\u00e1\u017en\u011b. Mezi nejz\u00e1sadn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jobovky pat\u0159\u00ed ohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00fd konec spalovac\u00edch motor\u016f (z\u00e1kaz jejich prodeje) v r\u00e1mci EU, od roku 2035 a jejich nahrazen\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b dra\u017e\u0161\u00edmi vozidly s nulov\u00fdmi emisemi.<\/strong><span id=\"more-141875\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Tato mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b ambici\u00f3zn\u00ed p\u0159edstava Evropsk\u00e9 komise, prezentovan\u00e1 v klimatick\u00e9m bal\u00ed\u010dku \u201eFit for 55\u201ca umocn\u011bn\u00e1 miliardami, kter\u00e9 u\u017e evropsk\u00fd automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl do elektromobility investoval a st\u00e1le investuje, nev\u011bst\u00ed pro sou\u010dasnou formu mobility lid\u00ed nic dobr\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n<p>Ve jm\u00e9nu tak \u010dasto zpochyb\u0148ovan\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00ednosu \u017eivotn\u00edmu prost\u0159ed\u00ed v\u00a0zem\u00edch EU, m\u00e1 doj\u00edt k\u00a0zaveden\u00ed mnohem n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch, a tud\u00ed\u017e i dra\u017e\u0161\u00edch technologi\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se ekonomicky prom\u00edtnou do v\u011bt\u0161iny ostatn\u00edch odv\u011btv\u00ed. Je celkem logick\u00e9, \u017ee kdy\u017e se zdra\u017e\u00ed doprava, zdra\u017e\u00ed se prakticky v\u0161echno.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0souvislosti s\u00a0ideologi\u00ed bezemisn\u00ed dopravy n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed evrop\u0161t\u00ed v\u00fdrobci s\u00a0p\u0159edstihem horliv\u011b prohla\u0161uj\u00ed, \u017ee p\u0159estanou vyr\u00e1b\u011bt auta se spalovac\u00edmi motory dokonce u\u017e od roku 2025. Mnoz\u00ed odborn\u00edci nad p\u0159ipravovan\u00fdmi p\u0159ekotn\u00fdmi z\u00e1kazy sice nech\u00e1pav\u011b krout\u00ed hlavami, ale mnoho zast\u00e1nc\u016f elektromobility i z \u0159ad v\u00fdrobc\u016f automobil\u016f st\u00e1le v\u011b\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee i v historicky tak kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 dob\u011b zv\u00edt\u011bz\u00ed elektropohon na cel\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1\u0159e. Tedy alespo\u0148 v\u00a0Evrop\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Ano, rok 2035, kdy by m\u011blo doj\u00edt v\u00a0zem\u00edch EU k z\u00e1kazu prodeje automobil\u016f se spalovac\u00edmi motory je a\u017e za t\u0159in\u00e1ct, \u010dtrn\u00e1ct let, ale je takov\u00e1 prom\u011bna opravdu re\u00e1ln\u00e1? C\u00edle jsou jasn\u011b stanoven\u00e9. V\u0161ichni jist\u011b chceme \u017e\u00edt v\u00a0co nejzdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed, ale nem\u011blo by to b\u00fdt za ka\u017edou cenu, a a\u0165 to stoj\u00ed, co to stoj\u00ed. Ono se v\u0161e zase tak rychle a snadno neud\u011bl\u00e1. Existuje st\u00e1le dost obecn\u00fdch, ale z\u00e1sadn\u00edch ot\u00e1zek, na kter\u00e9 nejsou relevantn\u00ed odpov\u011bdi.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pro\u010d se formou striktn\u00edch z\u00e1kaz\u016f pou\u0161t\u00ed do sv\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem tak n\u00e1siln\u00e9 elektrifikace jen Evropa, \u010di p\u0159esn\u011bji jen zem\u011b EU, kter\u00e9 p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed pouze zlomek sv\u011btov\u00e9 automobilov\u00e9 \u201epopulace\u201c, zat\u00edmco zbytek sv\u011bta jde jin\u00fdmi, ne tak radik\u00e1ln\u00edmi cestami?<\/li>\n<li>Pro\u010d zat\u00edm s\u00a0tot\u00e1ln\u00ed \u201e\u010distou\u201c elektromobilitou st\u00e1le v\u00e1h\u00e1 nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed sv\u011btov\u00fd v\u00fdrobce automobil\u016f \u2013 Toyota a s\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na hybridy?<\/li>\n<li>Pro\u010d zat\u00edm st\u00e1le nedoch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0tolikr\u00e1t u\u017e avizovan\u00e9m zlevn\u011bn\u00ed elektromobil\u016f a zejm\u00e9na jejich akumul\u00e1tor\u016f?
