Toto t\u00e9ma ji\u017e generuje intriky, s n\u011bkter\u00fdmi potenci\u00e1ln\u011b radik\u00e1ln\u011b nov\u00fdmi po\u017eadavky na cest\u011b, v\u010detn\u011b palubn\u00edho monitorov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed (OBM) a zahrnut\u00ed d\u0159\u00edve neregulovan\u00fdch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek do segmentu osobn\u00edch automobil\u016f, jako je amoniak (NH3). Asi nejpozoruhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ze v\u0161ech je my\u0161lenka, \u017ee Euro 7 bude p\u0159edstavovat fin\u00e1ln\u00ed soubor norem pro regulaci emis\u00ed spalovac\u00edch motor\u016f (ICE). Jak pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9 je to a co to bude znamenat v praxi?<\/p>\n<h3>Konec cesty<\/h3>\n<p>\u201ePokud mluv\u00edme o tom, co Euro 7 znamen\u00e1 z hlediska testov\u00e1n\u00ed okrajov\u00fdch podm\u00ednek pro testov\u00e1n\u00ed vozidel s ICE, pak je to ur\u010dit\u011b posledn\u00ed krok, kter\u00fd lze podniknout,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Dr. Christoph Menne, v\u00fdkonn\u00fd viceprezident FEV. \u201ePod\u00edv\u00e1me-li se na technologie dostupn\u00e9 od roku 2025, b\u011bhem nich\u017e nebo po kter\u00fdch Euro 7 vstoup\u00ed v platnost, Euro 7 ji\u017e hodn\u011b posouv\u00e1 hranice: m\u016f\u017eeme o\u010dek\u00e1vat limity NOx a\u017e 30 a\u017e 20mg \/ km, stejn\u011b jako nov\u00e9 limity pro oxid dusn\u00fd (N2O), NH3 a extr\u00e9mn\u011b n\u00edzk\u00e9 limity po\u010dtu \u010d\u00e1stic. V tomto bod\u011b mluv\u00edme o syst\u00e9mech s nulov\u00fdm dopadem a bylo by velmi t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 prosazovat je\u0161t\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed limity. \u201c<\/p>\n<p>Stru\u010dn\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, \u201eposledn\u00ed kapitola\u201c neznamen\u00e1 konec ICE, ale rozhodn\u011b ji posune tak daleko, jak to p\u016fjde. Ve skute\u010dnosti, dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Menne, jsou n\u011bkter\u00e9 navrhovan\u00e9 limity zalo\u017eeny na tom, co je fyzicky detekovateln\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159ic\u00ed technologi\u00ed. Diskutuje se o sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00ed velikosti nano\u010d\u00e1stic po\u010d\u00edtan\u00fdch do emis\u00ed z 23 nanometr\u016f (nm) na 10 nm. Pro kontext je nanometr miliardtina metru a standardn\u00ed list pap\u00edru A4 m\u00e1 tlou\u0161\u0165ku p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 100 000 nm.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee p\u0159i m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stic bude po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1no v\u00edce \u010d\u00e1stic,&#8220; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Menne. &#8222;Zkombinujte to se skute\u010dnost\u00ed, \u017ee p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed limity budou znamenat, \u017ee v\u00fdrobci mus\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm sn\u00ed\u017eit PM.&#8220; To v\u0161e je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u00fasil\u00ed o vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed ICE, kter\u00e9 ji\u017e nemaj\u00ed vliv na m\u00edstn\u00ed kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. \u201c<\/p>\n<p>\u201eEuro 7 m\u00e1 b\u00fdt kone\u010dnou legislativou kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed pro silni\u010dn\u00ed dopravu v EU, v\u010detn\u011b segmentu osobn\u00edch automobil\u016f,\u201c potvrzuje Phil Hopwood, vedouc\u00ed odd\u011blen\u00ed motor\u016f a emis\u00ed, Ricardo. &#8222;Jeho c\u00edlem je \u0159e\u0161it v\u0161echny zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed probl\u00e9my t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed.&#8220; Zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm na tyto c\u00edle si Euro 7 klade za c\u00edl prok\u00e1zat, \u017ee vozidla zalo\u017een\u00e1 na ICE spl\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed legislativu maj\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nulov\u00fd dopad na kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed v m\u011bstsk\u00fdch oblastech, aby konkurovala pln\u011b elektrifikovan\u00fdm vozidl\u016fm po roce 2025. \u201c<\/p>\n<p>Hopwood poukazuje na mnoho prvk\u016f, kter\u00e9 budou vy\u017eadovat rozs\u00e1hl\u00fd v\u00fdvoj ze strany v\u00fdrobc\u016f automobil\u016f a dodavatelsk\u00e9 z\u00e1kladny, v\u010detn\u011b v\u00fdvoje technologie senzor\u016f OBM a zv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed nov\u00fdch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek. Kv\u016fli t\u011bmto v\u00fdvojov\u00fdm po\u017eadavk\u016fm podle n\u011bj p\u0159ijet\u00ed Euro 7 pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b p\u0159ijde kolem roku 2027 a 2028.<\/p>\n<p>Menne i Hopwood souhlas\u00ed s t\u00edm, \u017ee obnoven\u00e9 iterace Euro 7 jsou pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, jak je vid\u011bt v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b Euro 6c a 6d. Tyto drobn\u00e9 kroky p\u0159inesou online nov\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed, jako je vylep\u0161en\u00fd OBM pokr\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00edce zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek a regulace zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek bez v\u00fdfuku, jako jsou \u010d\u00e1stice z brzd a pneumatik. Tyto p\u0159edpisy by se stejn\u011b vztahovaly na elektrick\u00e1 vozidla (EV).<\/p>\n<p>\u201ePr\u00e1v\u011b te\u010f se zam\u011b\u0159ujeme na to, jak\u00e9 zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed ICE a syst\u00e9m n\u00e1sledn\u00e9ho zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Menne. &#8222;V budoucnu je velmi mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee tyto dal\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stice zohledn\u00edme.&#8220; Jakmile dojedete na konci cesty, pokud jde o regulaci motoru a hnac\u00edho \u00fastroj\u00ed, je snadn\u00e9 si p\u0159edstavit, \u017ee pozornost padne na ostatn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti vozu. \u201c<\/p>\n<h3>Co d\u00e1l<\/h3>\n<p>Co se stane po Euro 7? Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 si pamatovat, \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Menne, \u017ee Euro 7 a jeho p\u0159edch\u016fdci se zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed na \u0161kodliv\u00e9 zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky a kvalitu m\u00edstn\u00edho ovzdu\u0161\u00ed: nepodl\u00e9haj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9mu z\u00e1konu o CO2. Po dokon\u010den\u00ed normy Euro 7 regula\u010dn\u00ed org\u00e1ny pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b obr\u00e1t\u00ed svou pozornost konkr\u00e9tn\u011b na CO2 a dal\u0161\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00e9 plyny. P\u0159echod od vozidel na fosiln\u00ed paliva k elektromobil\u016fm ji\u017e prob\u00edh\u00e1. \u00dakolem regula\u010dn\u00edch org\u00e1n\u016f bude zajistit, aby tato vozidla poskytovala v\u00fdhody sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed uhl\u00edku na principu well-to-wheel, a to nejen na silnici.<\/p>\n<p>Budouc\u00ed paliva jsou schopna v\u00fdznamn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eit jak emise CO2, tak zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky v ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, aby umo\u017enily roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed produkt\u016f na b\u00e1zi ICE po roce 2035, kdy se bari\u00e9ry pln\u00e9 elektrifikace d\u00e1le sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed<\/p>\n<p>\u201eD\u016fraz bude kladen na cel\u00fd \u0159et\u011bzec CO2, od v\u00fdroby vozidel a\u017e po to, jak se tomuto vozidlu dod\u00e1v\u00e1 energie. Pokud vezmeme v \u00favahu nap\u0159\u00edklad vozidla s palivov\u00fdmi \u010dl\u00e1nky, mus\u00edme zv\u00e1\u017eit, jak se vyr\u00e1b\u00ed vod\u00edk, \u201c\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Menne. &#8222;Celkov\u011b, jakmile jsme postoupili do bodu, kdy ICE p\u0159edstavuje pouze mal\u00fd pod\u00edl na trhu, CO2 a cel\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed cyklus vozidla budou dal\u0161\u00ed velkou oblast\u00ed z\u00e1jmu.&#8220; Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je, \u017ee dod\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee z hlediska v\u00fdrobn\u00edch stop jsou v\u011bci pro vozidla ICE docela pozitivn\u00ed: srovnateln\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, elektromobily &#8211; a konkr\u00e9tn\u011b v\u00fdroba bateri\u00ed &#8211; kladou p\u0159i stavb\u011b velk\u00e9 energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1roky. \u0158\u00edk\u00e1 v\u0161ak, \u017ee se to pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b bude kup\u0159edu m\u011bnit.<\/p>\n<p>Hopwood souhlas\u00ed s t\u00edm, \u017ee snahy o sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed CO2 ji\u017e prob\u00edhaj\u00ed a \u017ee v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b vypad\u00e1 situace pro urychlen\u00e9 p\u0159ijet\u00ed EV p\u0159\u00edzniv\u011b. &#8222;Vid\u00edme \u0159adu nov\u00fdch hnac\u00edch sil na trhu pro elektrifikaci, v\u010detn\u011b zelen\u00e9ho odrazu od COVID-19, m\u00edstn\u00edch a n\u00e1rodn\u00edch z\u00e1kaz\u016f ICE a siln\u011b omezen\u00fdch kapit\u00e1lov\u00fdch investic do v\u00fdvoje produkt\u016f zalo\u017een\u00fdch na ICE,&#8220; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdzvou pro v\u00fdrobce automobil\u016f bude hled\u00e1n\u00ed zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak udr\u017eet hodnotu produkt\u016f zalo\u017een\u00fdch na ICE na konci jejich v\u00fdrobn\u00edho cyklu, a z\u00e1rove\u0148 financovat nov\u00e9 produkty s nulov\u00fdm obsahem uhl\u00edku spolu s dal\u0161\u00edmi kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdmi v\u00fdvojov\u00fdmi trendy, jako je vysoce automatizovan\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Co je na Euro 7 v\u00fdznamn\u00e9, je jeho technologicky agnostick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup k \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dopravy. Vedle elektrifikace bateri\u00ed maj\u00ed tedy v\u00fdrobci automobil\u016f mo\u017enost vyu\u017e\u00edvat fosilizovan\u00e1 paliva, jako jsou biopaliva, e-benz\u00edn a vod\u00edk: technologie, kter\u00e9 by mohly b\u00fdt realizov\u00e1ny rychleji ne\u017e \u00fapln\u00e1 elektrifikace.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Budouc\u00ed paliva jsou schopna v\u00fdznamn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eit jak emise CO2, tak zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky v ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it produkty na b\u00e1zi ICE po roce 2035,&#8220; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Hopwood, &#8222;v tom okam\u017eiku budou bari\u00e9ry pln\u00e9 elektrifikace d\u00e1le sn\u00ed\u017eeny.&#8220;<\/p>\n<h3>Odpov\u011b\u010f v\u00fdrobce automobil\u016f<\/h3>\n<p>Kde v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b stoj\u00ed evropsk\u00e9 automobilky na Euro 7? Evropsk\u00e1 asociace v\u00fdrobc\u016f automobil\u016f (ACEA) m\u011bla co \u0159\u00edci o prvn\u00edch n\u00e1vrz\u00edch p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00fdch Konsorciem EU pro emise ultra n\u00edzk\u00fdch vozidel (Clove) v \u0159\u00edjnu 2020: \u201eSc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159e emisn\u00edch limit\u016f p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00e9 spole\u010dnost\u00ed Clove spolu s navrhovan\u00fdm nov\u00fdm testov\u00e1n\u00edm podm\u00ednek by v praxi vedlo k situaci velmi podobn\u00e9 z\u00e1kazu vozidel poh\u00e1n\u011bn\u00fdch ICE, v\u010detn\u011b hybridn\u00edch elektrick\u00fdch vozidel. \u201c<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fraz bude kladen na cel\u00fd \u0159et\u011bzec CO2, od v\u00fdroby vozidel a\u017e po to, jak se tomuto vozidlu dod\u00e1v\u00e1 energie. Pokud vezmeme v \u00favahu nap\u0159\u00edklad vozidla s palivov\u00fdmi \u010dl\u00e1nky, mus\u00edme zv\u00e1\u017eit, jak se vyr\u00e1b\u00ed vod\u00edk<\/p>\n<p>Clove bylo jasn\u00e9, \u017ee prosazuje nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed emisn\u00ed limity na sv\u011bt\u011b, a jak zd\u016fraz\u0148uje Menne, m\u011bly by platit ve v\u0161ech p\u0159\u00edpadech pou\u017eit\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b ta\u017een\u00ed a pln\u00e9ho zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed vozidla. ACEA se k tomu stav\u00ed tak\u00e9 kriticky a tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee by to znamenalo, \u017ee vozidla jsou testov\u00e1na zp\u016fsoby, kter\u00e9 nereprezentuj\u00ed zp\u016fsob, jak\u00fdm jsou vozidla poh\u00e1n\u011bna p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017enou v\u011bt\u0161inu \u010dasu.<\/p>\n<p>Ve sv\u00e9m prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed z b\u0159ezna 2021 ACEA uvedla, \u017ee budoucnost osobn\u00edch automobil\u016f a lehk\u00fdch u\u017eitkov\u00fdch vozidel na b\u00e1zi ICE je nyn\u00ed ohro\u017eena a \u017ee v\u00fdhody v kvalit\u011b ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se Euro 7 sna\u017e\u00ed p\u0159in\u00e9st, byly minim\u00e1ln\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na v souvislosti s rostouc\u00ed elektrifikac\u00ed.
